The Homestay is a really nice place to explore the surrounding rice fields. Hue and her family are so nice! Also you can join in a very delicious family meal in the evening.

Der Host war super lieb, sie hat mir wegen der Hitze anstatt einen Schlafsaalplatz ein Einzelzimmer gegeben. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage war super mitten in den Reisfeldern und das Family Dinner sehr lecker!

Fahrräder sind nicht so gut in Schuss. Und Bad auch etwas dreckig, aber beides nicht so schlimm.

La stanza singola era ok, per il prezzo davvero top. Colazione inclusa a due scelte (noodles o uova e pane) + acqua filtrata, banane e bici gratuite. La family dinner era davvero buona

Alcuni dei tetti, come in tutta Mai Chau, sono fatti di eternit (cemento + amianto/asbestos). Dovete esserne consapevoli

Det här är ett av de bästa boendena jag har bott på i Vietnam! Hue och hennes familj är jättetrevliga och välkomnar en i deras hem på bästa sätt. Rummen är välstädade, läget är fantastiskt och maten de serverar är god. Jag åker gärna tillbaka hit någon gång :)

L'emplacement qui permet des balades à vélo au milieu des rizières. La chambre était grande et propre, le lit était Ok aussi. Le p'tit dej était simple mais efficace et le repas entre hôte le soir était parfait.

Très peu de vélo en bon état, ce serait bien de le faire. La communication n'a pas toujours été fluide, mais cela n'enlève en rien leur sympathie et l'accueil.

Great location! Family dinners are really nice and good value for money - great opportunity to meet other people. Bikes available to discover Mai Chau. Highly recommend! The family was really sweet and making sure I had the best stay.

Ganz ganz tolles Homestay mit einer total lieben u d hilfreichen Familie. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und meinen Aufenthalt auch verlängert. Die Lage ist auch super da man die Stadt ganz entspannt mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten erreicht und die Unterkunft ist umringt mit wunderschönen Reisfeldern und am Abend kann man Glühwürmchen beobachten.

Die Unterkunft war super man sollte nur bedenken genügend Moskitospray mitzunehmen, da wegen den wunderschönen Reisfeldern natürlich auch mehr Mücken unterwegs sind.

This place is beautiful, the room size is comfortable, and the bed is very good. The staff is very helpful, Hue (the owner) makes a dinner buffet you can join every night, and the food is amazing. There are some bikes for free, that you can borrow.

Had a great time here. The location is right next to a rice field but still walkable to other shops etc. Family dinner was nice and sometimes you ended up chatting with other travellers (not as social as a hostel though). You can also order food from a menu When there was an issue with my AC, they came to fix it right away

Bikes weren't in the best condition but they're free. Lots of mosquitoes in the area (not their fault obviously), bring some bug spray

Amazing hosts, the area is a great place to relax, beautifull view and the group chat and the buffet meal at the evenings helped meeting new people and arrange trips with other travelers, We had a lot of fun over there and I really recommand it!

Guesthouse très conviviale avec son buffet du soir entre guest. La vue magnifique sur les rizières, le prêt des vélos gratuitement pour se balader pendant des heures dans les petits villages. La chambre était parfaite

Het familiediner was super gezellig zn heel lekker! Iedereen was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren ook heel cool en grote bedden:)) Badkamer ook heel proper!

Chambre qui est très très basique. Je pensais avoir réservé une chambre plus sympa visuellement mais visiblement pas. Le petit déjeuner est trop basique et pas intéressant : nouilles instantanées inintéressantes ou un bout de pain avec un œuf.

such a good value for money! i liked the wide beds with mosquito tents in the dorm, bathroom was clean, there's even breakfast included, free bananas and water refill! Hue was so nice and helpful, too, and the family dinners were deliiiicious with loads of vegan options! there's also hammocks outside next to the rice fields, it was a great place to chill. Would definitely come again!

during the day it got quite hot in the dorm, since there's no AC, but it was okay with the fan, and at night it cooled down a bit

A beautifull location, with direct views into the ricefields and surrounding mountains and an easy distance walking or a short bicycle ride to the main village of Mai Chau with enough basis shops & facilities. Owners Hue and her husband and family do a great job to make this beautifull homestay a very pleasant and hospitable place and a meeting space for international travelers. I could realy feel being a guest of this extended family. Nice outdoor spaces to gather and sit around with lots of shade.. Nice private rooms and a great dorm space in the attic, Rooms, dorm and communal spaces are tastefull and clean. Tastefull free breakfast.

Free bicycles are available but they are a bit old and clumsy. But good enough for some smaller trips to the main village or in the nearby neighborhood.

Einer der besten Homestays in Vietnam in dem ich war. Die Familie ist unglaublich freundlich und es finden sich immer viele unterschiedliche Gäste zusammen, was den Homestay zu einem sehr sozialen Treffpunkt macht. Das Familien Dinner ist sehr zu empfehlen und die Lage ist fantastisch!

De mis mejores estancias. Sin dudas te recomendo que pases a conocer a Hue y su familia. Hacen de tu viaje por Vietnam una experiencia distinta. Muchos cariños💗

Perfekt für allein Reisende zum leute kennenlernen. Laage traumhaft auf einem reisfeld mit toller Restaurant terasse mit Hängematten. Jeden Abend Familie dinner mit tollem Essen alle zusammen. Perfekt für Kontakte. Zimmer super ruhig und gemütlich. Ganz tolle Vermieterin. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen

5 stars is not enough for this place. You get the resort treatment with the feeling of being part of the family. The food is delicious, from breakfast to their legendary family dinner that I would highly recomend. This hostel is so good that people staying at other places would come have a great time there.

Beatuful family run homestay just out of Mai Chau village. Friendly and helpful hosts, very good food. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The water drain in the shower was clogged and the water stayed on the floor, otherwise everything was good.

Nice family that runs this place. It is very budget friendly and has a decent restaurant on the property. Filtered water to fill your water bottle.

The dorm is open air with bug net tents. Some of the zippers don’t work so you get bit my mosquitos while sleeping. No AC and is quite hot. I did not sleep well. The bikes are in terrible condition. For a few dollars more there are much nicer hostels in the area.

It’s so peaceful and quiet. Al the staff/family are so nice and smiling all the time and I felt like I am welcome there. There are unlimited bananas and there are also hammocks in the restaurant area, family dinners are also amazing and very fun and they gave us pitchers of happy water. If you sleep in a dorm you will sleep in a tent which is spaceous and nice. All in all the vibe and energy of the place is great!

La comida tan deliciosa y el espacio. El espacio del restaurante es muy agradable, cómodo y bonito.

Las camas en la habitación compartida las mas incomodas de Vietnam. La habitación muy ruidosa tanto de las personas cuando caminábamos por ella como de sonido del exterior. Los propietarios a veces iban un poco saturados por la cantidad de personas que éramos y eso hacia que por ejemplo tuviéramos que esperar como una hora y media al alquiler de la moto.

Fabulous hosts, wonderful family. Unfortunately the main host, Hue, was away during my stay so I missed out on her hospitality, but the rest of her family was equally warm, welcoming, and extremely accommodating/helpful, if a little short staffed. The attached restaurant is very good and a fair price, and there is a beautiful view from it with hammocks to chill in. Bit of a social vibe without being stifling, which I appreciated. Bicycles for free and motorbikes for a fair price. They also have an excellent private driver for day trips or pickups.

Some rooms are nicer than others. Definitely get the deluxe double room if booking private, as opposed to the king. The communal washrooms on the ground floor (not the dorm washroom) are pretty dingy. While the beds are clean, the mattresses are quite hard, even for someone who prefers that. The blankets are also a little small. Overall, very minor gripes about an otherwise great stay.

È stata la migliore esperienza in Vietnam. Hue è super carina e disponibile. Attorno a loro riescono a creare un'atmosfera da famiglia anche per gli ospiti ed è speciale.

ההומסטיי הכי טוב שישנתי בו בויאטנאם! המשפחה שמנהלת את המקום מקסימה וכל כך נעים להיות שם. החדר שלי היה נקי ומרווח עם מקלחת חמה וטובה. יש ארוחת בוקר כלולה ותמיד יש פירות טעימים שאפשר לנשנש ומים מסוננים למלא בחינם. יש במקום מסעדה טעימה וכל ערב הם עושים ארוחה משפחתית בסגנון בופה חופשי תמורת 100k בלבד. טעים טעים ומפנק מאוד. האווירה חברתית וקל להכיר אנשים חמודים. המקום נמצא ממש בתוך שדות האורז באיזור שקט אבל מרחק הליכה מהמון דברים. יש אפילו אופניים שאפשר לקחת בחינם כדי להסתובב באיזור וזה היה מושלם, עשיתי את זה כל יום. המחיר ממש נוח אפילו לחדר פרטי ויש גם אופציה של דורמס. ממליצה בחום! לא תצטערו

זאת החוויה שלי ממאי צאו במקום ממש עשה לי את החוויה הכי טובה שיכולתי לבקש המשפחה חמה ונעימה והם גורמים לך להרגיש חלק מהם בערב עושים ארוחה בה כל ההוסטל מוזמן וזאת חוויה מדהימה וטעימה מאוד!!!! אנשים באמת עם הלב הכי טוב שפגשתי!!! לגמרי עשו לי את החוויה הכי טובה בעולם!! ישנתי פה 5 לילות והבעלים התחשבו בי בהכל, במחיר, בחדר. יש אופניים בחינם, הם עוזרים לקבוע הסעות לאן שצריך ובאמת פשוט אנשים חמודים עם לב טוב הייתי נשארת פה גם עוד אם הייתי יכולה באמת חוויה מדהימה!!!

Chị chủ homestay rất hiếu khách và nhiệt tình, phòng sạch đẹp. Gà quay ngon. Nếu book phòng riêng nhớ đem xịt chống muỗi vì không có sẵn màn.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce homestay. Toute la famille est incroyablement gentille et nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre était propre. L'espace extérieur est immense avec vue sur les rizières, les enfants ont pu jouer dans la cour. Il y a possibilité de manger midi et soir en plus des petits déjeuners et la nourriture est excellente, préparée avec des produits frais et locaux. Possibilité de louer des scooters sur place et de laver le linge.

Les lits sont un peu durs, mais c'est souvent le cas au Vietnam.

Nous avions réservés suite aux commentaires des précédents voyageurs et ça s’est avéré vrai : superbe homestay pour connecter avec les gens, et la famille ! Le gros plus est le buffet du soir à 100K/pers, la nourriture était bonne, variée et beaucoup d’options végé ! C’est surtout une superbe occasion pour créer du lien. Nous avons séjourné durant Têt et nous ne pouvions pas tomber mieux. Merci beaucoup nous nous rappellerons de ce séjour ! Literie / chambre / emplacement vraiment au top

La hospitalidad de Hue y su familia, el lugar tiene mucho encanto, los desayunos son geniales, la facilidad para alquilar motos y contratar otros transportes. Tuvimos la oportunidad de volver a Mai Chau a celebrar el Tet con la familia y fue simplemente increíble.

This family owned place gives you a great vibe. Leaving to my next destination was hard. There is a dinner option basically cooking together including the grandma, who is so much fun to be cook with and get to know lovely guests.

Check-in was a bit late because there were so many people, but nothing tragic. I enjoyed the view eating fresh salad. The bathroom could be cleaner, for instance the cup holder for the toothbrush.

L’accueil de Hue et sa famille est juste exceptionnel. Le logement est correct sans plus. Mais c’est tout à fait convenable pour les vacances paisibles que nous cherchions.

Il y a des petits détails comme le fait que la lumière dans la chambre n’éclaire pas énormément…mais l’ambiance du lieu, le personnel et ce pays incroyablement magnifique vous font vite oublier ces détails. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Accueil merveilleux, famille bienveillante souriante et toujours disponible pour vous aider . Le repas du soir avec la famille été extra . La chambre propre . La douche chaude . Le calme absolu pour dormir Merci beaucoup pour tout 😀

Me hospedé aquí 2 noches y desearía haberme quedado muchísimo más tiempo. Primero que nada el lugar donde está ubicado es perfecto, rodeado de naturaleza, montañas, campos de arroz y tranquilidad, pero por sobre todo lo que destaca este lugar es Hue y su familia!. Desde que llegas al hospedaje te hacen sentir parte de su familia y siempre atentos para que tengas una linda experiencia. Desde el desayuno incluido, las bicicletas que puedes usar sin costo alguno, la increíble cena que preparan y las personas que conoces en el lugar no pueden ser mejor. Muchísimas gracias ❤️

Hué et sa famille ont un magnifique endroit qu’ils partagent. Le repas du soir qu’ils ont concocté était excellent. Hue nous a aidés à réserver un bus pour Hanoi, elle nous a prêté des vélos et louer des scooters

You couldn’t ask for a better homestay than this one, I booked 12 nights here and could’ve stayed longer! Hue and her family create such a welcoming environment, bringing everyone together with family dinners and communicating with everybody in a group chat, often inviting guests to join in day to day activities. This was especially generous as I stayed here during Tet and Hue invited all of us to celebrate with her and her family. 100% recommend

The owner is the nicest lady I’ve ever met here!! You can borrow bikes, rent motorcycles for cheap The food is amazing!! And we can seat together at night to get to know new travelers (free happy water)

Really amazing family-like vibe there! I especially enjoyed the family dinners every evening, good way to connect with other travellers and the amount of food is really a lot (lots of vegetarian!). Breakfast is also good (typical; eggs with bread). No problem with warm water. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I liked the what's app chat for all the guests, it is a good way to communicate information. The manager of the homestay shares a file with all the amazing locations to discover nearby, honestly no prior research of things to do is needed. Also helped to arranged the bus and laundry. But overall, just the vibes there and family atmosphere are the best, I could stay much longer!

Free bicycle rental is a big plus, just keep in mind the quality of the bikes is not really good. But for short rides around the village is fine. In my room (private) there was no mosquito net for the bed. Currently there is some construction site nearby, so I was woken up by noise at 7:30am, but no idea how long it will last, it was not the worst.

Everything went well. Very polite and helpfull host. Hue is a really good person. She takes care about your needs. The room was tidy and clean as well as the toilet and shower. They will have a dinner you can join. She can book your rides to nearly everywhere. The place is very quiet at night. It's a good choice for a low budget .
