The thermostat inside didnt work and it was hot inside, one bathroom dior didnt close, and the wasnt hot water in shower

Tardaba en responder para el check in cuando el departamento estaba vacío. Si lo tienen desocupado antes del horario, permitan gentilmente entrar. Me ayudó la señora de la limpieza porque la respuesta del dueño no llegó ni hasta el horario oficial del check in. El lugar para dejar las cosas alternativamente no ofrece ninguna garantía y si uno viaja con cosas de valor como una notebook no es una opción. Busquen la forma de dar una alternativa segura como un hotel aun sabiendo que son un departamento.

The location was just about the only good thing about this property

1)Having to pay 30 euros to enter the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) during our 3 days stay (proposed by the host and paid to the host) and having to pay another 30 euros per day (90 euros in total)for the parking nearby because there is no parking at the property 2-having to climb to the 3d floor with our luggage because there is no elevator, we only found this out after paying Booking.com for our stay.( it should be mentioned before so people can decide to proceed or not) . Within the apartment there was another steep flight of stairs to climb to get to the bedroom and bathroom) 3-the images in the Booking.com are far nicer than the reality of apartment n.3 which is in dire need of renovation and upgrade. 4the kitchen is very basic, the table is damaged and sticky, there was no kitchen towel to dry the dishes etc . We cleaned up before leaving but left the wet dishes etc on the sink before we couldn’t dry them and put them away in the cupboard as we normally do. 4- the toilet seat in the lower floor is broken 5-the shower in the bathroom upstairs only gives hot water, the cold water tap is turning but no water comes out, there is what looks like a temperature control in between the 2 taps but it is stuck, we burned ourselves with the scalding shower 6-we were given a place for at least 8 people with beds and sofa bed ready , there was only 2 of us so we obviously only used one room with a double bed. The fact that it is so vaste with such old and drab furnishings gives a general feeling of sadness. We didn’t want to spend time in there, we only used it to sleep. The sheets were clean but when we undid the bed before leaving we saw a nasty stain in the middle of the mattress…! Yuk!

La posizione era molto buona. Seguendo le indicazioni che si sono state inviate per whatsapp non abbiamo avuto difficoltà per ritirare la chiave dell'appartamento. Pur essendo arrivati prima dell'orario del check in ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare le borse in uno scantinato sotto all'appartamento. Abbiamo ricevuto risposte in merito a richieste e chiarimenti

Purtroppo quando siamo entrati nell'appartamento, le pulizie non erano ancora state fatte!!!!!! Abbiamo contattato la struttura che ha provveduto a mandare una signora a pulire nel giro di poco. Questa cosa però ha causato disagio in quanto eravamo molto stanchi e accaldati e desideravamo riposarci. Purtroppo siamo dovuti tornare fuori e aspettare...... Quando siamo rientrati abbiamo comunque trovato sporco il piatto della doccia e lo scarico scendeva lentamente. Non c'era un tappetino per la doccia, inesistenti tovaglioli e canovacci e scottex, nel frigo erano rimaste delle bottiglie di acqua aperte dei clienti precedenti, non c'erano bicchieri, per la colazione non c'era nulla. L'appartamento non è isonorizzato e sentivamo il rumore della gente che passava per strada, non c'erano scuroni o tapparelle e neppure tende oscuranti. Clima umido e buio. Di fronte alle nostre lamentele e richiesta di un parziale rimborso per il disagio subito in seguito alla mancata pulizia al nostro arrivo, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Sicuramente se avessi ricevuto un parziale rimborso (anche solo simbolico) avrei considerato l'azienda piu' seria e attenta al cliente. Non tornerò!

Il est impossible de trouver une place de parking dans la ville haute, il faut rester dans le centre bas et prendre un bus puis grimper, grimper, grimper. Pensez à des bagages à roulettes. Le sol de l'appartement était sale. Il n'y avait aucun verre. La climatisation prévue se résume à un ventilateur.

Отличное расположение в историческом центре и рядом с супермаркетом. Просторная квартира. Оригинальный интерьер. Стиральная машина. Детская двухъярусная кровать, которая годится и для взрослых.

Жарким летом в квартире не хватает кондиционера. Вентилятор помогает мало.

Mieszkanie jest usytuowane w samym centrum Bergamo Citta Alta, w związku z tym jest wszędzie blisko, naprzeciwko jest Carrefour Expres, 5 minut do Autobusu na lotnisko, 3 minuty od głównego placu, dookoła pełno sklepów, restauracji i aktrakcji. Pościel i ręczniki czyste.

W mieszkaniu nr 1 czyli apartament typu studio nie ma klimatyzacji oraz internetu. Jest do dyspozycji wiatrak. Internet był przez chwilę pierwszego dnia, później nawet go nie wyszukiwało, zgłoszony problem nie został rozwiązany. Materac na łóżku dwuosobowym jest stanowczo do wymiany. Czuć wszystkie sprężyny był to ogromny problem, ponieważ dobry sen jest najważniejszy. Kuchnia jest, ale nie jest dobrze wyposażona (nie ma szklanek, 1 filiżanka do kawy) W łazience pod prysznicem, bardzo długo spływała woda. Pod kranem wyciekała woda. Mieliśmy możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w piwnicy, niezamykanej, w której było czuć pleśń. Spędziłyśmy tam dwie noce.

La salle de bain, notamment la douche, étaient assez sales. Le frigo faisait un son de débranchement non stop, ce qui était très désagréable pendant la nuit. J’ai rapporté le problème à l’agence, qui disait qu’ils allaient envoyer un technicien, mais personne n’est venue, donc j’ai juste dû mettre des bouchons d’oreilles.

Bella struttura, posizionata a 50 mt dalla strada principale della città alta. Monolocale spazioso con angolo letto e angolo giorno con tavolo e cucina. I gestori disponibili mi hanno anche anticipato il check in.

La posizione è buona per visitare la città alta. La casa rimane molto fresca anche quando la temperatura esterna si aggira sui trenta gradi.

I gestori non si sono mostrati in grado di fornire una regolare ricevuta fiscale ai sensi di legge, nonostante ne abbia fatta richiesta prima di arrivare, più volte durante il soggiorno, e numerose volte dopo il soggiorno. A distanza di un mese tutto quello che ho ottenuto (e solo dopo aver fatto presente la possibilità di incorrere in sanzioni per mancata emissione della ricevuta fiscale) è un documento informale, privo di valore fiscale, e per giunta comprensivo di errori di battitura. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch, da quasi mitten in der Altstadt gelegen. Dadurch natürlich etwas lauter, aber da die Fenster nicht direkt zur Haupteinkaufsstraße raus gingen, war das völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen kleinen Küchen- und Essbereich und konnten uns dort morgens schon mal einen Kaffee machen, bevor es in die Stadt ging.

Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus sauber. Lediglich das verwendete Reinigungsspray hatte einen stark unangenehmen, chemischen Geruch, sodass wir nach Ankunft erstmal gut gelüftet haben. Da wir das erste Zimmer nach der Eingangstür hatten, war es bei später heimkommenden Reisenden immer mal ein bisschen laut, da sich die Eingangstür nur mit gutem Schwung ins Schloss werfen ließ.

Obiekt usytuowany jest w samym centrum starego miasta. Można się tam dostać bez problemu. Jest duży i pomieści 4 osoby.

W nocy było bardzo zimno i spanie tylko pod prześcieradłem było niemożliwe. Pod prysznicem z kolei odpływ był zatkany i woda podczas kąpieli stała w miejscu.

Wi-fi did not work. The host did not help solving that. I did need Internet for work, so I had to pay extra for eSIM.

L’appartamento è in Bergamo Alta in una posizione comoda per poter girare a piedi e raggiungere le principali attrazioni. A pochi passi c’è un piccolo supermercato dove poter fare una spesa se si vuole cucinare in casa. L’appartamento 1 è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per soggiornare bene e lo staff è presente in caso di necessità. Self Check in comodo ed efficiente. Letto matrimoniale comodo. C’è anche un letto a castello ma non l’ho utilizzato. Ci troviamo a circa dieci minuti dalla funicolare per raggiungere Bergamo Bassa. É facile arrivare qui si può prendere la funicolare ma anche l’autobus 1 che ti lascia a pochi passi dalle mura.

Nulla da dichiarare. Segnalo solamente che se uno è abituato a dormire al buio totale l’appartamento 1 non è dotato di tapparelle o persiane, ma ci sono delle tende quindi può entrare un po’ di luce.

Prysznic i brodzik czasy świetności mają już za sobą - widoczny brud. Brak dywanika w łazience. Okna zupełnie nie tłumią dźwięków z otoczenia przez co do późnych godzin i od wczesnoporonnych słychać hałas. Niewygodny materac na głównym łóżku - wyraźnie czuć sprężyny pod ciałem.

no z takich rzeczy które można by poprawić to powinno być więcej szklanek wyposażenie kuchni trochę ubogie jakaś ściereczka chociaż do zmywania naczyń . w opisie jest że są darmowe kosmetyki a stały 2 małe nie wiem 10ml buteleczki no to na grupę dużą za mało..w to jednak samemu trzeba się zaopatrzyć....za mało też papieru toaletowego na tyle dni na tyle osób...w łazience przydałby się jakiś haczyć żeby można było się zamknąć ...takie drobiazgi

Great location in the middle of Citta Alta

The wifi didn't work and the personnel did not help at all. The room was filthy, from stains on the floor, through bin filled with trash and coffee machine tray filled with water, to some random used towel hanging in the bathroom It was also quite cold at night.

Purtroppo Il letto è molto scomodo si sentono le molle sulla schiena, le finestre non sono oscurabili c’è solo una tendina trasparente ne avrei messa una seconda più spessa per oscurare, ambiente un po freddo ma non umido.

Ottima posizione per visitare Bergamo Alta. Facilissima da raggiungere con il bus cittadino direttamente dall'aeroporto. Check in perfettamente indicato e i gestori hanno tenuto conto delle mie necessità con il bagaglio L'appartamento arredato in modo semplice ha tutto per vivere comodamente la vacanza. Molto pulito ed in ordine, lenzuola coperte e tovaglie nuove. Letto comodo.

Apartment was nice and excellent location.

La ubicación es espectacular. A dos calles de la parada del bus 1 que lleva a la Ciudad Alta y a unos 8 minutos caminando desde el Funicular. El departamento era amplídimo. Eramos 6 personas y estábamos muy cómodos.

Lo único que me faltó, fue un buen cuchillo de cocina.

Personel nie byl pomocny. Nie odpowiedział na zadne z moich pytan podczas pobytu. WiFi w mieszkaniu miało słaby zasięg. Ubogie wyposażenie kuchni. Jedek kubek, jeden kieliszek do wina. Brak ręcznika w kuchni. Brudne sztućce w szufladzie.

Instructions were not clear for accessing apartment, didn’t realise the key box was upstairs rather than at front door . Also no washing powder for machine, no washing cloth for dishes, a single wine glass for water etc - not welcoming. Free wifi only on first night.

Fantastic location, just off one of the main streets and only minutes walk away from the square. It's very spacious, bigger than it looks in the photos. Big dining table in the dining room so a big family could eat together. I was there in March and it was pretty cold outside but the apartment was always cosy.

I was given the wrong code for the keybox. Fortunately, there was someone cleaning another apartment downstairs and she knew the correct code. The hosts didn't even reply to my message telling them they had given the wrong code, which I think is really poor. I hope they've paid attention and fixed that mistake for anyone else who goes to stay there. The pots and pans in the kitchen were old and scratched, I would not use them for cooking... really I think they should be replaced. You have to step into the bath to use the shower and the bath has very high sides, so anyone with mobility problems should take note because it might be difficult to get in and out.

Check in was very confusing key boxes which didn’t relate to the property we booked

Great location right in the heart of the old town. Only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop with connections to and from the airport and the train station. A grocery store is just 50 meters away, and there are cafés, restaurants, a bakery, and a cheese and deli shop nearby. A coffee maker and a kettle are available on site.

Unfortunately, it was very noisy from 5 a.m. (the apartment windows face the street), probably due to garbage collection. The sound of glass being emptied and garbage trucks lasted for about two hours with short breaks. There were only 3 mugs and no glasses, and the plates were dirty and greasy, with what looked like leftover tomato sauce(the photo attached). The cleanliness of the cutlery also left much to be desired.

The studio is pretty central (in the heard of Città Alta), quite spacious (even 3 or 4 people would be fine), and it looks pretty much as in the pictures.

I had issues with my key lockbox and with communications with the FEEL's staff. I arrived for my pre-approved evening check-in, only to find the self-check-in lockbox wouldn't open with the code provided by the FEEL staff. When I called for help, the representative offered absolutely zero support or reassurance. To make matters worse, the corridor lights shut off every 30 seconds, leaving me struggling with a locker in the dark and feeling completely unsafe. I understand that technology issues happen, but FEEL's lack of customer service is unacceptable. No one offered to bring a spare key or suggest an alternative solution; the staff seemed completely inexperienced and incompetent. By sheer luck, the locker eventually popped open. When I tried calling back to let them know, they simply ignored my calls. If this is how they handle a faulty lockbox, I’d hate to see what happens in a real emergency. Book at your own risk. The apartment is also pretty loud: you can hear the party on the streets as well as the sound of the water heater.

Location great, close to Piazza Vecchia Comfort great. Warm. Split level works well Nespresso machine Bright lighting. TV with some English speaking channels. Dining table great- had to do some work here. Shampoo and towels available Fridge Kettle on gas hob A good base. Customer service very attentive, I had a question that was answered on whats app straight away. I was given details of check in the day before.

Minor stuff really. 7am gets a little noisy as shops get ready with deliveries etc. Small inconvenience. Walk to lower town very steep but picturesque

Because it's an old house with thick walls, the network signal is poor. Sometimes I have to open the window to use mobile data.

Άριστη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της άνω πόλης. Όλα τα αξιοθέατα είναι σε απόσταση 5-10 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν για 4 άτομα με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

Proszę uważać na tę firmę. W dniu przyjazdu o godzinie 9, napisali oni do mnie, żebym anulował swoją rezerwację, gdyż mają oni problemy techniczne. Na szczęście tego nie zrobiłem, postanawiając skontaktować się z bookingiem. Powiedzieli mi oni, żeby tego pod żadnym pozorem nie zrobić, gdyż nie otrzymałbym wtedy zwrotu pieniędzy za rezerwację. Okazało się, że zarezerwowałem apartament, w którym nie było miejsca, a był on normalnie dostępny przez booking. Firma FEEL dała mi znać o tym w dniu przyjazdu, próbując wyłudzić na naszej grupie pieniądze. Próbowałem się kontaktować bezpośrednio z obiektem natomiast właściciel miał mnie kompletnie gdzieś. Nie odbierali telefonów. Dopiero po kontakcie z infolinia booking, postanowili odebrać. Pani, z którą się kontaktowałem, była wobec mnie chamska i nie chciała nam pomóc, dopiero interwencja bookinga zmieniła jej nastawienie. Po anulacji rezerwacji, musieliśmy zmienić hostel. Że względu na brak czasu, nie zauważyłem, że zarezerwowałem drugi apartament tej samej firmy, tym razem w dolnym mieście. Sytuacja ta się powtórzyła. Przyjechaliśmy do apartamentu, nie mieliśmy dostępu do żadnego kodu czy klucza do otwarcia drzwi. Postanowiliśmy skontaktowac się ponownie z bookingiem, pani właściciel apartamentow po raz kolejny zachowała się chamsko w stosunku do nas. Zamiast nam pomóc postanowiła się rozłączyć zostawiając nas na lodzie. Serdecznie odradzam rezerwowanie apartamentów firmy FEEL, gdyż mogą się państwo znaleźć w tej samej sytuacji co ja.
