Het is een mooie centrale plek in het dorp. Dichtbij leuke restaurantjes. Mooi uitzicht vanaf de veranda

We voelden ons niet erg welkom bij aankomst. Moesten onze factuur laten zien, leek of er niet op ons was gerekend. Mochten ook nog niet in de kamer terwijl er helemaal geen andere gasten waren. De daciliteiten die via de Bookingsite staan aangegeven kloppen niet. We vonden het eten erg matig.

Super locatie, behulpzame staff, mooie bungalow en terras met zicht op de bergen. Veel activiteiten vlakbij!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das war Zimmer und das angrenzende Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Sowohl Frühstück, Lunch als auch Dinner waren stets lecker. Der Eingang zu den zwei Wasserfällen liegt direkt nebenan. An zwei Tagen waren wir mit Adi gemeinsam unterwegs. Er hat uns tolle Wasserfälle und einen Sunsetpoint gezeigt und ist sehr nett! Auch Ita gab uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge.

It was the perfect location for us to visit the waterfalls. It was also a great pleasure to meet and have entertaining conversations with the owner of Poetri, Ita, in addition to the very nice people working there, the delicious dinner, helpful tips, very clean and quiet location in the heart of Senaru; we enjoyed our memorable stay here!!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Eingang zu den Wasserfällen. Auch für die Wanderung zum Mount Rinjani ideal. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön.

Das Bad riecht sehr nach Feuchtigkeit. Nachts haben Hunde auf den Straßen so laut gekämpft/gebellt, weshalb wir leider sehr unruhig geschlafen haben. Die Unterkunft ist aufgrund der Bauweise sehr hellhörig.

We had a very pleasant stay at Poetri Bungalow. The place is very peaceful, surrounded by nature and rice fields, perfect to relax and experience the authentic atmosphere of Tetebatu. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice terrace to unwind after excursions. The location is also excellent, very close to the waterfalls and ideal for exploring the area on foot. Breakfast was also really enjoyable, especially being able to have it while enjoying views of the nature and the volcano. The restaurant food was delicious as well. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, assisting us with transport, recommendations, and anything we needed. Highly recommended if you’re looking for peace, great service, and a local experience in Lombok.

Небольшие уютные бунгало на склоне холма. Днем немного шумно из-за дороги и ресторана, ночью тихо (даже мечеть не слышно). Хозяйская семья – очень приятные, доброжелательные люди. Около геста начинается тропа к водопадам.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon in die Berge war beeindruckend . Man konnte abends den Sendang Wasserfall hören. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nous avions déjà apprécié cette adresse il y a deux ans et nous avons encore passé un super moment. Bien localisé juste à côté des cascades, l'endroit est idyllique face à la jungle. Vous aurez sûrement la visite des singes, attention à votre nourriture! Le personnel est aux petits soins et Ita est également très à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Elle a préparé un plat spécial pour mon fils qu'il a adoré. Merci pour la délicate attention. On reviendra !

La literie confortable,douche et toilette bien Adi qui s’est occupé d’un de nos transferts et qui nous a accompagné sur une journée (visite des cascades,randonnée,rizières)est vraiment adorable

Le bruit de la route,les chiens qui hurlent la nuit,bruit jusqu’à minuit dans la salle de réception par le personnel qui parle très fort sans se soucier des gens,disons pas tous les jours heureusement.Nous y avons passé trois nuits .Le personnel est affalé sur le canapé avec les portables,la communication difficile,petit déjeuner très succinct .Confusion sur des tarifs donnés pour une sortie par jour et non par personne comme demandé après.Même si les prix sont très intéressants,ça ne justifie pas ce type de service (oubli de notre départ)bref pas top,très déçu alors que les commentaires semblaient très bons,je n’ai pas compris

Poetri and her family members are welcoming and friendly. They took care of all our needs. The accommodation is right next to gate 1 of the waterfalls as well. The food is also yummy and reasonably priced.

La ubicacion es perfecta, Ita. y su hija se encargaron de que no me falte nada y hacer mi estadia perfecta, me consiguieron el tour hacia el monte con el grupo perfecto! Me ofrecieron hasta su propia campera para que este super. No tengo palabras de agradecimiento para estas mujeres. GRacias Gracias Gracias

In terms of value, I feel that basic toiletries should at least be provided. There is also no tea bags, coffee powder or water given, although there is a kettle in the room.

Delicious Breakfast with great view. It was amazing expereince to see the scenery of natural Rinjani. We stayed poetry for 3 nights. It was great location to prepare Rinjani trekking. (The main entrance is 1hour far from the accomodation). Guide and porter all people were nice supporting us to get to the summit point. Thank you for giving us great experience going trough precious moment.

We stayed one night to visit the waterfalls early. Ibu Ita and her staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The bungalows are conveniently located right at the entrance to the waterfalls and were clean, with practical storage and plenty of hooks. The bed was comfortable, and I slept exceptionally well, waking up to views of lush jungle. Ibu Ita kindly organised a guide for the waterfall hike as well as our onward transport to Bangsal Harbour. Breakfast after the hike was very tasty, especially the vegetable omelette. A great budget choice for visiting the waterfalls.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely guest house in Senaru. The place is run by a very kind and welcoming family who made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They are always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything you might need. The room and all the facilities were spotlessly clean, and everything was well maintained. You can really feel the care they put into every detail. The location is perfect — surrounded by the forest, with the sounds of nature all around. It’s peaceful, refreshing, and a great place to relax before or after a trek. I truly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and friendly place to stay in Senaru.

Nice rooms with big open shower, I loved it! Great spot because you are right next to the waterfall and they serve amazing food. Wish we had more time here. The owner helped organize our trek up Mt. Rinjani and we probably had some of the best porters and guide out there. So friendly and fun to hangout with. 10/10 recommend these people for a nice stay.

The area is really beautiful. The room was awesome, very private, with a great view. The stuff and the owner are super sweet, and the food at the restaurant is delicious.

I stayed for 10 days at this stunning place and enjoyed EVERYTHING. As a digital nomad I could work perfectly in the beautiful dining area at all times (wifi is good!) and with the best view on Mt. Rinjani. The breakfast selection was great (and included), you can exchange trekking stories with other hikers. I used my afternoons for hikes to the coffee garden, the waterfalls (AMAZING - went there twice!!) and booked a 3-day-2-nights trek to Mount Rinjani through Poetri Bungalows - the best price and they provided me with everything I needed and more, like poles, flashlight, snacks, advice. The tour was one of the best I ever did, made it to the summit with a great group - what a glorious feeling to stand on top of Mt. Rinjani at sunrise!! Thanks for everything, Ita!! I loved my room, too, slept like a baby and enjoyed my time on my patio right in front of the jungle!! Missing it already and will surely come back!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und vom Restaurant in den Dschungel ist fantastisch. Manchmal sieht man Affen. Sehr komfortabel, bequemes Bett und Ablage fürs Gepäck vorhanden. Heißwasser in der Dusche dauerhaft vorhanden. Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt neben den Wasserfällen und einigen Restaurants. Das hauseigene Restaurant ist auch lecker. Das Personal empfing uns sehr freundlich. Transport konnte über die Unterkunft organisiert werden. Wir erhielten eine Willkommensgetränk und eine Waffel und dürften früher einchecken. Für Tipps und Smalltalk steht das Personal jederzeit bereit. Sie konnten es sogar organisieren das wir den Transport zum Hafen mit einem anderen Touristen teilen konnten um nur die Hälfte zu bezahlen.

Badezimmer hat am zweiten Tag leicht muffig gerochen (aber nicht stark). WLAN im hinteren Bungalow eher schwach.

+Bequeme Betten. Blick vom Bett direkt in den Regenwald. +Balkon und Hütte ist direkt zum Regenwald gedreht. Mega Ausblick :) +Einfache aber sauber Hütten +Abgeschlossenes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und fairen Preisen +Die Betreiberin ist der Hammer! Ita ist super sympathisch, hilfsbereit und sozial. Bitte so bleiben! ;)

Es war wirklich traumhaft gelegen und die Aussicht trifft auf alle Zimmer zu, weil sie in die gleiche Richtung zeigen. So wird man gerne morgens wach. Unsere Touren waren spektakulär und genau auf unsere Bedürfnisse ausgerichtet. Ita, die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Manchmal haben wir kostenlos ein wenig zu essen mit auf die Tour bekommen.

Kleinigkeiten. Ich denke, ein paar weitere Möbel täten den Zimmern gut. Wir hatten keine Nachttische, keinen kleinen Kleiderschrank und auch wenig Ablagefläche im Bad. Das Essen wirkte eher wie Hausmannskost aus Lombok. Es hat aber immer geschmeckt. Allgemein war das gefühl eher, in einer Familie zu sein, als professionell bewirtet zu werden. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

De vriendelijkheid van de eigenaresse en ook bereidheid te helpen en informatie te geven. Leuk gesprek gehad. Douche is heerlijk warm.

Helaas spreekt het bedienend personeel in het restaurant nauwelijks Engels. We zijn 3 nachten gebleven en we hebben voor het gemak elke dag in het restaurant gegeten (ontbijt was inclusief). Het lukte maar niet om inderdaad datgene te krijgen wat we bestelden. Een voorgerecht werd bijvoorbeeld pas na het hoofdgerecht geserveerd. We kregen tot 4 keer toe iets anders dan we besteld hadden, terwijl we het aanwezen op de kaart. We hebben begrepen van andere gasten dat dat voor hen reden was om elders te gaan eten. Jammer want wij denken echt dat de locatie (pal naast de in-en uitgang van de watervallen) zich leent om veel meer (restaurant)gasten te trekken.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad bij Poetri Bungalow & Restaurant! Gastvrouw Ita heeft ons verblijf onvergetelijk gemaakt. De bungalows zijn comfortabel en het ontbijt was elke ochtend heerlijk. Ita organiseerde ook onze tweedaagse trekking naar de top van de Mount Rinjani, en dit was absoluut het hoogtepunt van onze reis. Onze gids Adi en de porters Josh en Anga waren geweldig. Ze zorgden ervoor dat we niets tekortkwamen en verrasten ons met de meest heerlijke maaltijden, zelfs hoog op de berg. De hele ervaring was perfect geregeld en we kunnen Poetri Bungalow & Restaurant van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die Rinjani wil beklimmen. Bedankt, Ita, Adi, Josh en Anga, voor deze onvergetelijke ervaring!

It's in a beautiful location and the property/rooms have good views. The host and other staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Also, it's very close to the entrance for the waterfalls. Overall, a fantastic place with great people.

Excellent stay! The location was perfect for visiting the waterfalls, and the staff were always so attentive. They even rent motorbikes directly at the hotel, which was very convenient. Our room had incredible views, and the included breakfast was delicious and complete (one dish of your choice, a drink, and fresh fruit). The food for lunch and dinner was also very tasty and cheap, and everyone was extremely kind.

The mattress was really hard and uncomfortable and the toilet made a noise throughout the night.

The staff were exceptional. They were friendly and helpful, not just with the accommodation and meals but also with their local knowledge and expertise. They recommended and organised a really good guide for my hike- so glad I took their advice as it made the trip so much more interesting. Also I had a back problem and they organised a really expert local healer to come over to give me a treatment. He was really good! Meals excellent and cheap. Even the shower was really good.

Very cosy and especially comfortable after doing the Stampol trek! Air conditioning and warm shower, with balconies with magnificent views over the Rinjani! The owner Ita is amazing - she organised the whole trek and visits to the waterfall with her trusted guides. She looked after our children as if they were her own. Definitely the place to stay if you are in Senaru!

The staffs are super helpful ibu Putri the owner is a sweet and friendly person, we stayed before and after Rinjani hike, recommended place. Each room has a great view of rinjani, bathroom is spacious with warm water. Refreshing shower we had after 3 days hike, was the highlight.

The location was amazing and staff was very nice. The food (of the dinner which was not included but still very well priced) was absolutely amazing. The views are TOP!!!

Breakfast was a bit poor in comparison to dinner which was amazing. Also we could hear the neighbours because the rooms are not soundproofed.

Absolutely loved my stay with Poetri! Ita and the whole crew are amazing. Delicious food, great location, and they were super helpful organizing my trekking and activities. 10/10 would recommend!

The location is incredible, it has a beautiful view on the rinjani and the rainforest. One morning we woke up with monkeys on the trees right in front of the bungalows! Priceless Close to Poetri there’s lots of warungs and other things to eat or buy. The staff is super friendly and the owner has an answer to all your questions. She helped us organise tours, hike and visits to nearby areas. They also rent scooters and organise taxi service. The breakfast is good and the warung food is also excellent! You can also book your rinjani tour from them, which it’s a bit more expensive than other places, but they make sure you come back alive. Overall we loved it (except for the noisy neighbours) and we would definitely come back there again.

The walls of the bungalows are very thin, and if your neighbours are disrespectful and loud, then you can hear anything. They should add a sign in the bungalows to keep the noise down after a certain hour. It might help in the future!

Great location right next to the waterfall park entrance. Basic room, but good value for money, even includes a simple but decent a la carte breakfast. Stunning views from the room terrace.

Not all staff can arrange anything, like transport, so that was a bit inconvenient.

The host Ita looks after you incredibly well. The views, food and location don’t disappoint and the rooms, even the bathroom is beautiful. I highly recommend staying here. It has a lot of soul.
