3 Bedrooms appartment

L'hôte est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. La communication est super fluide. L'emplacement est exceptionnel. L'appartement est plus beau que sur les photos. Il manque juste un peu de rafraîchissement pour que l'appartement soit plus moderne, mais l'appartement est super pratique.

C'était un excellent séjour, l'hôte était très aimable, les horaires d'arrivée et de départ étaient flexibles et l'appartement très bien équipé, propre et confortable. La proximité avec la mer est aussi un réel avantage (accessible à pieds).

Excellent location. 300 m walk to the amazing sandy beach. Very calm and secure. By car the Grocery (super prix) shop is 2 mn drive. Nabeul city center is 15 mn drive. I recommend the Souk, and the fish market next to the martyres place, excellent fish price, option to buy from market and get a table at the popular grill next to to the fish market that will prepare your grilled fish meal at a low fee (3,5 DT for each 1 kg on his grill) … fish is also very affordable : sardine 4 DT/kg … Shrimp around 30 DT/kg … etc … example a family of 7 persons paid 85 DT for the fish, the grill fee, the salad, french fries, local bread, sodas. People are very welcoming, courteous, always smiling and wilkins to help spontaneously.

For us it did not really matter too much but the apartment in the first floor so you have a one story staircases up … in case you have heavy luggage.

Prix/qualité n' est pas satisfaisant.

The fact that the landlord was very & took care of all our needs, even though we had booked last minute.
