Host did not mention that any extra pax is an additional RM20. It was my mistake for incorrectly adding the amount of people when booking, but the listing suggested how many people are allowed to be in the house. But base price is only for 5 pax. Any additional is another RM20.

1) no autogate. Imagine u need to open the gate during heavy rain. 2) water filter… even they said the water is safe to drink, but do u dare to drink the tap water with yellow color? 3) master bedroom aircon not function. Plug in the living room not function. 4) owner don’t share the complete address until you ask.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025I had a really comfortable stay at Cozy SJ Homestay.The place was clean, cozy, and well maintained. It’s also a great place for family gatherings very spacious,and perfect for spending quality time together. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.The host was friendly and helpful.🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2025The house is big and spacious and nicely designed. Suitable for big groups or large families. Very close to SS15 LRT station (within walking distance) and shops and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes by car. The house is well equipped with BBQ amenities.
The washing machine is not working or not functioning properly.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2025The house is just as advertised. The rooms are really cozy. Everything you need is there. There were 9 of us and we never felt cramped. There are plenty of shops within walking distance and the LRT too. The house is clean and well maintained. Worth the money you pay.
Not really a deal breaker. However I think the BBQ set is best stored at the back of the house. This would allow more utilization of the backyard.

1. Address in booking.com page is incomplete and when click to the address using map it bring us to a wrong house. Even the host didnt inform us the actual house number. Had to call the host and he said booking.com is a hassle. To me, host can inform me the house number too if its not stated in booking.com 2. The number lock directory stated CHECK OUT press # but didnt state how to lock the door. When ask the host, he sounded agitated as if we stupid enough jot to understand. 3. Kitchen and level 1 toilet smell of raw mutton. Had to spray using perfume. 4. When the moment we open the door i had goosebum and all of us didnt sleep well that night

Reviewed Nov 12, 2024kudos to the cleaner. The house is very very very clean. toilet clean too. All electric appliances in good condition. All rooms have air-conditioning. Lighting very good. Door laches very good and secure. Kitchen facilities very good. Lots of pots and plates and bowl. The mattress and blanket and pillow cover and towel smelled fresh. Soap and Shampoo in all bathrooms were full. Lots of toilet rolls. Lots of pillows, blankets and towels too. There is BBQ set but we did not use it Can park 4 cars The host very approachable and easy to contact. One need a car to go to nearest restaurants or shop. one of the rooms has bunk bed not suitable for 2 senior citizens in that room.
The host must remind the guest not to part their cars in front of the opposite house. The house with the white wall. My guest parked there for a while, the house owner came and asked us to remove the car. All guest need to be informed to park their cars at the space near the corner. There are lots of space to park the car.
