All the pictures shared are inside the stay were exactly same..owner guided me to the apartment at the night..

The location is very bad for me especially with family ...two elders and children..it is in the street of bar and pubs..huge noise whole night ( even at 3 am and 5am)...unable to sleep the whole night... because of noise and no fans or ventilators...I saw the reviews later that someone mentioned about the fans..but it was not taken care for future guests...stairs into the second floor not easy for elderly people...

Location was good but loud at night. Restaurants, bars, and grocery stores nearby. Beds and dining room chairs were comfortable. New linens and new appliances, although the dishwasher was installed poorly. Clean apartment.

No fan whatsoever during the heat wave, especially on the 2nd and 3rd floors (3rd and 4th in US terms). Three fans would have really helped - 1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom. We could not sleep with no ventilation whatsoever in 32-38 degree weather. It's inhumane. I had messaged the property manager 4 times to ask if there's a fan and she said she was abroad and couldn't respond, but she hadn't responded to that question when I had messaged her if there's at least a fan in the apartment. We had to stay away from the apartment all day and only come back after 22:00 due to the stifling heat. If you open the windows at night, know that there's music and talking until late at night. It was better Saturday and Sunday nights but the noise was going until 3:30am Friday night. Also, be careful! The staircase to the 3rd floor (where the bedrooms are) is broken! Some of the dishware (spoons, pan) were old and broken or didn't work great.

Eine auf den ersten Blick sehr schöne Wohnung in extrem zentraler Lage. Zwei Toiletten und die geschmackvolle farbliche Ausstattung haben uns sehr gefallen. Viele Fenster sorgen für Helligkeit. Super war auch die Nespresso Kapselmaschine. Insgesamt haben wir uns trotz diverser Mängel recht wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung.

Leider gab es zu viele Mängel in der sonst so schönen Wohnung. Das Geländer nach oben ist gebrochen und wackelt insgesamt. Für Warmwasser mussten wir den Boiler im Treppenhaus suchen. Eins der Waschbecken läuft gar nicht ab, Warmwasser nur an dem zweiten Becken. Für die fehlenden angemahnten Rauchmelder sollte jemand kommen, es kam aber niemand. Es gibt kaum Besteck..z. B. .nur zwei Gabeln. Zum Kochen ist die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Kein Toaster, leider. Die Nächte sind sehr laut selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Leider keine Hinweise wie man evtl.deutsche Programme einschalten könnte.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , blisko centrum , liczne kawiarenki i restauracje , sklep spożywczy dobrze zaopatrzony ok 10 minut spacerkiem od obiektu , dobrze działający internet , duże , wygodne łóżka , stół dla całej naszej piątki

L emplacement était parfait. Et les gaufres dans la boulangerie à côté étaient incroyables. L appartement était très propre et malgré un souci de code d accès la propriétaire a été extrêmement réactive.

Étant dans les combles pour dormir il faisait très chaud donc nous avons ouverts mais étant un vendredi soir la rue est très bruyante. La douche n est pas de niveau de ce fait l eau s écoutait en dehors du bac à douche.

Omdat het appartement in het centrum van de stad lag was het in het weekend best rumoerig maar niet hinderlijk

Locatie is een prima uitvalsbasis om Luik te bezoeken

Code van de deur werkte in eerste instantie niet. Is op afstand op gelost door een reset. Er waren geen theedoeken, handdoeken en vaatdoeken in de keuken aanwezig; een gemis. Het koffiezet apparaat functioneerde niet. De host dacht er in mee. Maar het gewisselde apparaat was ook defect. Jammer

Tout était bien appartement, grand chambre, séparée, deux toilettes, propre serviette, sèche-cheveux, gel, douche et l’appartement sentait très bon

La ubicación estupenda, céntrica y con restaurantes muy variados. Apartamento muy espacioso con una cocina bien equipada y las camas grandes y cómodas.

Teníamos que usar el sofácama , nos costó abrirlo y el nórdico no estaba limpio Lo único que hemos echado en falta en la cocina es un tostador de pan para los desayunos, pero usamos el horno

Idéalement situé dans Liège, proche commerces et tram, très spacieux. Bien équipé. Propre. Calme. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Aucun problème sérieux. Des petits points à améliorer : ajouter un plat pour le four, ajouter du sel et du liquide de rinçage dans le lave-vaisselle (on a du relaver à la main certains couverts). Attention aussi à la douche qui fuit un peu sur le coté.

Very comfortable, well equipped, apartment in an excellent location in the centre of Liège, close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Very convenient access by tram to Liege-Guillemins train station.

Nothing. Stairs might be a little difficult for those with mobility problems.

Die Wohnung ist groß, schön eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut!

Die Wohnung war bei Anreise noch nicht fertig/sauber (trotz bestätigter Check-in Zeit). Die Fenster sind nicht so dicht (man hört am Wochenende die Leute auf der Straße relativ laut und es zieht auch kalte Luft herein)

Midden in het centrum en de parkeergarage vlakbij. Een ruim en schoon appartement met heerlijke bedden, een fijne douche en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zekervoor herhaling vatbaar!

Een tip zou zijn nog een extra bankstel of 2 fauteuils erbij, zodat je met meer dan 2-3 personen allemaal lekker kunt zitten/chillen bij de tv.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und stilistisch ansprechend gestaltet.

Die Wohnung hatte in vielen kleinen Details Mängel, welche das Erlebnis aber nicht substanziell beeinträchtigen sondern nur die Wahrnehmung.

Excellent apartment, really clean, comfortable beds.

Stayed 3 nights and got woken up 3 mornings in a row at 7am by a road sweeper and once at 6am by a shop owner dragging a trolley down the cobbles. Friday and Saturday remains noisy until 2/3am due to being so close to the bars.
