Good located for the event that attended.

No one speak English, very hard to communicate. I booked for 4nights, after the 1st night they locked our room not able to enter, while it was confirmed and credit card on file.

Hotel offering all comforts. Spacious rooms featuring all what's needed and beyond.

The breakfast was not the best. I’m a westerner so I was hoping for some eggs or other options for food. The egg station was only open one day and the rest of the days I had to survive on just cereal.

very very good hotel. comfy big double rooms. big bathroom with exc shower. everyday towels change. quiet rooms. affordable room price for 2, expensive for a solo guest. wifi useless for foreigners as everywhere in China, just use your 5G mobile data with VPN. breakfast served on the top floor 37F. metro stop only 7 mins. walking away, on line 11, called Shanghai Automobile City. lots of cheap chinese eateries when exiting towards the back of hotel, then right and then left. supermarket 5 mins. walking away. Enhance Anting golf club 20 mins. walking, Automuseum and its park (good for running) just opposite the hotel.

this hotel is called SORL hotel, not Auto City Ruili Hotel. it's the high skyscraper with red SORL sign on top. the name of the hotel on booking.com is misleading, until you realize SORL means SORuiLi hotel. please correct the name to SORL hotel on booking.com, so people won't waste their time looking for Auto City Ruili hotel. obviously the hotel is located near Automobile City district of Shanghai, hence the misleading name. breakfast is plentiful, a lot of choices, but nothing really worth eating. lots of chinese soups and meats, but if you are a (southern) european guest who does not eat bacon or eggs at brekkie, there is really nothing good to eat. even fruit is basically only watermelons or lichee berries. swimming pool at health centre 3F: need swimming trunks, good, and swimming cap... who travels with a swimming cap? nobody. so you're forced to buy it. bad policy. hotel is popular with loud chinese guests and chinese convention attendees. most reception staff only speaks chinese, as usual everywhere in china. aircon in the room not working properly. in case just open the small window for fresh airflow,, there is always a breeze, it's a skyscraper ffs.

Spacious rooms, park for jogging and a metro station can be found nearby.

The air conditioning worked rather badly than well, but that seems to be an issue in almost all Hotels in Shanghai. The area is not very exciting, but I guess that's not the hotel's fault.

Close to the Automotive City business area. Many inexpensive restaurants in the back of the hotel.

Staff do not speak well English but this is becoming more and more common to China. They use their phone to talk with you. The Restaurants in the hotel were mostly closed. Breakfast times are strict so do not arrive at 09.30am!

Excellent buffet with lots of selection. Gym included free weights up to 20 kg. Would have liked a little heavier.

Good location. The view of breakfast restaurant located 37th floor is very good. Room making staff did a very good job.

WiFi was unstable and difficult to use, It interfered with web conferencing. Few English-speaking staff.

The room was fresh and clean. Comfortable bed. 5-10min walk to the metro station.

Wife connection is really slow and unstable. The breakfast was often very crowded.
