SHEKHAR at the front desk was rude and wouldn’t understand himself what he is talking Car was booked one day prior but came half an hour late so had to rush for the flight .

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026The Staff of this Hotel is OUTSTANDING full 5 Stars for them. At every single step we were so well taken care of . From HouseKeeping to Restaurant to Reservations . Even though the Staff was super busy with Back to Back wedding Events they did not fail to ignore any of our requests. They made our 4 Day stay the Most comfortable. Especially the Restaurant Staff, at times they even called the Chef out for taking our special requests which I though was really really KIND of them, when we were not happy about the food , they did not get defensive instead they said we take this feedback and will improve, what skilled attitude , deserves full compliments.
The bathroom could have been a lil bigger or better demarcation between Shower Cabin and WC areas. The restaurant Service during Busy hours was kind of slow they could do it better and more streamlined. Also less Local dishes in the Menu, which we have already shared with the Hotel

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026The staff was extremely attentive and courteous, but check-in was a bit slow, and the restaurant didn't properly take our order the first time. We had to wait for a long time to be served. The food was quite good. The rooms were clean, and the suite was spacious. The decor is tasteful and the overall layout of the property is lovely.

Cleanliness of bathrooms. Needs better upkeep. Buffet bread is stale and chai is not fresh from the main large pot in buffet. Fruits are not fresh either

Staff were not courteous. Ins't of requesting for an extra bed due to unplanned sickness (infection), we were asked to pay for it. They were not courteous to consider our request as an emergency and promote safe medical practices

Reviewed Jan 9, 2025The property is enough close to Baidyanath temple. The team in the hotel are amazing and very helpful. Beautiful smile and I felt like home though India is not my home, but Bihar/Jharkhand is the home of my ancestors! So I felt like a family member. Even the chef looked after us prepared their traditional food. If I will go to Deoghar in the future, this will be the hotel I will stay!
Everything about it, the room is cozy and the swimming pool very clean. The food is awesome as well!

Special mention for Munna Bhai ji who was so nice and caring to our needs. He is a knower of all things about Deogarh as well. The food was par excellence.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2024Best part was the taste of food. And on top of that Ms Rani the server in Daawat restaurant. She is an asset for the the hotel. Her attitude and aptitude both are awesome. Her ever smiling face and serving with homely style are really cute and excellent.
The check out time should be reviewed by the management considering flight time and VIP trains departure. They should review this aspect and decide whether check out time should be at least 1 pm.
