Bon emplacement à deux pas de la gare centrale et non loin de la vielle ville de Bari. Tout se fait à pieds. Ma chambre donnait sur une cours intérieur très calme. Literie confortable. Bonne communication avec Argentina l'hôte des lieux. Cuisine bien équipée avec un petit dejeuner fourni en croissant et sandwich.

Léger bémol pour la salle de bain sur la palier mais spécialement réservée pour ma chambre. Trousseau avec 5 ou 6 clés à gérer c'est pas toujours évident... Sinon parfait!

Muy cómodo. Marco que nos recepcionó fue súper amable. La habitación y el piso muy limpio y cómodo. La ubicación es muy buena cerca de la estación y del centro histórico.

No tengo nada que quejarme. Para el que es complicado para dormir, podría decirse que al tratarse de una avenida el tráfico es bastante ruidoso. En nuestro caso no fue un problema

Muy buen tamaño de habitación , con todo lo necesario . Además de cosas para el desayuno siempre hay en la mesa de la cocina una fuente de frutas. Muy atentos. Elegí esa ubicación porque está muy cerca de la estación de tren . El centro histórico no está tan lejos , se puede ir caminando facilmente.

Ścisłe centrum, blisko do plaży, blisko do sklepów, blisko ładnych miejsc do zwiedzania. Jeden duży klimatyzowany pokój z własną łazienką w ogromnym wielopokojowym apartamencie. Wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Spory balkon z drzwiami przesuwnymi.

Jedna wspólna kuchnia, z jedną wspólną lodówką, średnio to bezpieczne, te śniadania wliczone w cenę, to jakieś słodkie bułki położone na półce lodówki, przypisanej do pokoju, do której każdy ma dostęp. Problemy z kanalizacją. Słabe oświetlenie pokoju. Właścicielka robi zdjęcia paszportów swoim telefonem, nie jest to bezpieczne.

A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A szállás tiszta volt és az ágy kényelmes. Nagyon jó a szállás elhelyezkedése, közel a vonatállomáshoz, gyorsan be lehetett jutni az óvárosi részbe. Volt minden a közelben (éttermek, boltok, stb.)

Valamiért nagyon erős csatornaszag volt a szobában. Vagy az épületben, vagy egy közeli másik épületben valami időnként zúgott, de olyan mély hangon, hogy szinte rezonált a fal tőle. Ami számunkra meglepetés volt, hogy ez valójában egy nagy lakás, amiben van több, különálló szoba (saját fürdőszobával), és közös a konyha. Nem okozott számunkra gondot, de nem erre számítottunk. A reggeli egy picit egyszerű volt, vagy croissan-t, vagy szendvicset lehetett kérni.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed there for 2 days and we had croissants one day and sandwiches for the other day for breakfast. There is a coffee machine inside the room and we enjoyed our coffee with the breakfast. The staff was helpful and kind. The location is very central, very close to the train station but also close to the Bari center. Thanks so much!

Argentina was kind enough to let us in earlier than our check in time as we came early. On top of this, she let me keep my bag in the b&b after checking out until I came back to give her cash payment for the city tax (actually forgot what it is for but paid 8€ (cash only) for staying 4 nights and she happily kept my bags from 10am to 2pm (which was past the check out time). The property is 10minute walk to the promenade, where the restaurants are. You can also borrow beach umbrellas from the property. There was free breakfast ready in the fridge for each bedroom

Zarówno w pokoju, jak i w ogólnodostępnej kuchni, było bardzo czysto i schludnie. Do dyspozycji w pokoju był dostępny ekspres do kawy na kapsułki - kawa była przepyszna! Gospodyni bardzo gościnna i miła, dba o swoich gości :) Na śniadanie dostaliśmy wszystko, co było potrzebne, np.: croissanty, bułki, ser, wędlina, salami, mleko, woda. Dodatkowo na dzień wyjazdu, w związku z wczesnoporannym odlotem, Pani Argentina pozostawiła nam kanapki na drogę. Idealna lokalizacja: ok. 10 min. pieszo do dworca kolejowego, tyle samo na starówkę, w pobliżu jest sklep spożywczy.

Os Anfitriões foram muito simpáticos, inclusive ajudaram com uma questão da minha mala que se perdeu. Além disso, providenciaram café, água e sempre croissants ou pão e fruta. A casa tem uma cozinha que permite fazer refeições e foi feita a troca de toalhas com frequência. O alojamento está muito bem localizado.

A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló: a Bari Centrale mindössze 10 perc, az óváros 15 perc, a szabadstrand pedig körülbelül 30 perc sétával kényelmesen elérhető. A házigazda kifejezetten figyelmes és kedves volt, a gyümölcskosarat folyamatosan friss gyümölccsel töltötte fel, emellett a törölközőket naponta, az ágyneműt pedig kétnaponta cserélte.

Az ágykeret és a matrac annyira kényelmetlen volt, hogy az első éjszaka után erős hátfájással ébredtünk, és fájdalomcsillapítóval kellett kezdenünk a napot. Hogy aludni tudjunk, kénytelenek voltunk a matracot leimprovizálni a földre, ami a szállásadónak nem tetszett, de másképp nem tudtuk volna kipihenni magunkat. A szállásadó a „Ne zavarj!” tábla ellenére is minden nap bement a szobába. Egyik nap tesztből rendetlenséget hagytunk, és mire megjöttünk, a személyes tárgyaink el voltak pakolva – egy házigazda nem nyúlhat a vendég privát holmijához. Különös ellentmondás, hogy míg a személyes holmikhoz hozzányúlt, a rendkívül koszos járólapot egyszer sem mosta vagy söpörte fel a napi bejárások során. A zuhanyajtó a kitett használati utasítás ellenére sem záródott megfelelően, a víz folyamatosan szivárgott ki alóla a fürdőszoba padlójára. A korábbi értékelésekben olvasott „bőséges reggeli” sajnos köszönőviszonyban sem volt a valósággal. Bár értjük, hogy ez nem egy nagy szálloda, a kiadott adagok túlzottan ki voltak porciózva. Kettőnkre néha egyetlen darab bagett, 3 szál kifli, vagy 1-1 szelet sonka és sajt jutott, a pékáru pedig rendszerint száraz volt. A szobába bekészített olasz édességek és lekvárok nem helyettesítik a tartalmas reggelit, így folyamatosan bolti vásárlásra kényszerültünk. Egyetlen pozitívum a bekészített kávé és a gyümölcskosár volt.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the main train station, which made getting around very easy. The breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty. Everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, a very good accommodation and a pleasant experience.

Great location!! we did a few day trips so we loved that the accommodation was within walking distance to the train station! Room was clean and looked after during our stay. Host was lovely and the added breakfast was the perfect start to our morning :)

"I highly recommend avoiding this property, especially for families or stays longer than one night. First, the payment terms are misleading. The ad explicitly states 'No prepayment needed' and 'Pay at property,' but my card was fully charged 3 days before arrival anyway. Second, the room has absolutely no windows—the only source of air or light is a door leading to a terrace. However, the terrace is completely unusable and uncomfortable. It is crowded with noisy utility equipment, including the external AC compressor, a boiler, and a central hot water unit. The noise from the AC unit inside the room is deafening and made it impossible to sleep.When I politely complained to the owner and asked for a room change, she became highly annoyed, sarcastic, and dismissive. She told me 'it is what it is,' offered me earplugs as the only solution, and walked away from me. This room is completely misrepresented online and is not suitable for a family vacation. Do not book here if you expect honest payment policies, a good night's sleep, or basic customer service."

Tutto! La casa è molto bella e pulita, la colazione era ottima e abbondante sia dolce sia salato. La nostra camera aveva anche un balconcino. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla stazione centrale e la proprietaria è molto accogliente e gentile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Le petit déjeuner était très léger et on ne nous a pas demandé nos préférences : un matin le croissant à la crème et le suivant sandwich avec charcuterie . Pas de four pour le réchauffer et faire fondre le fromage .Nous l'avons signalé.

Le petit déjeuner, le Wifi est tombé en panne et n'a été réparé que le lendemain lorsque nous l'avons signalé . Lorsque nous sommes rentrées un jour en fin d'après-midi la porte de notre chambre n'était pas fermée à clé. Il nous a semblé que la clim dégageait une odeur très désagréable dans la chambre .

Argentina was amazing and super hospitable and flexible. The space feels very intimate and homely and would 100% recommend to stay. Right in the centre of Bari and so close to Centrale station.

Ottima la posizione, vicino alla stazione dei treni (ma senza essere influenzata dal casino e dal traffico) e a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro. La colazione fai da te è molto conveniente: non hai orari, una macchinetta del caffè in camera, la possibilità nella cucina comune di scaldare e di farsi una spremuta fresca, un frigo con scompartimenti separati per ogni camera dove trovi sempre latte e burro e al mattino anche un cornetto fresco.

La struttura non è risultata pulitissima, in camera c'era qualche capello e polvere di troppo. La doccia open space non trattiene l'acqua (il vetro è troppo corto) che esce sul pavimento del bagno. La porta scorrevole non isola rispetto al resto della camera, anzi lascia delle fessure verso la camera.

The location is great, easy walk from the train station to the accommodation. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The toiletries provided were nice. Great coffee machine in the room. The shared kitchen had plenty of fridge space, fruit and a pastry with cream for breakfast. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and met us on the street. I would stay again.

Argentina and her Husband are very lovely couple. They were kind to us. They showed us the map of Bari, told us some places where to eat/drink and some other towns near Bari. The Room was quite big and it was very clean and comfortable. The Apartment has an ideal sized Balcony for two people.

The street was a bit noisy but we were in Italy so it was okay for us.

The accommodation was excellent. We greatly appreciated the kindness, hospitality, delicious food, and excellent coffee. We hope to return in the future.

Ideal la ubicación, la limpieza, la amabilidad de los dueños y la cortesía de ponerte bastantes cápsulas de café, leche, agua fresca y de desayuno; aunque sea simple, está bueno: croissant con crema, y tienes un par de madalenas, aparte de pan tostado con mermeladas y mantequilla. También te dejan naranjas para hacerte zumo de naranja. Tienen de todo en la cocina. Los balcones son muy bonitos, con mesa, sillas y flores. Tengo que decir que en las fotos el alojamiento se ve peor de lo que realmente es. Es más bonito y espacioso.

Diría solo que es una calle muy transitada y hay bastante ruido de coches, pero teniendo el aire acondicionado basta con cerrar la ventana y se oye un poco menos. Las almohadas son un poquito duras pero esto es algo que yo pienso personalmente.

The accommodation was excellent, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The location was great, just a short walk from Bari Centrale station and the city center. Everything was spotlessly clean, well organized, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Location is great, near everything in centre of Bari. The room was clean and the bathroom had toilet neccesserities.

The breakfast is nothing that can be called regular breakfast, only two crossaints and the slice of bread with butter and jam and one bottle of water and one milk. I attached photo of breakfast. Check out is only till 10 a.m. You can not even store the luggage after check out. There are two seperate beds instead one king size bed as written in the reservation. Also the bed is terrible, not uncomfortable at all. You can smell sawage in the toilet after raining. This accommodation is not worth of money that you pay.

A tulajdonos nagyon segítőkész volt. Minden megfelelt az igényünknek. Kaptunk finom reggelit és volt a szobában is kávé, kétszersült, sütemény, dzsem. A hűtőben hideg víz és gyümölcsök vártak minket. Az elhelyezkedés remek, minden kb 15-20 perc sétával elérhető. Nagyon ajánlom mindenkinek és tervezzük, hogy visszatérünk.

Good connection with the hosts, answered immediately, supported with the late evening check in. Overall no problems. Simple room with small bathroom. Small common kitchen to cook for yourself. Croissant for breakfast. Water/Tea/coffee etc available.

Lekker ruim appartement vlak bij het station en ook naar de oude stad. Fijne communicatie met host waar too the point afspraken mee zijn te maken. Lekker ‘puddingbroodje’ als ontbijt. De gemeenschappelijke keuken voorziet in alle benodigdheden.

Beetje zacht bed, maar het is maar wat je prettig vindt. Het straatgeluid valt reuze mee.

Les hôtes ont fait tout leur possible pour nous permettre de déposer nos bagages avant et après l'heure officielle du checking, ils ne vivent pas sur place. C'était très appréciable. Argentina parle le français. Tout est très propre. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Il y a une cuisine partagée à disposition pour les 4 chambres. Chacune a son compartiment réfrigérateur personnel avec de l'eau et où est déposé le petit déjeuner le matin à 8h. Des fruits sont à disposition ainsi qu'un micro-ondes et 1 bouilloire avec du thé. Dans la chambre une machine à café avec 8 capsules de café + sucre. Il y a 1 ascenseur pour accéder au 2ème étage.

Le matelas n'est pas très confortable dans la chambre triple. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le balcon car il y fait trop chaud et la vue est inintéressante, mais il n'y a aucun bruit de rue puisque ça donne côté cour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Casa Ra. Argentina est une hôtesse très accueillante, à l'écoute de ses hôtes. L'établissement est proche de la gare et proche du centre historique. Tout se fait à pied et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour à Bari, qui nous a permis de rayonner dans cette région des Pouilles. Merci Argentina

Die Lage ist, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist sehr gut, weil es nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt ist. Das Zimmer und die Küche ist sehr sauber. Die Rollos zum Verdunkeln sind auch sehr gut. ABER ....

Das Bett ist unglaublich weich, jede noch so vorsichtige Bewegung weckt den anderen auf. Und der Straßenlärm ist enorm, obwohl es richtige Rollos gibt, hört man jedes Auto, wie wenn es direkt beim Bett vorbei fahren würde. Kaffeemaschine/Marmelade ist im Zimmer, Butter, Croissants in einem Gemeinschaftskühlschrank. Hinweis: Die Vermieterin wohnt nicht im Haus und muss bei der Ankunft verständigt werden, dass sie kommt und man wird zum Zimmer gebracht. Beim Haus/der Haustür ist nicht ersichtlich, dass man bei der CasaRA angekommen ist. Wir hatten das Glück, dass gerade ein anderes Ehepaar rausgekommen ist. Sie haben uns darüber informiert, dass wir hier richtig sind. Das andere Ehepaar hat über 30 Minuten gebraucht, bis sie endlich wussten, dass sie hier doch richtig sind. Und das aller negativste möchte ich zukünftigen Besuchern auch nicht vorenthalten. Wir waren zwei einzelne Nächte im CasaRA. Nachdem wir für die zweite Nacht eingecheckt haben, verfasste ich eine Bewertung für unseren ersten Aufenthalt. Inhaltlich wie bis hierhin geschrieben, einige positive Dinge, aber Bett und Lärm ist einfach wirklich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Vermieterin kontaktierte mich daraufhin völlig unfreundlich/respektlos und drohte mir damit, dass ich eine Kaution bezahlen muss, wenn ich so eine Bewertung schreibe. Sie wollte dann am nächsten Tag um 8 Uhr kommen, damit ich das bezahle. Wir hatten vorab schon angekündigt, dass wir bereits um 7:30 zum Flughafen aufbrechen müssen. Indem wir den persönlichen Kontakt mit der Person aufgrund der ganzen Drohungen vermeiden wollten, sind wir dann schon um 7 Uhr Richtung Flughafen gestartet. Und dann kam zum Abschluss noch eine weitere total respektlose Beschwerde, dass wir die Croissants nicht mitgenommen haben, die erst um 7:30 geliefert wurden. Wenn man keinen Wert auf Respekt und Freundlichkeit legt, dann ist die Unterkunft vielleicht das passende. Wir hoffen, niemals wieder eine solche Erfahrung machen zu müssen.

Lokalizacja apartamentu jest bardzo dobra. Jest blisko zarówno do dworca kolejowego jak i zabytkowej części Bari. Właściciel bardzo dba o komfort gości. Drobiazgi typu pomarańcze z których w każdym momencie można wycisnąć sok czy kapcie dla każdego robią fajny klimat. Jest czysciutko. Cały czas ktoś dba o porządek we wspólnej kuchni. Do dyspozycji jest wyciskarka do owoców czy urządzenie do spienienia mleka. W pokroju jest ekspres do kawy do którego właściciel zapewnia kapsułki. Czuliśmy się tam zaopiekowani.

Okropny hałas z ulicy. Właściciel zapewnia nawet zatyczki do uszu ale mimo wszystko jest głośno. Na minus również skrzypiące i niezbyt wygodne łóżko.

La ubicación te permitirá llegar caminando en unos minutos tanto al centro histórico como a las estaciones , desde donde se puede conocer Puglia. Muy bien organizada la cocina en común. Todo impecable y prolijo. La sra Argentina te dejaba todos los días productos frescos para el desayuno , además de lo que ya tenías disponibles en la habitación y en la cocina.

Nada. Nuestra habitación tenía baño privado externo, pero no fue un inconveniente para nada.

Location was great, very close to Bari Central Station. Room was very clean, spacious and immaculate. The apartment was very well equipped, the rooms, the kitchen and the bathrooms. The host was helpful and accommodating, even though we arrived a bit late, he waited for us (with prior communication and intimation over phone of course), and in fact came down to the road to help us find the building. Instructions on using the apartment and facilities were clearly given, the host was a bit strict about this, and rightly so. Building had a lift to carry luggage upstairs. Wifi connection in the room was fine. Breakfast was basic but very good, milk, croissants and fresh fruits (juicy oranges), apart from tea coffee sachets of course. Kitchen even had a squeezer for making orange juice, which was great. Easy availability of restaurants, grocery stores, medical shops, shopping street, etc. Nice small balcony overlooking the main street. Overall, lovely stay, would stay again if we visit Bari again.

Páčilo sa nám všetko - raňajky boli v poriadku. každé ráno bolo pripravené v kuchynke ovocie - či na čerstvú ovocnú šťavu alebo na jedenie. Komunikáciu hodnotím na 1*. Určite odporúčam. PS: medzi komentármi som čítala ohľadne hľuku v noci, ale my sme s týmto vôbec nemali problém.

Nous avons profité d'une chambre, d'une salle de bain privée avec accès à une cuisine commune. La situation de l'appartement est au deuxième étage avec ascenseur et situé non loin du centre historique de BARI. Nous avions laissé notre voiture dans un garage privé juste en face l'appartement. The room I stayed in is large, well maintained and very clean, the bathroom is small, but you can manage with it. It is equipped with AC and a coffee maker. Breakfast was included, with both packaged products: toast, pastries, jam, nutella, as well as fresh products: milk, butter and croissant, which were left in the kitchen fridge for each room separately. Oranges were also provided if you wanted to make yourself fresh juice. Communication with Argentina was very good, she allowed me to leave my luggage before check in and after check out.
