The idea of those little studio apartments itself is cool, however we had several issues with the execution (see below).

1. The pictures are very flattering, what looks like a modernist finish inside, in reality is very raw. Like untreated plywood furniture-raw. 2. There’s no overhead light in the living room. We had to resort to shining the night night at the ceiling to light up the place. 3. We visited towards the end of the summer, with the temperature outside being in the pleasant mid 20s. Yet, the apartments would heat up past that, the only recourse being opening up the door or window as much as possible. We asked for fans, the owner was unwiling to provide any. In peak summer I think even those might not be enough, AC might be necessary. 4. Unpleasant smells would come out from the bathroom even when it was not used by us. There was no air freshner provided in the bathroom. 5. No dish rack in the apartment to dry the washed dishes.

The way to the commute is beautiful, good closet space

The bed is mediocre to say the least, the building is super loud (the neighbors drink and fight every single night, the police even arrived a couple of times during our stay), attention is terrible.

Может это был единичный случай, но по приезду наша квартира была занята. Нам сказали что произошёл сбой в системе, и нам пришлось подождать пока подготовят другую квартиру. Так же из за этого сбоя нам не предоставили пароль от wi-fi.

Der Check-in war problemlos und die Kontaktperson war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war äußerst sauber und geräumig.

Bei der Ausstattung hatten wir uns einige Dinge noch gewünscht: ein Ofen ist vorhanden, aber kein ofenfestes Gefäß, es gab keine tiefen Teller und so etwas wie Öl und Essig wäre auch nett gewesen :)

L'appartement est efficace. Il y a plein de rangements. La literie est bonne. Le fait de pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre en oscillo-abattant permet de rafraîchir. Il y a des rideaux occultants, appréciable pour une ambiance sombre la nuit, même si de la lumière passe quand même. A 10 min à pieds de la station de métro, et de l'embarcadère pour Drottningholm, cela se fait facilement.

Il n'y avait qu'un seul rouleau de papier toilette, dans ce cas il ne faut pas indiquer la fourniture de PQ dans le descriptif ! On reçoit très vite des messages de l'agence via Booking. Le formulaire de check-in est abscons. Et si on pose des questions, aucune réponse n'est fournie... A noter que sur le bâtiment en face de la fenêtre, des lumières restent allumées toute la nuit, pas top ni pour l'environnement ni pour la lumière parasite.

Weak lights, no AC and it was very hot.

I've used this airbnb everytime I visit Stockholm! it's just around the metro station which takes you to the central Stockholm very quickly! At this rent, this is a very good airbnb!

It doesn't have an elevator and blow dryer. It wouldn't be a problem to some guests. It just can't hurt to know it in advance :)

The location was great, a nice escape from the city, 20’ total from the center and there is a nice trail for nature lovers like us

Not much equipment, very basic and the pillows are not confortable

The email communications had links for checking in that didn't work for anyone in our group. Phone numbers for contact went to automated help channels that didn't work. Someone in our group managed to actually get a link that worked but I still had no check in details when we arrived at the accommodation, and I had to get someone to make contact for me and it took an hour before I could actually get into my room. This happened to another person the next day so I doubt it was a one off. The accommodation was clean but very basic , they are very hot with the window closed and noisy with it open, and it took nearly an hour to get into the city by train. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend it if you are in Stockholm sight seeing.

I like the kitchen and bed. But it was not clean.

Boravak u ovom smeštaju imao je i pozitivne i negativne strane. Stan je bio čist i generalno uredan, što svakako cenimo. Međutim, naišli smo na nekoliko problema koji su značajno uticali na naše iskustvo. Prvog dana primetili smo da nedostaje jedan set jastuka i ćebeta koji su nam bili potrebni i obećani pre dolaska. Odmah smo obavestili domaćina, ali ih tokom celog boravka ih nismo dobili. Takođe, pre dolaska nam je postavljeno više ličnih pitanja o razlozima našeg boravka i planovima u gradu. Rečeno nam je da nećemo dobiti šifru za ulazak dok ne odgovorimo na ta pitanja, iako smo smeštaj već platili. Smatramo da je ovakav pristup neprikladan i da ne bi trebalo da bude uslov za pristup već rezervisanom i plaćenom prostoru. Sve u svemu, smeštaj jeste bio uredan, ali organizacija i komunikacija domaćina ostavili su negativan utisak. Nadamo se da će se ovi aspekti poboljšati u budućnosti.

Did not find the key so easily the first night arriving at accomadation because the lock box was on a supporting pillar opposite the Apartment door and painted black and the lockbox was the same colour, when I arrived when it was dark at nine pm I did not find the lock box at first. Luckily a friendly person helped .e find the lock box later. Other than that everything is really well kept, clean quite and a co fortable stay, a good stay at Comfy Studio.

Το κατάλυμα δεν είχε πιστολάκι . Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα μια εβδομάδα και μέσα σε αυτές τις μέρες δεν ήρθε κανείς να το καθαρίσει.

maar omgeving voelde umheimisch aan. Waren aantal containerblokken op elkaar. Veel tijdelijke bewoners van allerlei pluimage. En was best even lopen naar metro door leeg gebied. Nu was ik er ook een paar maanden in de winter voor studie. Ook is contact met verhuurder op afstand. Ik zou het vrouwen niet aanraden.

La limpieza del menaje, no funcionaba bien la calefacción, no había TV ni microondas. Tiene un termo de agua caliente muy pequeño y o te duchas o friegas los platos.

There is no water heater for the coffee, nor café machine

Coziness and Cleanliness. Good Wi-Fi. Lots of space in the wardrobes. Kitchen and bathroom fairly equipped.

Elevator not working, difficult to lift heavy bags up to the 3rd floor.

I stayed there for one month;but there was no any cleaning service for us.There is no any vacuum cleaner there even,that I can clean the room myself. There was too much dust,and I got bad sore throat,I am still sick. I feel bad .

Easy to check in, self check in, clean and tidy, it has everything one needs (except kettle but i used a pot). Bed is comfortable and it’s warm inside. Haven’t had problems with hot water or anything else. It’s extremely great value for money after all. Also, despite other reviews, i heard literally 0 noise from anywhere.

It’s a bit dark in the room if you don’t want to open curtains. One extra light bulb wouldn’t hurt.

First of all it is not acceptable to say on the wc door that the warm water per day is limited to 30 liters. Secondly that was not mentioned on their site about this limitation thirdly there was not any elevator to reach the 2nd floor where they were put us. Also they asked us to take the waste before we leave and during the stay of 5 day nobody was cleaning. We paid for cleaning and their response was you pay for cleaning before arrival and after leaving . Before arrival pay for cleaning ??? Why??

I had a Appartement on the Corner of the Building an there was an extra window who did not have any curtains, so it was really bright in there all night long.

Det var väldigt kallt och svårt att få upp värmen, fick sova med dubbla täcken

Eigenlijk beviel ons niets, alles was een tegenvaller, compleet anders dan voorgespiegeld.

Toiletbril gebroken, niet vooraf aangegeven dat extra handoeken geld kosten ondanks de handoeken die wij gekregen hadden al onder de vlekken zaten, vloerkleed stonk enorm en was vies, douche onhygienisch, communicatie met verhuurder zeer slecht, criminele buurt, meerdere politie invallen in en om het appartementen complex, geen afwas voorzieningen zoals een wasrek of droogdoek, servies te kort deze hebben wij tijdelijk moeten aanvullen met plastic bekers en bestek, kledingkasten vallen uit elkaar, zeer gehorig appartement, slechte stoelen, beddengoed was erg schaars helemaal niet zoals de foto's op de advertentie lieten zien... Niets maar dan ook niets was zoals beschreven in de advertentie.....
