L'emplacement relativement éloigné du centre de Eindhoven et des commerces. Beaucoup de travaux dans l'environnement mais ce n'est pas imputable aux propriétaires

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026It is very convenient, pretty close to the center, very clean, with a wide terrace, and also the price includes good breakfast. The hosts, Fons and Nina, are very friendly and kind, we felt like home and we felt very welcome, like a visit to some friends or relatives.
The microwave was pretty useless, since we did not eat in the room anything other than the breakfast, but otherwise, all good.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026This is a private room in the host’s home, with a bathroom located right next to it. The room is very clean, stylish and has a large terrace. The host welcomed me with a bottle of wine and served a lovely breakfast in the morning. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed, including a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and tableware. It is a very quiet and peaceful place, perfect for a relaxing stay.
Of course, having a separate bathroom rather than an en-suite one is not particularly convenient, but it was very clean and easily accessible

Wir haben ein völlig anderes Zimmer gebucht, als wir erhalten haben. Darauf angesprochen wurde es heruntergespielt und schöngeredet, man hat uns nicht ernst genommen. Das Bad war nun minimal klein und ohne Wanne und es gab auch keine Terrasse. Bis heute ist der "Gastgeber" stur und uneinsichtig. Allgemein wird dort Privatsphäre auch nicht sehr groß geschrieben. Dass uns Frühstück in die Unterkunft gebracht wird, während wir dort sind, haben wir daher auch dankend abgelehnt. Wir hoffen, dass diese Bewertung andere potentielle Interessenten vor ähnlich schlechten Erfahrungen schützt. Die Bewertung nicht komplett auf Null zu setzen, ist unserer Erziehung zu verdanken und der objektiven Bewertung des falschen Zimmers.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Bij aankomst een warm welkom en uitleg. Een goed bed en heerlijk balkon. In de kamer lag nog wat informatie en tips over o.a. restaurants incl. loopafstand. Ontbijt was heerlijk, gewoon een heerlijke boterham, voldoende beleg/keuze, wat fruit, eitje en jus. Op de kamer koffie en thee.
Niets! Wil je langer verblijven, dan zou ik kiezen voor een ruimere kamer. Nu bewust gekozen voor deze b&b. Boek ik volgend jaar weer!

The pillow on the bed was far too soft for me and I ended up not sleeping well - but I could've asked for a new one and they might've had another one - it was just a bit late for me to ask.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Ontzettende aardige en behulpzame eigenaar, Schone kleine kamer maar verzien van alles wat je nodig hebt zoals koffie/thee apparaat, koelkast en een airco. Heerlijke bed en kussens en alles schoon en netjes.
Het ontbijt….! Miste bijv broodjes, croissants, yoghurt&granen en verse jus d’Orange ipv uit een pakje😬

De verwarming stond op maar toch was het koud op de kamer Er stond een apart vuurtje maar dat werkte niet In de badkamer lag er een kabel door het venster, waardoor het ook daar fris was om u te wassen

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Heel hartelijk ontvangen door Fons. Er stond een klein flesje wijn als welkomstcadeautje. Ligging tov het vliegveld is perfect. Hele rustige buurt. Gratis parkeren. Comfortabele kamer met royaal balkon en een hele mooie grote badkamer.
Wel goed om te weten dat je geen algehele privacy hebt. Je logeert op de eerste verdieping bij de mensen thuis. Je deelt de voordeur. Bewoners leven op de begane grond en de tweede verdieping, dus je komt ze soms tegen op de gang onderweg naar de badkamer bijv..

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025I liked the king sized bed, it was super comfy and large. I also liked that the room (2) has a terrace entrance, so if weather allowed, I spent time outside, sitting and enjoying the view. There are pillow boxes outside so that you could grab some to make your sitting experience comfy. I also enjoyed the calmness of the surrounding area, it was very good to unwind after the day's adventures. Finally, I really liked the value this place brings. This was the cheapest I could find for a 3 day's stay, but by no means the worst. If anything, I would say this was one of the best stays I've been on!
Only two things - both being minor nitpicks - spotty WiFi connection, it would sometimes disconnect, and my phone would switch to mobile data, which was unfortunate as I have a limited data plan. Perhaps the range can be extended by upgrading to a better router but again, not a big issue. The location - it's a bit far away from the city centre and surrounding entertainment areas, so you will need to either rent a bicycle, use public transport or walk. Of course, if it wasn't for the location, this would not be a budget apartment, so in my view, it is understandable.

Erg luid koelkast op de kamer. Voor het slapen heb je of oordopjes nodig of moet de stekker er uit. Instructies voor contactloze inchecken kwam een uur na het inchecken. Kreeg wel de eigenaar te pakken dus het ging goed.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2024The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood and convenient to stores for any groceries, as well as being very quick and easy to central Eindhoven. Bed was very comfortable. The hosts left us several complimentary items, which were very welcome to a couple of weary travellers. The bathroom, while separate from the room, was private and felt luxurious.
Stairs up to first floor were a bit steep and narrow (just a FYI to fellow travellers)

I was a little distraught to see my view from the window, the cementery, and the bathroom was outside the room, I wasn't really sure if it's shared or if someone else was renting a room on the same floor. Except that, everything was great.
