Clean, all necessary items are there. Coffee machine (capsules your own), washing machine. New flat in a villa. Nice view and pool view. Lazy river pool with amazing garden. Quiet location near ocean. Ocean is perfect in its stormy period

Did not locate a supermarket on site, probably it is there. Without a car may be a bit remote, local esim is very desirable for food delivery and 5G for satnav.

Nice location. Actually a decent apartment.

Whoever runs the facility (we dealt with Marwan) seems to not care at all. Bad experience the moment we dealt with them. TV remote was missing. Room AC remote was missing (slept in heat) and when we ask about where these things were we were ignored. Then just got a message from another person saying when we must leave. (We knew when we had to leave, thanks) entering the location is easy, but frustrating when the person you're dealing with decides to only tell you these things when you reach the gate. Then sends you to the wrong apartment.

Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie, położone na piętrze domu, parking tuż przy wejściu, z tyłu balkon z widokiem na basen ( wygodne miejsce do kąpieli). Obiekt znajduje się na zamkniętym terenie - kilka minut pieszo od pięknej plaży z dostępnymi leżakami i parasolami bez dodatkowych opłat, prysznicami, barem, blisko mariny hoteli Rotana i Fanar. Bardzo dobre WiFi, naczynia, pralko-suszarka, dostępna kawa, herbata, przyprawy. Wygodny materac. Mieszkanie było przygotowane na nas przyjazd - klimatyzacja włączona, przyjemny chłód. Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem- gdy potrzebowaliśmy dodatkowych ręczników od razu nam dostarczono. Lepiej jest wypożyczyć samochód - do Salalah jest około 20km. Gorąco polecam

El apartamento es bonito, limpio y tranquilo, a un paso de una playa fantastica. Hay cerca un hotel con buenas cafeterias y restaurantes. El apartamento tiene una piscina enorme compartida con otros apartamentos. El check in y el check out fueron muy sencillos.

Todo estuvo perfecto.

Innanzitutto non ho mai potuto fare una doccia per bene, perché l’acqua era GELIDA. E in un soggiorno di 5 giorni questo è un grosso disagio. Ma soprattutto è stato un INCUBO trovare la struttura: Hawana è un resort/città immenso, la posizione fornita corrispondeva solo in parte, abbiamo girato per più di un’ora con il taxi dentro il resort per capire cosa dovessimo fare, perché NESSUNO conosceva “Darcy’s studio” e non sapevano dove indirizzarci. Alla fine, dopo almeno tre giri a vuoto e moltissimi minuti e soldi buttati, qualcuno ci ha indirizzato alla reception del Wateera, in cui ci han dato le chiavi e spiegato più o meno come arrivare: è stato un incubo, come trovare un ago in un pagliaio, follia e disorganizzazione totali. E in tutto questo delirio, abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura…ma il numero di telefono non funzionava!!! Non avevamo alcun contatto, abbiamo brancolato nel buio più totale per un’infinità di tempo, inaccettabile, mai successo nella vita. Ah e inoltre: senza macchina è abbastanza difficile tutto, si dipende dai taxi o si deve andare a 20 minuti a piedi nella Marina del resort per comprare qualcosa da mangiare…tutto molto scomodo e fuori mano, anche perché le spiagge belle sono a un’ora e mezzo di auto. Meglio soggiornare a Salalah.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und sicher. Wer Ausflüge nach bspw. Salalah plant benötigt ein Auto. Das ist für die meisten Omanreisenden ohnehin selbstverständlich, aber wir sind mehrheitlich am Wandern und hatten deshalb bisher keines.

Это был незабываемый опыт размещения здесь.Нам понравилось все.Апартаменты новые и просторные.Рядом со входом есть парковка для машины.До пляжа 5 минут пешком.Апартаменты расположены на территории туристического комплекса Гавана,на которой есть несколько ресторанов.Территория комплекса потрясающая куда хочется вернуться.

Холодильник плохо холодит,но морозильная камера работает хорошо. Также неудачно расположена микроволновая печь с выносом и острыми углами на которых не хватает защиты от ударов головой

Отличная студия. Оборудованная кухня, большой холодильник, удобная кровать, просторная ванная. В номере была вся необходимая посуда, соль, средство для мытья посуды, губка, чай, сахар, мыло в ванной, сушилка для белья. Студия на 2-ом этаже, вид с балкона на бассейн, до океана 10 минут пешком.

The studio was clean, and the owner was very accommodating. The only improvement needed is that the TV wasn't working.

Decorating very nice Everything was very good

The facility was good, the location and the view were great.

I supposedly have to be checked in by 3 pm where the flat should be cleaned beforehand. However, the cleaners arrived around 4 pm and this was disappointing. The management was not responding clearly.

It was a great stay. Fast check in, polite host, apartment was well equipped, comfortable bed, great view from balcony and swimming pool right in front of you, just 3 mins walk from beach.

The property is as shown in the pictures but the experience was truly bad .

First of all , I reached the apartment the electricity was off for 5+ hours , it is summer and its very hot so we couldn’t enter the apartment because there is no AC so I had to stay out from 4-9 I asked if there is any possible way to make it up for me for all the wasted hours outside the apartment and the guy I was contacted ignored all my messages and calls I didn’t want a free night or a refund or anything of that sort but I was going to book another day in this apartment but with a fair price do to the inconvenience of the first day but at-least have the decency to reply to my messages.

+ cosy studio apartment with lots of space for two of us + clean and comfy bed + a short walk to the beautiful beach + nice swimming pool + fast wifi + washing machine

- check in was a bit messy ; we arrived at the development but was stuck outside cause the staff guided us to the entrance without opening the barrier for our car to enter. We had to call him a couple of times and waited in our car for about 10mins - the wifi password wasn’t written on anything when we checked into the apartment (we’ve wrote down the router name and password on the cardboard when we checked out so that future guests can benefit). My wife had to text them on booking.com WhatsApp. Fortunately we had data plan - gave us access cards twice but both times the card doesn’t work, so our car was again stuck outside the barrier when we come back. Both time we waited until some other resident going in and we quickly followed in Would have given a 10 pointer if not for the above issues; the apartment is nice and we had a good stay

Very nice room and location. View on the swimming pool, close to the beach. Washing machine available which is a big plus.

Only expensive restaurants around.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures, and I immediately extended my stay for one more night because I liked the place so much! The location is amazing with a beautiful beach just 200 meters away. Highly recommended! I wish I can come back in the future!

Very nice place to stay in Salalah region. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. Large green territory shared with a few fine hotels. Beach is wonderful.

The views

The apartment was incredibly clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The beach was just a short walk away, and I loved being able to relax by the pool after a day of sightseeing. The parking was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

I did not take breakfast at HAWANA SALALAH. The Place looks amazing and worth to stay specially during KHareef time.

There is one point about WATEERA. They are not responding for any clarifications and questions. I call them many times just to know ehere is there office.
