#Lofoten Leilighet ved sjøen

This was the best property we stayed at in Norway. It has everything you need. A modern apartment with a full kitchen along with separate bedroom, dining room, lounge and parking. It was a great location. The bonus is the washing machine and dryer. We stayed 4 nights and wish we stayed longer. Jostein was a great host that provided clear instructions and recommendations. Would not hesitate to rebook or recommend to others.

Underfloor heating kept the house a constant warm temperature day and night - so nice to come home to a warm house each day The house was modern and nicely decorated with comfortable furniture The location was great - central area, small village but close to main town for supplies and access to airport Right by the water with lovely views

The only thing that could improve would be black out blinds in the bedrooms - we were staying during the midnight sun and the window shades still let in a lot of light. Sleeping with an eye mask was required.

Appartamento nuovo e moderno, ma con grande atmosfera, con una vista sul mare e montagna incredibile! Attrezzato con tutto cio' che può servire e anche di piu', sia in cucina che in bagno . Facile il check in e comodo il parcheggio. La zona è comoda sia per visitare il sud che il nord e la sera ci si puo' rilassare in un comodo divano davanti a una smart tv , con una vista sul mare che rende tutto un po' magico. Dal cortile sul retro abbiamo potuto ammirare la dama in verde.

Alojamiento perfecto para viajar por las Lofoten, superó nuestras expectativas. Primera línea al mar, buenas vistas. Casa con todo lo necesario y más, muy confortable y espaciosa. Muy bien aislada, con lo que perfecta para un viaje en invierno. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Facilities, kitchen was well equipped, good central location for driving east and west. Very comfortable overall.

Amazing location, superb desing, real comfort!

Top eingerichtete Wohnung mit modernem Design, wir haben uns vom 1. Tag an super wohlgefühlt! Die Sicht auf die Bucht, die Ruhe, die gut ausgestattete Küche und das schöne Wohnzimmer waren die Highlights unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes. Einzig im kleineren Zimmer gab es kein Regal oder Schrank für Kleider, das war aber kein grosses Problem.

Great location, clean and spacious, beautiful views outside the window

Just the noise outside from snow plough, nothing to do with the property.

We stayed under Christmas time, when all restaurants and supermarkets were closed or worked reduced times. Also for a couple of days we were particularly unlucky with the weather (strong wind, hail), so we got to spend much time inside the house. It was indeed a lovely time, we felt at home (a modern, high-tech, well designed home!). We enjoyed very much cooking in the well-equipped kitchen (the dishwasher was a game changer) and we used the washing machine and drier to wash some clothes so consider that when you pack! The living room is also lovely, we put on some music using the smart tv and relaxed on the super comfy sofa. The view from the windows is the best, one would never get tired of looking outside. If you have a car, you will have your own park just outside the next building. In the Ballstad area there are plenty of good spots (approx a 20 minutes drive) to catch northern lights. Our favs were Uttakleiv / Haukland / Vik beaches.

We did arrive quite late (around midnight or so) and very much enjoyed the fact that it was all hassle free and you could enter the property with just a door code. Jostein was a great host, he gave us super nice recommendation in the area and was always available and answering quickly. The property exceeded our expectations, it's such a nice cozy place and we felt at home really quickly. It has everything you could need inside and the view was so nice as well and we definitely enjoyed just chilling in the living room in the evening.

Brand new apartment with a noce view on the harbour located in between all best places in Lofoten islands. Perfectly equipped in all you need even on a long stay (washing machine, dryer ect.). High quality. The village itself may be not really interesting but all main attactions of Lofoten are within maximum 1 hr drive (having own car is essential). Easy to find and very good contact with the owner. We would definitely reccommend!

Fantastic location - well-placed to travel to all of the islands. Beautiful modern decor, felt very stylish. Stunning views out on the water. Well-equipped kitchen and lovely bathroom.

We had a lovely stay at this modern and luxurious apartment. The view is incredible, the kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped, and the bed is large and comfortable. Even having a shower there felt like we were staying at a luxury resort! Exceeded our expectations :)

Jostein’s accomodation fully exceeded our expectations. We instantly felt at home the moment we entered - everything was very well thought out, super clean and cosy. The location was great too! Despite not being in a remote area we managed to see the northern lights from the backyard on two nights we were there! Thank you Jostein for an amazing stay and for being a great host!

Modern and stylish apartment with two bedrooms, with a large living area and a very well equipped kitchen with all basics. Bedrooms have both double beds. Nice bathroom with washer and dryer. Parking of multiple cars is possible. Though the town is quite small, there is a supermarket and a restaurant within walking distance (20-30min).

The ventilation system was a bit noisy in the living room. The temperature was set a bit high in the beginning and the air was quite dry.

The place is spacious, cozy, with all necessary amenities and beautiful view from the windows. Super clean and with a lot of attention to details. The neighbourhood is very quiet and there is a balcony from which you can enjoy landscape in private.

Outstanding property that delivered above expectations. Picture Windows framed harbour view wonderfully. Rooms and facilities first class. Owners left great info on walks and restaurants which was appreciated. Would have loved to stayed longer.

Brand new, tastefully designed apartment with well equipped kitchen, an outside terrace right along the waterside, and a really nice view on the bay of Ballstad harbour. With Ballstad being quite centrally located halfway the Lofoten archipel, the location is perfect for a longer stay in the Lofoten region. We were there for a week and would have liked to stay longer. If we would go back to the Lofoten, we would not hesitate a second to stay here again.

Nothing really. We had a minor problem with an alarm that suddenly went off in the boiler room, yet Jostein, the host, came over as quickly as he could to solve the issue.

brand new apartment in Ballstad, Norway, and it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was amazing! The view is beautiful and the whole apartment is very nice and cosy itsefl. It is very well equipped, whats more, everything seems to be brand new. There is also washing maschine and dryer in the bathroom, which is perfect for rainy/muddy weather.
