Reviewed May 12, 2026Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Sie hat uns gleich einen Tisch im Restaurant reserviert. Viel mehr positives fällt uns aber auch nicht ein. es war sehr ruhig ringsherum, außer ein paar bellende Hunde.
Das Gebäude liegt in einem Hinterhof und uns hat vor allen die abgeranzte Innenausstattung gestört. Ein wenig investieren wäre da schon nicht schlecht. Wir verstehen auch die sehr positiven Anmerkungen andere Gäste nicht. Aber es ist ja immer ein persönliches Gefühl. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nicht wieder kommen. Die Lage ist nicht sehr schön man schaut auf mauern. Wir empfanden es sehr dreckig im Haus und es ist ohne Liebe eingerichtet. Im Kühlschrank fehlte ein Einschub und es war alles sehr vergilbt.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026I can only recommend, the apartment was nice, modest, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, there was really everything, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, stove, dishes, etc. comfortable sofa and bed. Absolutely amazing pool and a very kind owner, Sheron, who will help with everything. It is a quiet and safe area in Albion. We also rented a car there, which they brought to the apartment. The shops are about 10 minutes walk and the beach 7 minutes, peaceful and quiet. We also went to the famous beach of Flic en Flac, a beauty about 25 minutes by car. Sometimes you can see dogs, but they are good, so no one needs to be afraid. Thank you very much and we definitely want to return to Sheron, we enjoyed a wonderful 14 days

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025Super location close to the beach and the new mall. Sharon the owner even walked me up to the mall to show me where it was etc. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely pool.
The only slightly negative was (and it really is just a slight negative) was the sun loungers were a one position position only. You couldn’t lie on your stomach because of the way it was set.

Habitant les hauts plateaux, nous avions besoin d'un pied a terre sur Albion pour 1 nuit ma fille et moi, et avons eu la bonne chance de trouver cet apart chez Sharone. Très bien situé.dans Albion, calme, tres propre, confortable, bien équippé. Les proprietaires habitent au bas et les alentours sont tres residentiel mais c'est tres discret. On s'y sent chez soi, et en sécurité. L'accueil a ete impeccable, Sharone est sympathique, flexible, tres attentive et remplie de consideration. Une adresse a partager et a re-utiliser sans hésirltation.

Within walking distance from bus bus stop, a big well stocked supermarket, 3 restaurant (one very good) and Albion public beach.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2024It was my first time in Mauritius and the staff, Sharon, took very good care of me and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. I came here on business and it was a great help.
10 minutes walk to nearby store, 15 minutes to beach. The store opens at 6:00 AM and there is a line for freshly baked bread. You should go in the morning as they sell out in the evening.
