it's spacious.
the road going there is to messy,
The host was great and really helpful! She also upgraded us which was nice too! And also printed things off for us and helped us when a tree fell on the road too!
The water had a really bad smell which we mentioned but didn’t get fixed until the last day. The location is ok if you have moped its about a 12-15 min walk to the main town but the path is a-bit dark. I felt safe tho walking it.
Really friendly staff, Elizabeth was really helpful in organising boat tours and transport. We had a very spacious and clean studio room. The location is about 15 minutes from the centre, which means it's really quiet at night.
For the price you pay, it’s really nothing special.
Very basic room, far from the city center, located on an unpaved road where cars cannot access easily. The bathroom is also in need of maintenance.
Everything about our room and stay there was fantastic ! Our host Tina was so friendly and helpful. I would love to go back before we fly home and I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers !
Nothing. It was perfect !
Clean and comfortable, well maintained
Location was good, room was spacious and clean.
Ysabelle is really nice, she organized everything for us
Had a fantastic stay at this place. Elizabeth, the owner, was really outstanding - super friendly, helpful and organised. Really good room. I also loved being in (quieter) Ca'alan. Highly recommended!
Confortable room short stoll from town. Owner assisted in car transfers and can book tours
Noisy with fighting dogs and roosters in wee hours. Access to water in office
Good location with a few eateries close by. A 10 minute walk to the centre but narrow lanes meant constantly giving way to trikes and tuk tuks (all part of the character of the place) Short walk to Golden Monkey bar and restaurant for a great sunset however beach there not the best for swimming or relaxing. Elizabeth was very helpful with great communication. She arranged transport from the airport for a reasonable price which is worth doing as the property is only accessible by tuk tuk or trike due to the narrow roads. She was in hand to arrange trips, laundry, bike hire as needed.
Inadequate shelving / cupboard space for 2 people which meant living out of our suitcases. Not the end of the world as we were only there for 3 nights
Rien
I really liked the location - being slightly away from the noise and business of town. Shops and restaurants within minutes walk. The accom had everything that I needed and was very clean. Elizabeth was really friendly and helpful - she went over and above to help me out. Would definitely stay here again
Czysty pokój, duże wygodne łóżko, przemiła obsługa, która załatwiła nam kameralne wycieczki island hopping w El Nido, przejazdy tuktukiem czy vanem. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny:)
We enjoyed our stay! The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean! There are some really nice breakfast shops and restaurants nearby. The place is not located at the center of El Nido, but it's only about 15 minutes walk away. Walking along the beach is best - super relaxing and stress-free. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Tudo os funcionários a organização me ajudaram em tudo
Gostei de tudo maravilhoso
Balcony in the morning for a cup of coffee. The host Elizabeth is very friendly
No Internet whatsoever 😭
Staff were extremely helpful and kind
The bed was extremely hard and the room was very susceptible to mosquitoes
Nice room with a little balcony, very clean and comfortable bed. The staff came and cleaned our room after our first night which we wasn't expecting them to do. It's about 10 min walk or so to the main area. There's a really amazing little food place called Mia's Bistro about 5 mins walk the best and cheapest food we had on our stay.
During the time we stayed there is only one road (I think they are redoing the road the other side) to get here and at high tide it means you can't get through with bike or tuk tuk just be aware. We walked back one evening and it was fine, feet barely got wet, I guess it's only at the highest tide time you might struggle but most of the time it'll be fine.
Pokój dobrze wyposażony i czysty .
Etwas ab vom Schuss (15 mins Fußweg nach El Nido)
Super sauber, freundliche Gastgeberin, mir hat alles gefallen
Room on the 1st floor was very clean and new and white looking. Nice shower, okay WiFi, and quiet. Nothing to complain about the accommodation itself. It is good. We chose this one to be away from the noise of the town and that worked out fine for us.
The accessibility, the beach walkway coming from the town, is flooded in the evening with high tide. About 100 meters long 10cm deep. It’s only water but still. Us, the Dutch, ask ourselves: how much trouble can it be to make a little bit of a dry walkway there dear mister town mayor:-) Plus the neighbourhood of the accommodation is a bit boring.
The owners were always available and very fast at helping us whenever we needed to book a tour, do laundry, rent a bike or book a tuk tuk transfer to the airport. Very nice location, away from the noise and crowds of El Nido. AC was working perfectly fine A big container of drinkable water is provided directly in the room The room is quite spacious
🌟 Review: Highly Recommended Stay at Ysabelle's Inn, El Nido I recently had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Ysabelle's Inn in El Nido. I would like to specifically thank our host, **Elizabeth**, who was **wonderful and incredibly helpful** throughout our trip. 📍 Location & Convenience The inn is perfectly situated, offering a nice balance of peace and accessibility. It's an easy **10-15 minute walk** to El Nido town proper, where you can find confectionery shops and all the necessary amenities for travelers. 🛎️ Services and Amenities Ysabelle's Inn is a one-stop shop for travel needs. They offer various services at a **reasonable cost/price**, which greatly simplifies planning: * **Tours** * **Motorbike Rentals** * **Tricycle Services** * **Laundry** (though I did not personally use this service) I personally utilized and can vouch for the excellent quality and value of their tours, motorbike, and tricycle services. 🏠 Accommodation The room itself was **fairly equipped** with all the necessary amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. **In summary, if you are planning a trip to El Nido, I highly recommend Ysabelle's Inn for its exceptional hospitality, great location, and convenient, reasonably priced services.
Would have been nice to have breakfast included. However it is not an issue as restaurants are in close proximity.
Absolutely wonderful staff! They were genuinely kind and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the village center, and there are a few affordable restaurants nearby. The hotel also offers free drinking water, scooter rental and a convenient laundry service. A special mention to the staff for taking such good care of me during the typhoon.
I ended up booking an additional week because I enjoyed the place so much. For the second part of my stay, my room was changed to another one that even included a small kitchen and a fridge, which made everything even more comfortable. It was the perfect setup for a longer stay.
The room is clean upon check-in, with cleaning and linen changes every three days. You must take out your trash daily. The beach is a 5-7-minute walk away; it's uninhabited and has no amenities. At the end of the beach, there's a pontoon (for two boats from the nearest hotel), which is where you can swim, which everyone does. Boats usually leave in the morning and return in the evening. The beach has high and low tides, depending on the moon. People often come to El Nido for three days just to take tours of the nearby islands. If that's your option, it's a great location, quiet from the mopeds, and you can at least sleep at night. In any case, take earplugs (chickens, rain, thunder, frogs).
If you're staying longer, it's better to choose a location away from El Nido altogether, somewhere farther away and quieter, near a good beach. El Nido as a town has absolutely nothing to do (the two bars and restaurants don't count; they're just places to eat safely).
After missing our connection in Manila, we finally arrived into El Nido at 6:30 AM and were warmly welcomed by our hostess with a clean room, dark curtains, and excellent internet. The nearby beach has amazing sunsets but isn't a swimming beach. It is a short walk into the main part of town and an easy tricycle ride to Vanilla Beach that is great for swimming. Being on the access road means that the prices are better than in the main part of El Nido. We especially loved Mia's bistro that is just down the street.
Infrastructure issues were really frustrating. We had complete power outages twice (one for a full day) though we appreciate that they ran the generator off and on - it didn't power the AC. Water came out of the shower as a trickle and was completely out at various time during our 8 day stay. Nothing more frustrating than to spend a day on the ocean and not be able to shower afterward. Filtered water was available in the office downstairs but ran really slowly and was a 10 minute job to fill a bottle. The roads in El Nido aren't fully paved and get very muddy and flooded when it rains. We would have really appreciated having hooks to hang wet clothing on and a broom to manage the sand that was constantly getting onto the floor.
Chill zone and good room
Staff were lovely and very helpful Could book tuc tucs and tours with them for a reasonable price and excellent service Room was clean and comfortable Pretty outside area AC, wifi, hot water working great Elizabeth was lovely with us, excellent communication and we even had an upgrade of our room. Thank you very much!
15 minute walk to town but still not bad
the property was spacious, staff were fantastic and we had a free upgrade on arrival!
It’s a little walk out of el nido main town but if you don’t mind a 10/15 stroll it’s ok
She was excellent at helping us in our needs, she arranged our transportation. She's very kind and nice. The room is very clean and what we loved most is the balcony with a black kitty cat visitor😻 sitting in the the chair to say good morning. Great location outside busy and noisy area in the center. I will recommend this place, quiet and clean.
The staff are lovely
We were given a free upgrade to a room with facilities that was such a saving grace as the weather really turned on the end of our trip. Some of the cleanest accommodation we have stayed in in the Philippines and back up generator for when needed. It’s a little further out of town but not an issue if you have a bike!
The only improvement we’d suggest would be more pillows - there was one each and very thin. I’d also suggest a screen on the windows so that when cooking you can open windows for ventilation without having to let lots of mosquitoes in!
Close to town but not too noisy. Basic and very small room but had aircon and a working shower.
Room was small with no window.
Room & stuff is good.
Dogs & roosters create a lot of noises at 6 am, hard to sleep with it. Ants in room.
The location was about a 12 min walk from El Nido town center. There was a porch to sit, change or hang clothes. AC helped, the ceiling fan kept mosquitos at bay, a cat was at the front door nearly 24/7. We lost power, thus Wi-Fi one night, and had no water on another night due to a leak in another room running the water supply dry. But, it was convenient, comfortable and clean. Elizabeth was helpful with all of our needs. The beach was only minutes away and small stores too. Mosquitoes were fairly abundant but repellent and the fan helped.
Quiet, very clean, comfortable, great host, great location, walking distance to beach and El Nido town centre. You can hire a bike or get a tuktuk very easily. Room as advertised, all perfect 👌
The person at the reception desk is extremely kind.
The entrance to the rooms could be better taken care of. Shower pressure not ideal.
Toilet flush not working. Shower drain is clogged perhaps from beach sands that ruins the plumbing which I dare say the management has Known all about yet tend to ignore the problem. They need to fix those before accepting guests. Bed sheets don’t smell fresh.
The host is polite and helpful, always smiling. We could book an island hopping tour and a minivan transfer to Puerto Princesa through the hotel. The accommodation is as depicted, even though the pictures look a little more fresh than the actual state of the room. Free drinking water is a big plus.
The accommodation is located outside of the town center, along a road that is poorly illuminated at night. It's not too far from the center by foot, but you have to be careful of the speeding tricycles. Lots of ants in the room and mosquitoes in the courtyard. A little pricey for what you get but that's often the case in the Philippines.
Very friendly staff, room cleaning everyday. We also rented motorbike from them.
Clean, comfortable room in a good location - away from the town's noise. Helpful staff
Friendly staff.
There was no kettle in the room, no bath ( as per description) and the shower gel/shampoo were sparse. The photos are not representative of the downstairs. It's very much away from the main area of El Nido, in fact it's cut off at high tide, the dark 1km walk down the narrow road at night with speeding tuk tuks and scooters is not great.
Very nice place 15 minutes walk from the center of El Nido. We had a pleasant time here and I would definitely recommend it.
We cannot rate Ysabelle's Inn highly enough, we stayed in a number of different accomodations in El Nido after being stuck there by bad weather and this is probably our favourite. The rooms are clean, very comfortable, great AC and fan. Bathroom does the job. We loved the location, it was quiet enough at night and easy to walk to town. The owner is lovely and helped arrange a number of tuk tuk pickups for very fair prices and always reliable. She also went out of her way to try to help when our expedition was cancelled in alternative boat options. The breakfast is recommended too for the price, fresh and very tasty. El Nido accommodation is generally overpriced v the rest of the Philippines but this place is really good value for money and gives you everything you need.
Welcoming smiling Elizabeth and husband Jeff were so lovely especially with advice when our boattrip to Coron cancelled day after day due to weather.Jeff has a new tuktuk for transfers anywhere (and motorbikes to rent)Located on the much quieter outskirts 10 mins walk from the busy noisy town centre .Tuk Tuks available if you’re not keen walking back after dinner on a poorly lit main access road to the accommodation.Bring a torch just to be safer.
Perhaps a house rule that room terraces can be used up until 10pm in case you fall unlucky with adjoining room as we did.
