連絡はスム−ズでした。 送迎の依頼も飛行機がかわり深夜に着きましたが、迎えにもきてくれて迷うことなくとても良かったです。地図をくれエルフナ広場までの道を説明してくれました。ミントティーはリヤドで注文し、リラックスして楽しめました。おすすめです。

Soggiornare presso questo Riad é un’esperienza che consiglio fortemente. Si trova vicino all’uscita dalla Medina, quindi facilmente raggiungibile con i trasfer. Si trova dentro la Medina ma una volta varcata la porta di ingresso si sentono solo gli uccellini ed il silenzio. La colazione è eccezionale, servita con cura. Le camere e il Riad sono molto curati, il personale è gentile e disponibile. La terrazza è un bel luogo dove poter ammirare le stelle.

La struttura é veramente molto curata, la stanza in cui abbiamo pernotatto aveva un piccolo bagno e non mancava nulla, dagli asciugamani, tappeti e saponette. Quotidianamente la stanza veniva pulita e rinfrescata. La colazione era abbondante e veniva servita calda non appena arrivavamo nella zona adibita. Il personale é stato molto disponibile e gentile, ci sono state date tutte le informazioni necessarie per muoverci nella Medina. La posizione é ottima: a due passi dalla strada percorribile in macchina, punto in cui ci ha lasciato il taxi e in cui abbiamo preso la navetta per fare una gita fuori porta; ma anche comoda per raggiungere in massimo 20 min a piedi tutte le attrazioni principali della Medina.

Posizione buona a 15 min dalla piazza e dalle attrazioni principali. È tranquillo, sentirete solo gli uccellini al mattino, no rumore. Noi abbiamo sempre girato a piedi, mai preso taxi. Il cortile con le piante è meraviglioso. Colazione marocchina, perlopiù dolce. Camera spaziosa, pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile

Il bagno è piccolino e non c’è molto spazio da appoggio, il sapone a disposizione è una boccetta da usare per tutto (mani/doccia/shampoo) quindi consiglio di portarvi dietro o comprare al momento. Se venite in primavera come noi con giornate fresche, la colazione è servita fuori e nonostante ci sia il funghetto non viene acceso.

Le petit déjeuner était impeccable, le repas que nous avons pris sur place, le premier soir, également. Le riad est authentique et la literie excellente.

La décoration et le mobilier pourraient être améliorés. C'est un peu vieillot... Il pourrait y avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre. L'eau chaude met beaucoup de temps à arriver dans la douche...

The staff was very welcoming, suprising us with a birthday cake with even my partners name on it. They were very kind and attentive, showing us around whenever needed and going above and beyond.

Not all staff were speaking english as fluently, which was no problem in communication but we would have loved to be able to speak more as they were so kind.

Ubicación, instalaciones, las camas son muy cómodas y se duerme muy bien. Espléndido desayuno y cena. Aclarar con anticipación el tema de horarios para desayuno y cenas es imprescindible.

Me encantó el riad en sí, su encanto, su limpieza... me gustó muchísimo disponer de la comodidad de la azotea/terraza en todo momento y disfrutar del cielo, las estrellas, el sol, con la calma y la tranquilidad que tiene estar dentro del riad, en contraste con el bullicio de la medina...

Por ser muy tiquismiquis, la puerta del baño es preciosa, pero resulta incómoda al manejarse en la rutina diaria de ducha, afeitado, toallas, maquillaje (mi madre), pelo, etc...

The location is quite difficult to get to from the point where it appears on Google Maps. But for 5 euros any local will pick you up and take you there. Google Maps doesn't help! It's directly in the street market. I felt safer than in Egypt.

Moroccans are generally friendly people, but they always try to make money off of you. Which is to be expected after all.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument ressourçant. Le petit déjeuner, servi dans le patio avec le chant des oiseaux, était copieux, délicieux et préparé avec beaucoup d’attention. Notre chambre, fraîche, propre et authentique, offrait un vrai confort et un repos profond après nos journées dans la médina. Le personnel a été remarquable : discret, chaleureux, toujours prêt à aider. Leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance ont grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Le service de transfert aéroport organisé par l’hôtel a été parfait, ponctuel et très rassurant. L’emplacement, au cœur de la médina mais dans un environnement calme et sécurisant, permet de tout faire à pied tout en retrouvant la tranquillité du riad. De manière générale, l’hôtel dégage une atmosphère apaisante et authentique : un véritable havre de paix qui nous a régénérés. Nous repartons avec un profond sentiment de gratitude.

Śniadania miałam wliczone do ceny natomiast były to małe porcje i codziennie to samo. Natomiast kawa i herbata pod dostatkiem do śniadania.

Het adres klopt niet, de ingang bevindt zich in het straatje achterin, vlak naast hotel alkemia - wat google maps wel kan vinden.

L’emplacement était top et les hôtes étaient très chaleureux, accueillants et aux petits soins ! Le petit déjeuner était très bon. La chambre était très jolie et authentique, et surtout au frais la journée! Tout était très propre et les parties communes très agréables et soignées.

Le seul bémol était le pommeau de douche cassé et le manque d’isolation sonore (on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans la cour, par exemple lors du petit déjeuner)

Very good location. Incredibly welcoming hosts/staff. Very beautiful riad in a very good location. Breakfast was lovely. We used the airport shuttle service which ensured we found the riad as we were guided from the road to the riad.

The bathroom drains could be smelly at times. It is a bit difficult to locate so I'd recommend taking a video of how to get there when you arrive as it can be like a maze!

La Riad es un remanso de paz dentro del caos de Marrakech. El sitio está súper bien ubicado con todo lo necesario cerca. El personal es excepcional, súper amable y de mucha ayuda. Como dato, nos gustó el suelo de la Riad y el chico que trabaja allí llamo al dueño para preguntarle por el, el dueño nos contacto y nos envió el contacto y organizo la visita a la fábrica artesanal donde los hacían. Además, el desayuno es muy bueno y las instalaciones están muy limpias. Desde luego yo te recomendaré este lugar a todos mis conocidos.

As all the rooms face inwards it can be noisy if other guests are in the central communal space. You will also likely be woken up by breakfast preparations around about 7:30am. These aren’t big issues but something to note if you care.

I love how it wasn’t to deep into the Medina, easy to find once you got your bearings and tucked away from the noisy medina. The place is beautiful, staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Such a little gem of a place.

Excellent staff, breakfast was very good. Jamilla and Saad were amazing, Aziz and his sister were lovely hosts. Will definitely be back to this Riad. Felt like we were staying with family.

It was a calm, welcoming oasis in the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating My room was very clean, and when I checked in on first evening they welcomed me with cookies and mint tea. The breakfast was plentiful and the location was ideal.

Clean , welcoming and helpful staff . Value for money . Zohair ( on desk whom we met) was a very nice host , but English wasn’t his language.

Access to property impossible, doesn’t show up on google or Apple Maps . Bathroom has no Muslim shower ( it is Morocco , a Muslim country ) and so small bathroom to make life uncomfortable. Car parking instructions not clear ( address should be Mohammad V college ).

It’s really close to one of the entrances of the Medina, so the location is convenient. It might be hard to locate it the first time because GPS doesn’t always work great due to the narrow streets, but once you’re on it’s all good. They were able to accommodate some requests (print boarding tickets, late check out).

Be aware that the toilet size is kind of small so it might not be super comfortable for everyone.

The place is beautiful! They were kind to deal with my extremely limited French. The breakfast was deluxe!

This is not the riad's fault, with a great location, there will be noise in the neighbourhood. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I would still stay again!

Great breakfast, very convenient for city

We had a great time at Riad Tidar by Phonix! The staff are all very friendly, especially the young man at reception who was always very nice and helpful. He even accompanied us to our taxi at 3:30 a.m.! The breakfast was varied, there was something different every day and it was more than enough. The location was great, right in the middle of the action, but the Riad was still quiet so we could relax after an eventful day. Our rooms were cleaned every day, no matter what time we left.

The bathroom had a strange smell.

good location, most points of interest are within 20m walking distance. helpful friendly staff, clean rooms (daily cleaning); nice green quiet riad with fruit trees inside, good breakfast (even if pretty much the same every day, with small variations - bread, butter, eggs, jams, coffee, milk and pastry; sometimes fruit, yogurt, or juice). we’ve also had a key from the riad entrance doors and didn’t have to knock for someone to open the door, which is generally rare in marrakech riads. they organised our transfers from/to the airport, we could use the washing machine during our stay, as well as print out our tickets and pay the tourist tax with a card (another rare feature in marrakech)

the only thing that wasn’t good is bathroom facilities state in general - mold, dirty shower curtains, sewers smell (though the smell was an issue only in one of the 2 rooms we occupied) - but lets say that was a part of medina riad experience, hehe

Very convenient and safe location, room is clean, beautiful, spacious and super cosy, beautiful interior, has roof - also beautiful. And super friendly, kind and hospitable stuff. Sent transfer from the airport for my super late flight, and at super early morning. Daily room service. We felt like home, the place is amazing and definitely should have higher rate. We gonna miss it! P.s. for ppl complaining about drainage smell - just close the drainage after use and no smell at all.

Very elegant and cosy riad. The atmosphere inside is very peaceful. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The location was perfect. The room was very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We booked here because of their favorable cancellation policy that met our travel needs. The Riad arranged a taxi for us at the train station but we couldn’t find the driver for 45 mins because we couldn’t read his sign which was written in scribbled pen. We called the Riad and they said he had left but would return. Riad is ideally located in Medina, however vehicles are restricted in Medina so it’s about a 5 min walk from drop off location. Our bathroom was small and we had to be sure to plug shower drain after use, or a foul odor will enter your room. Clothes washer and dryer are available along with a roof top clothesline. Several good restaurants close by. Best part of stay…….location!

The staff been amazing and always available for every request. The riad is in a stretching position in the centre pf Medina. I recommend this Riad to everyone.

Aziz and his family were so welcoming and kind. The Riad was like a calm oasis surrounded by the best markets in Marrakech. Breakfast was included and was amazing! The location was perfect and the staff were superb. Recommend to any traveller looking to see the best of Marrakech!!!

Hard to find after taxi drop off because the hotel is located in the old city.

I liked the originality of the accommodation, you can experience a real riad. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Since we were there in early spring, the blanket was super warm! There were a lot of pillows and the bed mattress was hard, which suited us very well. Very safe accommodation. You can sunbathe on the roof.

Breakfast is traditional, the coffee is bad, but it's all so typically Morocco style. If you are in Marrakesh (Morocco) for the first time, the small street leading to the hotel may scare you, as well as all the hussle on the street.

It was well situated in the old city with great links to both the big square and the new city within walking distance and close to the airport as well. The property itself is a gorgeous Riad, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s cool and refreshing, the main area is clean and nicely decorated. The ground floor is breathtaking and you get to enjoy breakfast and tea in the shade of the plants and the occasional bird that pays a visit. The breakfast is simple and adequate. The rooms are simple and comfortable and provide a good nights sleep. The rooftop is lovely for sunbathing or relaxing at night. The manager and staff are very friendly and helped us wherever we needed and provided a daily room cleaning service.

The toilet was not very clean and the towels could use changing as they seem quite old and marked. And perhaps more information on what to do around the area, local food places/experiences.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riad Tidar By Phoenix in Marrakech, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the beautifully adorned lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The room itself was cosy & clean, quite comfortable, everything one could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Moreover the location is perfect for tourists. Riad is located in heart of Medina, it provided easy access to all the city has to offer while still offering a tranquil retreat from the bustling streets outside. Delicious breakfast, mostly light & sweet ones, freshly prepared, very good quality. Rooftop available for guests. Helpful & friendly staff

On arrival the taxi has been late ~1hour. Please note the entrance is located in dark alley - I imagine single ladies might be afraid to go there at night. Breakfast could be a bit more diversified - for people staying longer of course.
