المكان هادي والفندق نظيف الغرفة كانت نظيفة جدا ومريحة مواقف الفندق متوفرة مواقف أرضية وخارجية الافطار رائع ومتنوع بوفيه مفتوح موظفو الاستقبال الشابين الصقعبي والغامدي قمة في الاحترام خلوقين ومتعاونين شكرا لهما . شكر خاص للأخ الموظف هيثم المصري على تعاونه وحسن استقباله تواصلت مع الفندق برسالة بخصوص اذا فيه امكانية تقديم وقت الدخول فاتصل بي مرحبا وقال الغرفة جاهزة في أي وقت توصل أشكره على تعاونه وحسن اخلاقه ولطافة اسلوبه 🌹

اقامة رائعه فندق هادئ وجميل وسرعة تجاوب من الموظفين ، ولا انسى الاخ هيثم قمة في التعامل والاخلاق شخص نادر صراحه وكل شيئ عنده ابشر وتم ومكسب للفندق الله يعطيه ألف عافيه

Reception staffs are very friendly.

Looks like there is some issue with the management no drinking water provided in the room and towel was not available also.

Toilet is very bad and room is not clean

Lovely hotel, sad that I could only stay one night. Huge comfortable bed, nice view of the creek, strong AC, excellent staff. Less than 5 minutes from green line Al Ras metro.

They kept saying wifi is open, but it needed a password, the communication can be improved. Also, not a problem, but dining options nearby (at least in late evening) was rather limited, but taking the green line to one stop across the creek gives you so many choices!

The location of the property is decent. It isn’t close to anything but if you walk 10-15 mins you will be able to get to some restaurants and Corniche Park. Careem / Uber is widely used in this area so you should be able to get a taxi to anywhere.

The second you walk into the rooms there is an awful stench. It smells of cigarettes and mould. The smell alone is enough of a reason to never book here again. The rooms are in decent, passable condition.

Room wasn’t clean.Smells horrible.I stayed 2 nights and they never came for room cleaning.A member of group saw a cockroach in his room.

Size of rooms, beds were comfortable. A/C was good

Bathrooms were dirty and damaged, room furniture was dirty, windows had never been cleaned on the outside, there was constant shortage of towels and you had to call down everyday to get new ones. Same with water in the room. Swimming pool and gym were derelict (have pictures)

We really appreciated the property for its warm and well-kept atmosphere. A special thank you to Jallaisha, who was very kind and attentive — she served us breakfast with great care and made us feel truly looked after, paying attention to every detail.

The rooms were not cleaned or made up during our stay, and they were a bit dirty, which was disappointing.

The staff did their best but many points outside their control. For example allocated a second room after realising one TV had a smashed screen and the second did not work, nor did the telephone. Our second room had a very hard Mattress and rusty water marks and mould in the bathroom, they found us another room with an excellent mattress and generally in much better condition.

In addition to the above, the Garden Lounge and Restaurant was under reconstruction as was the roof area and Pool so was not available as described in the particulars. Coffee was not available in the room, house keeping was hit and miss and there was a daily issue in getting clean towels .

The employees needs more training

One lady working there she is not supported and dealing with me in not good behavior. I don't like that.

Very comfortable and cozy hotel. We also got a free room upgrade at check in!!😁. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay!

We could hear alot that was going on in other rooms.

No towels in the room , despite several phone calls , requested many times at reception, but according to them, all the towels are gone for laundry. They infect got irritated 😤

I like it as it is close to the beach.

We asked for a room with a king size or queen size bed, but they didn’t have any room, so they had twin beds and that’s not what we wanted. They also have only bath towels and don’t offer hand towels or face ones. The hot water is not available in one of the two rooms, the faucets are leaking water in the bathroom. There’s problems with the two rooms televisions and not functioning properly. The staffing deal with us in a bad manner. The important thing they said we don’t have any reservations for us by booking, so they look at my booking application to see the confirmation. So I decided in the future I will make reservations for 5 stars hotels only.

Nothing was good or to expectation, it was a really bad experience, staff were okay but not welcoming, the room was not ready when i received it, the room is really old and needs new furniture

The room was so bad and not ready when i received it, its old first of all, electricity plugs only one worked, no towels or dental equipment, TV does not work, paper cups for tea and coffee, bathroom door does not have a key, AC wont change temp, the staff were making noises they woke me up from my sleep, overall does not deserve the stay at all!!

I have big problem with them may take them to court,, they put me in smoking floor and refused to change the room for me because they don’t have any available room in other floors,, they forced me to stay in unhealthy floor,, now I feel pain in my chest,, need someone to contact me from booking.com as soon as possible before I file complaint against hotel and booking.com Thank you

The security guard was pleasant and played with my child.

Everything. Rooms were dirty. Check in took over an hour as ‘systems were down’. First room was full of cigarette fumes. Second room had no towels, tissue, phone didn’t work, bed was damp, no toiletries in bathroom, toilet dirty, curtains falling apart, tv broken and no remote and so on. Staff did not know much English and made it out like they will do me a favour by giving me another room. Manager did not know what was going on either so I said I will email to complain.

We were not informed that there was breakfast at the hotel..at all, we went to different places to eat meals and this was a mistake from the hotel

It's was miserable because the room smelled of smoke. No action was taken.

no towels in bathroom … we had two rooms. - -and no internet !!!!! in this age …. we had no phones and was suppose to inform via WhatsApp …. after asking reception five times and we had to go out night for dinner … towels came at night

clean rooms, excellent service, not expensive rooms, there is a restaurant upstairs where they can cook something for you what you want
