The room is not sound proof at all, the division between room 1 and room 2 just a piece of playwood wall, which i can hear my neighbour next to my room snooring during night. And a lot of holes at the walls of unit and also the ceiling definitely need to be fixed, they just paste the “kapur” between the ceiling, the execution was so bad, leaving a lot of holes also at the ceiling. Our privacy here was not taking care by the property, so sad and dissapointed

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Overall the facilities are within my expectations. Shop, laundry, restaurant, and beach are within 200 meter to 1 km radius from the chalet. The best thing that I recover is the pressure of water in the bathroom. High water pressure compared to other homestays that I have been to before.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Spoon to stir drink is not provided. Shampoo and toothpaste also not provided The cottage may prepare next time for traveller convenience. The bedsheets are bit old and even torn. Please get rid the inconvenience to improve the quality of stay.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025My first time here. Very convenient for me since it's situated just a few kilometres from UniSZA. Comfy room with toilet. Aircond and ceiling fan available. Water heater and iron (with ironing board) available 👍🏻👍🏻 Checking in and out is done thru whatsapp like other homestays nowadays. RECOMMENDED 👍🏻👍🏻 Side note: Just beside the main road, there's a warung named Roti Canai Klasik. The roti canai is just superb a la kampung style. Gebu gebas rotinya. Have a try 😁

Hopefully the parking area in front of the Cottage can have a bit of sand/Tar added to prevent water from pooling, and the grass can be trimmed a little. For Cottage everything Nice & cozy for 2 people
