Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Superbe emplacement (tout peut se faire à pied dans un rayon de 10 min à pied : courses, pain, plage, club de plongée, café et restaurants), appartement bien aménagé, magnifique terrasse, propriétaire très réactif. Nous reviendrons !

Reviewed May 19, 2026L'appartement été bien, belle vue sur le cimetière et la mer.
Il aurait été appréciable d'être prévenue des gros travaux en cour cause incendie de l'appartement du dessus, non pas la veille de notre arriver mais plutot afin d'avoir le choix d'annuler notre séjour. Malheureusement cela n'a pas été dit donc surprise une fois arrivé. le délai de rétractation étant passé le séjour à été très chaotique et nous avons subit soit la plupart du temps pas d'eau chaude voir coupure d'eau, infiltration à la lumière plafond dans une chambre qui provoquer des coupures d'électricité, soit le brut des travaux qui raisonner partout dans l'appartement . Il ne sais pas passer une journée sans soucis causé par les travaux.

Zklamání z pobytu.Bohužel nás nikdo předem neinformoval o plánované rekonstrukci. Po dvou dnech klidu začal neskutečný hluk a všude se objevil prach, který byl v celém apartmánu na balkoně a v bazénu. Nejhorší to bylo v noci – do ranních hodin byly slyšet vrtačky, bouchání a hlasitá hudba. I přesto, že se majitel domluvil, ať s rekonstrukcí skončí dříve, úplně to neklaplo. Toto místo v této chvíli nedoporučuji.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Понравилось: 1. Просторная квартира, кондиционер работал в обеих спальнях (в гостиной кондиционера нет) 2. Очень полная комплектация кухни: есть тостеры, миксеры, очень много разной посуды для готовки. 3. По утрам на балкон прилетал милый попугай 4. Вид на море 5. Вечером можно уютно поужинать на террасе. 6. Хозяин разрешил поздний выезд.
Не понравилось: 1. Вид на кладбище!!!! Прикладываю фото. Если бы я это знал, не стал бы бронировать. До пляжа идти долго. Самый близкий путь/ напрямую через кладбище (мы не ходили). В обход - получалось порядка 10 минут. 2. Много бездомных собак, живущих на кладбище и лающих по ночам. 3. Бассейн не работал в течение всего пребывания (не чистили) 4. Не работал свет в спальнях и коридоре. 5. На верхнем этаже шел громкий ремонт, о чем предупредили только в день заезда 6. При заселении был пыльный пол (пришлось сразу мыть) 7. Нет утюга и гладильной доски 8. Очень слабый напор воды, один из душей не работал (не было горячей воды). В другом горячая вода была днем, по утрам не было) 9. Муравьи и тараканы.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Дешевые апартаменты в уличной части флик-ан-флак. В этой части общественного пляжа хороший заход в воду, можно взять лежаки с зонтом. Сами апартаменты очень удобные и симпатичные. Рядом куча кафе и супермаркет.
Для нас стал сюрпризом вид на кладбище. Однако пока жили мы на это вообще не обращали внимание. (Стоит понимать что не так чтобы прямо под окнами могилы, но его видно)

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Exceptionally clean and comfortable throughout. Well equipped and close to all amenities. The owner sent us a video of the property and it was just as lovely when we saw it in person. Lovely terrace to eat out on. Nice, clean swimming pool. Great host.

Le ménage était approximatif (wc, salle de bain surtout). Une sorte de bruit de pompe la nuit qui peut être gênant (peut être désactivé à priori).
