Reviewed Dec 29, 2025about the only good thing that this agent provided was a water purifier that we could take water from.
there were many things that i am very unsatisfied with. others should be weary before booking from such an agent in the future. 1. on the booking page, it was stated that there were 2 beds that had a bed frame. however when we reached the apartment, there was one bed without a bed frame, completely unreflective of what this apartment was marketed as. furthermore, when we confronted the agent about this particular issues, the agent told us that only after booking could we see what the actual room looks like. hence, it is very clear that incorrect photos were used to market this particular apartment. which i felt scammed out of. in fact, the agent insisted that we were wrong, which we felt that there wasn't even a single bit of remorse or help we felt when tackling this issue. so we ended up just making do with our situation. 2. many of the furniture provided in the apartment was in very poor condition. firstly, upon arrival, when we were very tired and wanted to sit down, the sofa had many brown and black patches all around it, and there was a musty smell emanating from it. secondly, for the toilet, there were many green, brown, and black spots, visibly indicating that it was very poorly maintained, and not thoroughly cleaned. for a place where one goes to wash themselves to be clean, looking at such a dirty place, i felt disgusted and constantly dirty during my stay. thirdly, the floor mat for wiping dry your feet outside the toilet was so thin, you could compare it to piece of A4 paper. this doesn't serve the purpose of drying our feet as i still walked around with wet feet. 3. regarding non-furniture items, the television, not to mention that it was already very small, it was laggy and not working properly. this is another point that was marketed on the website, which we were not able to enjoy even after paying for it. we later found out that the owner was using the netflix service themselves, barring us from using it in the apartment.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025I don’t like anything’s from the stay I had booked from JR lovely homestay although the room seems ok, but the biggest issues is the management problem from the owner, this brings us very bad experience for us, the owner keep missing and can’t contact even I call multiples at different times.
The biggest problem is the management. First, isn’t compulsory to send check in details before the day we check in for the homestay. They mentioned that 3pm can check in but until 4:00pm haven’t received any details to check in… and they just give excuses due to the cleaning staff problems which cause there has no room ready for us to check in…Besides, it also not compulsory for the owner/management to inform me early if cannot allowed for us to check in on time? they only just waste my family’s time to wait at the outside of the homestay… On the next day, during the time we want to check out, the owner also didn’t give any details for me to check out (where to return key&access card). They just pretend me I know everything at here and I should do all by my ownself? Hello, that’s hilarious…,keep giving excuses on their staff is newly join, but even the basic customer service still can’t do it…not replying message when customers have issues about the homestay and just choose giving bad services for the customers.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025All okay. Got towel, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, cool aircond in the hall, and both rooms. Water pressure was alright. Toilet with a shampoo and body wash. Got a dustbin with a plastic bag. Got filtered water coway Just lacking a microwave. Which was alright for me Stay was comfortable. Parking was okay Just getting the access card is a bit tricky The house is clean.
Can get a new cloth for the ironing board please.

- check in method kinda confusing. Need to tap touch n go > collect access card > tap again tngo to go another round> then only use access card. Same again during check out. - need to prepare more than one plastic bag. - deposit return took quite sometime
