Good location in the heart of the town with reserved parking

It’s like a studio attached in the host’s house, sharing the entrance door but there is no lock to the room. The bed is very soft and uncomfortable. You have to make your own bed with the provided sheet, blanket & pillow covers. Upon leaving you have to take out the sheets. The toilet is not clean and with the wrong size toilet seat, very uncomfortable to sit in. The communication from the host is also slow

Locatie was prachtig. Prijs-kwaliteit was redelijk. Toiletbril was los en daardoor lastig in gebruik. Onduidelijk waar te parkeren, instructies waren niet helder. Bij aankomst was het niet duidelijk dat de deur van het appartement open was dus voor niets met de host gebeld.

Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Inhabern. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage im Zentrum von Henningsvaer mit eigenem Parkplatz. Das Apartment ist hübsch eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet.

Kleinigkeiten wie ein loser Klodeckel könnten noch angepasst werden :)

Sentral beliggenhet med alle fasiliteter innenfor gangavstand. Med egen parkering utenfor leiligheten, er det bare å parkere bilen og oppleve alt Henningsvær har å by på, vel vitende om at man har egen "base" rett i nærheten. Leiligheten hadde et godt utrustet kjøkken, god seng og en fin spiseplass i tillegg til sofa.

On confirmation of the booking the owner put the price up by about 25% above the advertised price. I thought this rude but accepted the extra cost

Beliggenheten, at det var rent og godt utstyrt.

Varmekablene på badet var uten bryter og erstattet av en vifteovn som bråkte mye. Og infoen kom natta før utsjekk og hadde vært greit om det lå klart i leilighet.

Mooi locatie..kon vanuit het huis zo door de plaats lopen. De accommodatie ligt onder het verblijf van de eigenaar. Ruime kamer.schoon en perfecte douche. Eigen parkeerplaats. Je kon gebruik maken van wasmachine.

I liked the central location of the property, it was close to supermarket and cafes. The kitchen was handy in property and had everything you needed for a short stay. Host responded to any queries.

I was unsure which property it was and where to park on arrival. Check in was delayed even though l had given a time slot of arrival the day before from 3pm. I was told to walk around while l waited, l was tired from travelling and ended up waiting in car. The hosts communication was lacking when the property would be ready, l saw a neighbour madly prepare for me and then still no word if the property was ready, eventually being told the door is open when l enquired again at 4pm. Then had to ask for towels as there were none. Also the EV charging is non existent as it’s in their garage and not easily accessible. Noise from upstairs sounds like a heard of elephants banging around from downstairs and was hard to relax at the end of the day hearing that.

Vi kände oss direkt välkomna av värden som snabbt visade oss bostaden. Det var som om att komma till en helt ny liten lägenhet där allt kändes som om vi var de första gästerna. Superfint!

Vi har inget att klaga över, nästa resa till Lofoten vill vi fortsätta bo hos Carsten, allt var perfekt!

Great location right in the centre of Henningsvaer. Easy check-in (door was left open as host lives upstairs). Spacious accommodation.

Nothing. Unfortunately we had to leave a day earlier as we had misread the bus timetable and didn’t want to risk missing a ferry and flight. That was completely our fault.

The location is perfect, right in the center of Henningsvær. Perfect for dining opportunities and visit lofoten. The apartment is newly designed, well equipped, warm and with convenient parking.

However, cleanliness could be improved (we found old dirty water in the kettle and hair on the bed). The living room lacks proper blackout blinds, so it’s not ideal for sleeping in summer unless you have an eye mask. Unfortunately, during our stay there were renovation works, and on Saturday morning construction started right behind our wall, which was quite disturbing. Also, access to the house was partially blocked by scaffolding.
