Had a lovely stay. Can’t wait for the improvements!!!!

Hot setting on shower water , water heater must be going out . For the price , everything should work excellently.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in the entire island. The staff were extremely friendly and the property is amazing for relaxing. The rooms are also nicely decorated and are huge!

It was a pretty chill place like being in the woods cabin vibes there was a mini fridge to store your snacks and drinks as well as a microwave the room came with a queen size bed and a futon sofa it was pretty roomy the pool wasn't bad the jacuzzi doesn't work but it didn't bother me i lounged in it

I loved the price, it's excellent. The only thing that smelled damp was the smell, but it's on a mountain in a forest, so it's normal. You turn on the air conditioning on dry and it goes away.

This property exceeded our expectations, there was a beautiful nature trail, the view was amazing, we wished we had more time here. We are hoping to come back in November when they have all the amenities back.

Very attentive and responsive to every inquiry made. Staff was very friendly which made for a pleasant stay. The hacienda feel to it made it feel pretty exclusive! The wifi signal was a little unreliable at times but it's almost to be expected when being up in the mountains!

This is a very quiet and beautiful place. I really felt at home. The fact that I was able to do everything online was simply amazing! I definitely recommend this place.

1. Problems with power throught the stay. 2. Portable A/C in a room dripped water all night wetting kids entire clothing. Since there were NO power they could not use dryer to resolve the issue. Terrible experience. I don't think the place is ready yet to operate

Hermoso lugar en las montañas a minutos de carretera #2. Limpieza, atención y el servicio al cliente excelente. Jonathan nos recibió con una sonrisa y mucha amabilidad. Su personal de mantenimiento y limpieza muy amables, dispuestos y atentos con los huéspedes! Muy recomendado. Pronto volveremos!

Me encantó lo bien cuidado que tienen el lugar. El sonido de la naturaleza, la amabilidad de la persona Ana que me ayudó a hacer el check in , su paciencia y empatía. Y lo fácil que me hizo la estancia. No me gustó para nada la calle para llegar al hotel , las colinas demasiado empinadas y curvas en medio de la montaña me dejó asustada y ya no quise regresar durante el día y menos en mi segunda noche por no subir y bajar hacia el hotel.

Service was good since we arrived. Room.was clean and comfortable. Area around the rooms is still under construction and only vending machines as food option. I would visit the hotel again in the future. Location and views were beautiful.

El Oasis is a tropical paradise. The property is a sanctuary for many avian species. Th grounds are maintained beautifuly. The pool and spa area are secluded. The mountain top grass knoll is perfect for stargazing, with the constellations ap you can see multiple constellations and stars. Quiet and peaceful property with over 14 acres surrounding the property. Walking trails are perfect for beautiful photos. The casitas are private and well maintained. Beaches are within a fifteen minute drive down the mountain.Planning to return here. Perfect place for nature enthusiast. Highly recommend.

El lugar es tranquilo, deben siempre tener a algún personal por si surge cualquier contratiempo en la instalación que yo nunca vi. Pero de lo demás todo perfecto y las instrucciones a seguir fáciles de realizar.

We loved it here. The room was so cute and clean. It was self check in which i was a little worried about but we had no issues. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cute place to stay, great hosts who were very communicative! Some buildings are under renovation, so we’d love to come back some day when that’s finished. Quite the drive to get there up a single lane windy road. We were fine with this, but others might not be! Loved the tile in the bathrooms and slept GREAT both nights!

The island was experiencing a block out and this hotel did not have working back up generators for the guest and water, it was very dangerous at night with no solar lights for the walkways, unable to shower, their explanation was that the solar panels were charging

Un Paraíso! Allí te encuentras en medio de la naturaleza, donde puedes escuchar el canto melodioso de las aves, árboles frutales y senderos hermosos. La habitación es acogedora, y tanto la cama como las almohadas son muy cómodas. Desde que hicimos la reservación nos brindaron toda la información del Hotel y sobre todos los servicios que ofrecen. Cercano al Hotel hay variedad de restaurantes donde puedes conseguir desayuno, almuerzo y cena espectaculares. Nuestra estadía fue muy placentera.

Jungle like mountain natures, very nice sidewalk to the pool area, birds chirping everywhere, our original room in building B (next to renovating site) was little bid noisy (right next to local road ) and little bit challenging to get around to, property representative Ana and Daniel was very kind and accommodating and get us room in building A with resonable extra fee, great experience overall

I loved the large rooms, the balcony the landscaping. I do wish that the hotel staff were a little more flexible with checkout especially since there were no other guests booked for our room afterwards .

El Oasis is a charming property that was overall captivating. If you like plantation style houses and enchanting trails, this may very well be the place for you. There were plenty of birds in the trees and small hummingbirds fluttering around. During our stay the facilities were being updated, so we did not get to enjoy their pool or recreation center. However, we were so captivated by the place that we plan on visiting again when everything is done.

Its a beautiful hotel. Very clean and super comfortable.

We have stayed before under previous administration and liked it a lot. The new administration is doing a very good job in remodeling... However, it would be great if the Swimming pool would be ready soon. (I really enjoyed it in my past stays!)

Beautiful property in the mountains but not far from the beach. Unfortunately it is being renovated and the restaurant and pool were closed. Nevertheless, the natural ambience, cleanliness, comfort and service were excellent! We will certainly come back at another time when full amenities are restored.

Property was beautiful there still renovating but the beauty is outside your room the views are beautiful. Low water pressure but cold/hot not a problem at all. Cars driving by at night if you’re a light sleeper might not be the best also WiFi and Service not the best but what makes it worth is the hospitality, cleanliness, views

Wonderful staff, and Super clean. The rooms were cozy and the bed was incredible to sleep in. The pool was clean with cool water for a hot sunny day. Rubin helped us with soo many things including check in & local places to visit.

Stayed one night ... Good location , I would stay again if I were doing stuff again on the West side of the island

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! It truly felt like a hidden gem. The property was stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. My room was impeccably clean, and the TVs were top-notch. The breathtaking scenery added to the overall charm, making it feel like a home away from home. I can't wait to return!

Excelente servicio, habitación limpia, lugar tranquilo. El único detalle es q están en remodelación y el camino para estacionarse estaba con mucho lodo.

Excelente lugar para quedarse, cuartos cómodos, grandes y excelente servicio.

El lugar es acogedor para una noche. Lamentablemente al otro dia no habia agua en la habitacion.
