The location was fantastic. Virtually on the beach. The hotel was welcoming and had a lovely open Reception area. The pool was immaculate and had a very inviting poolside area. The staff throughout the hotel and beach area were cheerful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast buffet food wasn’t kept very hot.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία ακριβώς απέναντι από την πανέμορφη παραλία "Χρυσή Ακτή" στο Μπατσί, μόνο ελάχιστα μέτρα μακριά από τα εστιατόρια και τα καφέ του χωριού. Επιπρόσθετα, το προσωπικό του αποτελεί έναν από τους λόγους για τους οποίους θα επιστρέψουμε ξανα στην Άνδρο! Η Μαρία στη ρεσεψιόν με ζεστασιά και με φιλική διάθεση μας πρόσφερε εγκάρδια φιλοξενία παρέχοντας μας πληροφορίες και βοήθεια καθ'όλη την διάρκεια της παραμονής μας. Εξαιρετικά!

Η τοποθεσία: η παραλία φανταστική και οι ξαπλώστρες για τους ενοίκους μόνο!

Μύριζαν οι σωληνώσεις στο μπάνιο, και σε κάποιους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου, ισόγειο και σε εξωτερικό χώρο, θα πρέπει να γίνει ανακαίνιση στα υδραυλικά. Επίσης, καλό θα ήταν το πρωινό να είναι πιο πλούσιο π.χ. ομελέτες που να φτιάχνονται κι επί τόπου σε όποιον θέλει, μαζί με τοπικά προϊόντα της Άνδρου πχ μέλι.

La posizione, l’arredamento, lo staff, la colazione, il balcone della stanza vista mare e tramonto, i servizi (ad esempio l’accesso alla spiaggia con lettini ed ombrelloni comodi e possibilità di ordinare e consumare comodamente sul lettino)

Alles sehr sauber und Neu. Großes Zimmer und Balkon. Der Stand war super und man hatte immer genug Liegen natürlich Gratis ;-) Der Pool war auch sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und umfangreich. Auch im Wartebereich war es immer sauber. Und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit egal in welchem Bereich.

Da kann ich nix sagen da wirklich alles super war .

The hotel was excellent, with a grat location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

La vicinanza al mare e’ impagabile. Basta uscire dall’holtel per essere subito in spiaggia. Mare bello e pulito, il villaggio di Batsi e’ molto carino, accogliente e pieno di locali.

Le stanze e sopratutto i bagni sono molto piccoli.

Excellent location, as you are at the heart of Batsi but it is still fairly quiet and with very close access to a large public parking space.

Wonderful hotel in a stunning location on a beautiful island. The staff were great, especially Maria who was so helpful, giving great local advice. Having a beach across the road with free sun beds was amazing. The little town was full of places to eat, drink and shop. We had the best time and will be back.

Η τοποθεσία είναι υπέροχη καθώς βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά στην θάλασσα και δίπλα στα εστιατόρια και μπαρ. Το πρωινό είναι υπέροχο με εδέσματα για όλα τα γούστα καθώς περιλαμβάνει ποικιλία από γλυκά, αλμυρά, φρούτα και σαλάτα. Το δωμάτιο είναι ιδανικό σε μέγεθος. Το μπάνιο και αυτό άνετο και μοντέρνο. Το wi fi λειτουργεί μια χαρα. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πεντακάθαρο σε όλους τους χώρους. Το φαγητό που παραγγείλαμε ήταν και αυτό πάρα πολύ ωραίο. Γενικά περάσαμε αξέχαστα!!!

Gentilezza e professionalità

Great location. 15 min drive from Gavrio port, first line on the beach, 2 min walking from supermarkets and right next to various bars and restaurants, still rather quiet. Beach beds are included and comfortable, beach bar is affordable and provides good selection of drinks and foods. Rich breakfast, beatiful pool, cosy yard, very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was perfect!

De ligging, het fijne strand voor de deur behorend bij het hotel. Voldoende ligbedden, klantgerichte medewerkers, de kamer was weliswaar niet groot maar had alles wat nodig is voor een prettig verblijf. Wij zaten op de begane grond, vlak bij de liften maar geen geluidsoverlast.

De wifi kan iets beter, maar is er wel.

Part of our 40th wedding anniversary trip and the 5 days in Batsi were our favourite part. We liked everything , lovely staff thank you Maria x, good breakfast options, lovely bedroom with a seaview ( they did upgrade us due to our anniversary which I thought was amazing). With their own section of the beach with beds /Parasol and waiter service included in room rate as were the beach towels!.

Nothing about the hotel but the bus service not always reliable lol.

L'emplacement un peu en retrait de la zone des restaurants et la plage à proximité. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux mais les oeufs sur le plat souvent trop cuits et froids.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans cet Hôtel soit disant 3 étoiles pour 640 euros avec petit déjeuner. Au 1er étage notre chambre était vraiment petite et il était difficile de passer en pied de lit 50 cm avec une TV à la hauteur des épaules.il n'y a pas d'eau à disposition pour notre arrivée une bouilloire sans dosette café ou autre. Seule la salle de bain a été refaite mais mal, pas de siphon sous l'évier et avec une fuite sur le raccordement qui mouille la salle de bain mauvaise odeur nous obligeant à laisser de l'eau dans le lavabo... Bondes au sol sans siphon et pente, normal avec du carrelage de 60 cm. Pour le couchage un interrupteur est présent au niveau de l'oreiller qui s'allume si on bouge de trop assis dans le lit. La TV n'est même pas connectée le wifi est très médiocre et indisponible sur la terrasse et la plage. Globalement mauvais rapport qualité prix. La piscine est assez grande mais l'environnement avec des poufs n'est pas agréable.

Το πρωινό είναι εξαιρετικό και με μεγάλη ποικιλία, το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό. Τα δωμάτια είναι καθαρά και άνετα. Ιδανική επιλογή αν δεν θέλεις να ταλαιπωρεισε.

Τα έπιπλα του δωματίου είναι σχετικά παλιά και το μπάνιο είναι λίγο μικρό.

The hotel is at the heart of Batsi, beachfront to the best part of Batsi Beach, a very short walk from all the restaurants and nice places. We had a blast. Stayed there for 12 nights and felt like home. The staff were incredibly nice, warm, welcoming. Maria is such a sweetheart, but not only her, the rest of the staff as well. They were there for every single request we had. The property is super clean, the housekeeping ladies are always smiling and working tirelessly.

There was not one thing we didn’t like in the hotel.

Η τοποθεσία του είναι υπέροχη πλάι στην θάλασσα, οπόταν μπορείς να συνδυάσεις θάλασσα και πισίνα ανάλογα, μπορείς να πας σε όλα τα εστιατόρια που βρίσκονται στην ίδια ευθεία, ευγενικό προσωπικό, αμεση εξυπηρέτηση καθαρά και άνετα δωμάτια,, υπέροχα μαλακά κρεβάτια ,ωραίο πρωινό το οποίο μπορείς να απολαύσεις στην μπροστινή βεράντα με θέα την θάλασσα και pet friendly, όπου μπορείς να πάρεις μαζί και το κατοικίδιο σού. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω είναι ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση.

We loved the room, great aircon, great shower, very comfy bed and lovely quiet view. Great location, beach beds, umbrellas and friendly staff. Breakfast was great and other food and drink was excellent. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Le cadre de l'hôtel, l'attention du personnel et leur gentillesse. L'hôtel est très bien situé, au centre de batsi. Le bâtiment est très bien insonorisé. L'hôtel est très propre, tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour un super séjour.

No water in the fridge. No coffee in the room.

The staff, front desk, beach/bar servers, incredible. The breakfast was perfect. They offered beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. Location is excellent in Batsi.

Of course, once you offer beach loungers there will be patrons that take advantage. They lock up their loungers and do not come back for many hours. I know it’s hard but maybe the staff could remove items after a period of time so the patrons that want to use loungers have the opportunity. Would be nice if rooms had wash cloths for showering. I suggest bring your own or buy a bath sponge at “market” located to the left of the resort.

Perhaps better organisation at breakfast coinciding with departing coach parties/guests. Also, not a negative, but unnecessary to provide a clean sheet every day for the smaller bed in our room.

The location was awesome, right in front of beach. The staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating.

The breakfast was a little generic. It would have been nice to have fresh watermelon and melons.

Ontbijt had iets uitgebreider gemogen, maar dat is een smaak dingetje denk ik. 7 dagen hetzelfde ontbijt is gewoon niet helemaal ons ding. Ontbijt was verder goed.

Shower needed attention- water sprayed out beyond cubicle all over floor; room layout far from ideal - superior sea facing room had extra unnecessary bed which restricted movement around the room - but a great view!

Hotel in ottima posizione proprio fronte spiaggia! Avevamo camera laterale vista mare e piscina, un po’ piccola ma confortevole e pulita, letto molto comodo. Un ombrellone con 2 lettini a disposizione in spiaggia. Colazione buona con buffet salato e dolce composto da uova, bacon, vari tipi di pane e grissini, pan cake, formaggio, verdure, yogurt, cereali, frutta e piccoli dolci, miele e marmellata. Continuamente rifornita. Si può consumare anche nella veranda o nei tavoli in spiaggia. Un grande parcheggio gratuito a lato hotel. Uscendo dall’hotel inizia passeggiata sul lungomare di Batsi molto carina, con tantissimi ristoranti. Lo consiglio!

Qualche dettaglio: Scomoda porta del bagno che aperta impediva passaggio, come la grande molla della porta camera che sbatteva nell’armadio. Dalla spiaggia si possono ordinare solo bevande al bar dell’hotel. Sarebbe bello poter avere qualche insalata o piatto per pranzo.

Rumsstädningen var betydligt sämre än i de allmänna utrymmen. Trots att vi blev uppgraderade till ett familjerum var standaren dålig. Luktade kloak och badrummet var ofräscht. Utsikten dålig och hotellets tvätteriet var precis under oss. Lät som om det tvättades stenar i maskinerna.

This is a lovely hotel in the town of Batsi. It is in a great location with a large choice of restaurants close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a decent-sized pool and is on the beach front. There are complimentary sunbeds available to hotel guests. Breakfast was very nice with a good range of options. The hotel was very clean throughout and the room was comfortable. The shower was powerful.

Wi-Fi was unreliable. It was often very slow or not working at all. Thankfully the island has 5G. The TV in my room was outdated and had no apps. I think in 2025 for a hotel charging this much, a TV that has YouTube, Netflix etc should be standard. It could take a while for sunbeds on the beach to become available; there were not always enough for the amount of guests present.

The location is unbeatable, it's right on the breach front with beech towels available every day. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and never took long for drinks to arrive when on the beach.

Die Lage ist top….direkter Standzugang und wir haben immer problemlos eine Liege bekommen die nur für Hotelgäste sind. Das Personal ist megafreundlich und immer bemüht alles zu regeln. Die Sauberkeit muss nochmals positiv erwähnt werden.

Zimmer sind sehr klein und spärlich eingerichtet. 2 kleine Koffer unterzubringen ist schwierig.Die Einzelbetten sind wirklich sehr schmal.

La literie n' est pas confortable, trop ferme.

Gerenoveerde kamers zijn heel fijn. Het eigen strand op 3 stappen afstand en in het rustigere gedeelte aan de boulevard. De medewerkers zijn top en doen er alles aan op het je naar de zin te maken.

Het handdoekje leggen is zo armoedig. Maak een beleid. Richt een balie in op het strand en geef alleen handdoeken af naar het aantal mensen dat zich meldt. Zo voorkom je dat -tijdens ons verblijf- bepaalde gasten 11(!) bedjes bezet hielden vanaf 7 uur ‘s ochtend a waar niet of nauwelijks gebruik van werd gemaakt. Ik zou een 10 geven wanneer deze ergernis (van velen) werd opgelost.

Beach with free sunbeds across the road. close to restaurants and bars, but quiet. the rooms are on the smaller side, the bathroom is also, but satisfactory for two people the staff, from the reception to the cleaners are friendly and do their job all day long friendly to guests
