Reviewed Oct 15, 2025The staff is kind and available. The place is quite clean and comfortable. It's quite and seems safe. The bathroom is big and the shower is super nice.
The floor was not super clean even though we couldn't see clutter. However, under the slippers we had quite an amount of dust after the stay. The bidet faucet was not properly attached and a rail for the bidet towel was missing.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Un hôtel-pizzeria. Pouvoir dîner sur place sans avoir à chercher un restaurant lorsqu’on prend les chambre en début de soir. Et les pizzas sont excellente !
Ne pas pouvoir y petit-déjeuner. Mais un café tout proche a vite comblé cette petite lacune.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Very spacious room, comfortable and clean. Minimalistic, but functional and ultimately good value for money. The hotel is above the restaurant, but the room was very quiet. Good air conditioning. The restaurant was also very good: good food, friendly and accommodating staff, and good value for money. The hotel is 2 min aways from the main square of Saronno. There are many bars/caffes nearby, to get cornetti and cappuccino in the morning. We did not see much of Saronno, but we drove to Lake Como, which is around 40 min away. All in all, very good stay.
The hotel had some parking spaces, but very few. So, in the end we had to park on the main street outside. Not a big problem in the end, as the street is not busy and there was plenty of space.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025This hotel is located in a town/small city away from central Milan reachable by train in half hour.
Exceptionally noisy room !!! Those who want to have a quiet sleep in a quiet town, this hotel is NOT your choice. The noise is not from the restaurant at G/F, it is from the traffice noise from the street immediate in front of hotel plus it is also at the junction of two street. I stayed in this hotel for four nights, after the first night, I found that the room is very noisy even in mid night and very early morning with ambulance vehicle and vespa scooter passing by sometime. I gurantee that the room cannot provide a quiet environment for you to sleep even with all window closed. I requested the hotel to change a room to me not facing the streets, they just simply reply no room available, so if you book this hotel, you must get the gurantee that you can have a room NOT facing the immediate streets. The maintenance of the room is not good, e.g. detached overhead lighting, risk of falling down of LED overhead lighting ! GOOD LUCK !

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025Very welcoming staff, you check in at the restaurant (which is a great option for dinner!). Room was spacious and spotless clean, very new and comfortable.
Room are big and very empty of furniture, so every noise gets amplified. It was not our case, but there is potential for very noise corridors because of thin walls.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Das Hotel war sehr sauber,und für den Preis sehr komfortabel.Man hat mein Gepäck getragen,es gab einen Aufzug.Im Zimmer war auch ein Kühlschrank mit Gef rierfach allerdings gab es laute Geräusche im Haus aber das hat mich nicht gestört. Das zugehörige Resaurant war einfach nur super.Einziger Wermutstropfen war ein Strafzettel für das Parken obwohl man mir gesagt hatte es sei kostenlos .Das war ziemlich teuer.Deswegen werde ich leider nicht wiederkommen.

Das Appartement war von der Größe her perfekt, ganz modern ausgestattet. Was bisschen negativ war ist, das Zimmer lag an einer viel befahrenen Straße , es war schon etwas laut , auch war es in derm. Appartement schon hellhörig. Aber trotzdem warennwir sehr zufrieden

In de badkamer hing het e.e.a los. De aankomst was rommelig. Naast het feit dat het achteraf gezien best vervelend is dat je niet tussen 15.30 en 18.00 uur in kan checken was er na 18.00 uur ook niemand. De personeelsleden van de onderliggende pizzaria probeerden de persoon die blijkbaar in zijn eentje verantwoordelijk was te bellen maar deze was even een boodschapje doen. Toen hij uiteindelijk 25 minuten later aan kwam gedroeg hij zich zeer hufterig en alsof het volstrekt normaal was dat wij een half uur hadden zitten wachten.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025Lovely room with en-suite and air con. We came from Malpensa airport - a short train ride to Saronno and then an easy 10 min walk from the station. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant below - food was fantastic. Then back on the train the next morning to Como Lago. A great stop over.
