Reviewed Sep 19, 2026De ontvangst was aangenaam. Leuk dat er steeds water met een citroen-smaakje voorhanden was. Het ontbijt was echt goed. En ook de locatie was top.
Ik miste wel een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer met enkele cups.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The hotel has a great location, next to the train station and close by to the metro stations, it was perfect to explore the city. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the whole hotel is modern and designed with comfort in mind. And a big thanks to the staff, everyone was so helpful and lovely. I'd definitely visit this place again, highly recommended :)

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Bel hotel a 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale. Camera un po' particolare nel senso che appena entrato si trova il lavabo grande col lo specchio. Di fronte, la porte vetrata opaca del wc e accanto la porta della doccia, il tutto diviso dai letti con un tendaggio che si può tirare. Ci sono diverse modalità di luce che si possono regolare anche dal letto. Anche sé ci sono tanta gente, è molto silenzioso. Noi eravamo all'ottavo piano. La colazione è ottima sia salata che dolce. È un hotel che consiglierei.
Manca un distributore di sapone dal lavabo, bisogna entrare nella doccia per prendere un po' di sapone per lavarsi le mani. Manca anche i bicchieri di carta a disposizione nelle camere.

The en-suites made of glass without proper doors or full closure, not comfortable, embarrassing and was all style over substance not all people sharing rooms want that kind of thoughtless design, the hotel should make it very clear in its marketing

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Een super leuk hotel. De hotelkamer was heel modern. Je kan alles via de app regelen: de lichten, het ontgrendelen van de deur van je hotelkamer. Ook is er een schermpje waarin je alles kan regelen. Van dimlichten naar regenboog en romantische sfeer. Ook de tv is SUPER! Je kan alles chromecasten naar de tv, spotify, streamz, youtube…..
Het enigste wat ik minder vond is dat er geen nachtkastjes waren.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Ik was samen met mijn zus en moeder een weekend in Antwerpen. De locatie is heel goed. Het is dichtbij het treinstation en dichtbij bushaltes. (Wij namen de bus naar het centrum want anders is het ruim 20 minuten lopen) Het personeel is ontzettend aardig. In eerste instantie hadden we een kamer op de 11e verdieping, maar omdat één van ons liever geen lift gebruikt, kregen we na verzoek een kamer op de 2e etage. Dit was heel fijn! De kamers zijn schoon en de bedden zijn comfortabel. De styling en aankleding is met zorg gedaan. Ook het ontbijt is prima. Ook al is het dichtbij het drukke treinstation hebben wij geen last gehad van geluid of drukte. We konden gebruikmaken van een parkeerplek tegen betaling.
Ons verblijf was goed, maar ik denk niet dat ik opnieuw zou boeken. De kamer heeft geen raam dat open kan en wij hadden grote behoefte aan frisse lucht. Er is een airco in de kamer maar dat is niet hetzelfde :) Ook vonden wij de kamer voor 3 te klein. Het leek op de fotos ruimer. We moesten echt om elkaar en om onze tassen heen lopen om van de deur naar het toilet te komen. Ook de hoofdkussens vonden we niet zo goed, maar dat is misschien persoonlijk.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026While the first feel when we got there pretty late in the evening was not the best, we ended up having a good time and a confortable stay. The room was big enough with great view and a very confortable bed. The view was amazing. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent for connectivity as is just accross the street from the train station. Staff was ok, didnt interact that much though. The hotel itself has a nice vibe, i liked the smart features. Overall i recommend it, but read the negative aspects as well. They might not be a deal breaker for some, but we are a family with a small kid, so for us some things were not ideal.
The bathroom is far from ideal, it offers zero privacy. Even if you are a family is still unconfortable, it feels like you are doing your thing right there in the room. Cant imagine the disconfort if you are a bit shy and you stay there with your new girlfriend or something.. The "bathroom" area could use individual lightning, if you are using it during the night you need to turn on the light in the entire room. Also a vent above the toilet might be usefull. The door on the shower didnt closed properly so there was water entering the room when you shower. The breakfast, while decent it was the same 4 days in a row throughout our entire stay. Probably most of the guests dont stay for more than a night or two in which case it might not be a problem.

Allgemein wirkte alles lieblos, auch das Frühstück. Sein Geschirr sollte man selbst wegbringen, obwohl im Vorbereitungsbereich 3 Leute plaudernd umherstanden. Reinigung der Zimmer erst ab 3 Übernachtungen, was soll das ? Der Zimmerpreis ist für diesen schlechten Service ungerechtfertigt hoch.. Dort nie wieder!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026A-STAY liegt gleich hinter dem sehenswerten Antwerpener Bahnhof und ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um das Stadtzentrum rund um den Grote Markt zu erkunden. Es ist ein modernes, junges Hotel, viele Dinge sind vereinfacht und trotzdem hat man alles was man braucht.
Beim Frühstück wurden Dinge, wenn sie einmal aus waren, nicht mehr aufgefüllt. An der Stelle hätte man etwas aufmerksamer sein können.

Die sauberkeit im zimmer hätte viel besser sein können. Dazu war das waschbecken nicht wasserdicht und lief das wasser von hinten ins zimmer rein.

Er was weinig privacy in de kamer, want de douche en het toilet waren aparte kleine hokjes in de kamer met doorzichtige wanden. Omdat er geen aparte badkamer was, moest je je na het douchen in de kamer omkleden. Dit vonden wij persoonlijk onhandig en ongemakkelijk.
