Es war nicht ok, dass uns die Steuern verrechnet wurden. Erst auf unsere Nachfrage erhielten wir dafür einen Gutschein für 2 Drinks in einem Lokal nebenan. Diesen konnten wir jedoch leider nicht in voller Höhe ausnutzen

Personal muy atento, limpio, acogedor.

Solicité factura y al momento de pagar al ingreso, te piden que salgas del hotel y te dirijas a un restaurante cerca para realizar el pago con una máquina en especial para emitir factura. No corresponde que el cliente tenga que dirigirse a otro lugar si necesita la factura!! Jamás me había pasado algo así. Es tan simple como comprar otra máquina. Muy mal ese punto.

Mas que no gustarme, se que el hotel es relativamente nuevo entonces creo que seria bueno pusieran citofono, así si uno desea consultar algo se haga mas facil. (en mi caso queria consultar por secador de pelo) Cuando fui y desayunar me ofrecieron uno, pero seria mucho mas comodo si las habitaciones tuvieran citofonos. Mi habitación tenia terraza con vista al mar, pero la terraza no tenia separación con la habitación del lado, creo que eso tambien seria muy bueno de mejorar.

La casona en general muy agradable y la habitación amplia, con cama muy cómoda y baño con espacio y muy limpio.

El desayuno puede mejorar. Es de menor calidad en relación al resto de la Casona y el costo. Sugiero tener café de grano disponible.

Me gustó la limpieza, el trato de la recepcionista, la atención del personal durante el desayuno.

La habitación y baño estaban limpios. El personal de servicio siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar.

La habitación estaba muy fría y no tenía como calefaccionar. La habitación no tenía aislación y se escuchan los ruidos de la calle. No hay personal en recepción.

Desayuno con varias opciones, comedor con vista al mar. Habitaciones cómodas. Muy bueno.

The hotel is very Nice, the staff were also very Nice. You can use the internal Parking. The breakfast was very good.

The dorm door didnt have a lock. The hotel charged The booking fee.

1. Super convinient location, within 1 minute walking distance to the downtown, and at the time very quiet any time of the day and night. All windows facing the ocean line. 2. Super clean everywhere, the pillows are catering to a good sleep. 3. Each room has a separate water boiler for bathroom, and you can adjust the hot water to the extent you personally want. A limited time for hot water is available, but for one person it must be just enough. I do hope they have some larger boilers in the rooms designated for 2 or more guests. 4. Private gated parking lot next to the hotel is available. At no extra cost, with connection to the main hotel building.

Alongside the four benefits I value a lot, these are the oversights I would definitely pay attention as the hotel owner/manager: 1. No debit/credit cards are accepted. And no prior notice was given on booking.com. 2. Foreign tourists are not given VAT deduction as required by the Chilean law. 3. No locker safe in the room. 4. No bathroom brush, no stand/cup for tooth brushes and no soap holder. 5. No heaters in the room. 6. Overall, the room is very small, no table allowed, you inevitably settle yourself in the bed, which is enough big and cosy though. Not a big issue for me as a one night guest without laptop. Maybe other rooms are bigger. 7. Breakfast could be better given the purported atmosphere and status of the hotel. No butter, huevos revueltos were as simply cooked as possible , hence they tasted not any close to great. No lemon to accompany tea (yes, only the best cafes and restaurants offer lemon, but are you not willing to be called the best?) Coffee from a coffee boiler, no coffee machine available; small coffee machines are no longer solely for professional restaurants ! Such subtle things make a difference between a routine experience and the feeling of home for the guest ! I have much more to say about the breakfast if the hotel owner makes it bold to address me directly. All said, I do recommend the hotel for staying in the charming town of Huasco !
