Great location, staff helpful, room had all listed facilities and bathroom is huge.

Booked for a twin room and instead we had a family room = double bed and bunk beds so my friend had to sleep in a bunk bed which is not the same as a single bed. Access arrangements also a surprise after booking but we managed it. It was Burnham Week so very busy but hotel was quiet.

Room was no frills but all clean and working. Good waterfront location with plenty of food options nearby.

Tv and fan didn’t work. Shower head was old and didn’t work well. Close to pubs so can be noisy especially when drunks are walking around. Fire alarm went off about 2am for about 10mins and when I told the staff in the morning they weren’t bothered.

Great location and plenty of parking space. The staff made us very welcome and the Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and bright and there was plenty of tea & coffee. We was made very welcome in the bar with excellent views over the river.

The cleanliness of the room and very comfortable beds. Riverside seating area and bar.

We stayed over on a Sunday night and didn't realise we would not have access to the bar, restaurant and outside terrace after 6pm or on the Monday morning, as these are closed.

Staff are excellent.

I didn't have breakfast as i left early. The only negative is , if you don't know Burnham its hard to find as there are no signs outside on the high street, i drove up and down three times trying to find the location, i drove in to the carpark at a guess then found it. Put a sign outside on the building so you can see it from the road.

Great location. Easy to collect and drop key, nice staff, clean room and bathroom .

The room was smaller than expected but not really a problem. For the price it was good. Although the location was great we stayed on an exceptionally hot night and had to have the window open. Unfortunately a group of youngsters were outside shouting and hollering into the early hours of the morning which kept us awake although that’s not the fault of the accommodation. If we’d had a fan it would have been a more comfortable stay but again not really a negative of the accommodation, we just happened to stay during a record heatwave.

They don’t provide fans to the guests and it was very hot, we struggled to sleep in the heat and left at 6 am in the morning due to lack of sleep in the heat

The club had a 21 birthday disco that could be heard for miles Went on to midnight Then had party goers walking past out room for the next hour. None of us slept. We left the property at 6am to go home and sleep. Window lock was broken so didn’t feel safe with my young family

Price for stay and location is fantastic.

Didn’t have breakfast - plenty of tea coffee etc in room. Needed a clean, comfy, quiet, no nonsense base whilst attending to family matters in area. Perfect.

Bed and pillows were rock hard , constantly woken through the night by cars on gravel below window till beyond midnight , clock chimes through out the night , badger smashing open the bin cupboard for an hour, motor bike below out window at 5am wooden windows when opened rattle endlessly , windows hard to close , roller blind is only privacy and has to be down and if window is open is constantly knocking window blue carpet on entry looks manky worst night sleep ever

Ideally located in the centre of Burnham, coat hangers provided. The live singing was very good!

Very cramped especially the shower room. Kitchenette could be cleaner, (kick boards and stains on the cupboard doors). No fan even though it was very hot. We had no warning that there would be live music on our first and second night's which went on past midnight!! Even with the windows closed and earplugs inserted, we could still sing along to every word!!! No tea bags but plenty of coffee! Only saw staff once, when we were asked " can I help you?" as she didn't realise we were guests! Car parking is very tight when it's busy.

I was able to find a parking place at the venue. However, if I arrived any later I might have struggled. If there was a way to avoid that uncertainty, it would be great. However, this was only one factor, in an overall very enjoyable break at the location.

I liked the convenience of location near yacht club

The noise from other rooms plus the Bells chime every hr day and night from clock tower which I could hear .

The accommodation was nice - little kitchenette and comfy bed.

No hot water at all in first day, high level cleaning needed but the worst thing was the noise coming from the club house until very late at night and the people leaving the clubhouse when it closes seemed to stay around just to shout at each other! We thought about leaving early but assumed that it would be quieter on a Sunday - we were very wrong.

Great location, room was a good size and set up for a family.

Room was cold on arrival (but the heaters did heat the room quickly). There was a significant lack of plugs in the right places e.g. for use of hairdryers or charging electrical items.

Located in a quiet area within walking distance from the river and local shops / high street.

Very cold on arrival and then very hot over night. Stones outside came into the room on our shoes. Not anywhere to put stuff ie table. Could hear people next door. Bunk beds were very close together. Couldn’t sit up in bottom bunk.

Lovely clean cosy room with great tea and coffee facilities. Nice size bathroom with good towels and shower gel etc provided. Plenty of parking.

Shower was very tricky to get a bearable temperature, was a very fine line between freezing and boiling hot.

Sash broken on bedroom window. Supplied with pieces of wood to hold it up but not strong enough to fix it. Supplied with fan but this wasn't ideal. Lock to outer door awkward to unlock. Not ideal for someone 80 years old to have to climb the stairs.

I booked it for my mum and dad I booked a twin room thinking it was two single beds however when they turned up it was bunk beds but the property couldn't be more accompanying, they moved them straight to a room with a double bed, fantastic service.
