Beautiful property extremely well presented and with everything required for a home from home stay.

The apartment was beautiful with tasteful design. Exceptionally clean with everything you could want available. The private hot tub was an added bonus.

The house and grounds it sat in were stunning and could imagine our family of 16 having a super holiday here. The Stars at night were amazing

No immediate pathway out of the property to the local town . You had to walk along a busy road until you reached a public pathway.

Really nice apartment, very spacious and pleasantly decorated. Facilities are good. Quiet location just outside of the town. Plenty of space to park.

The windows are thin so there is some road noise, but it wasn't too bad in the bedrooms. The main problem was the boiler in a cupboard just beside the bed that turned on and ran very noisily during our first night there despite the heating and hot water not being used (so it probably came from other guests activating it), which repeatedly woke us up, so we moved to the second bedroom where we slept fine on the second night.

Much bigger than the pics let on.

The sealant around the shower was black, understand this is due to the humidity in the room but a dehumidifier was provided.

It’s a lovely old house that has been renovated into separate large self contained apartments. It’s quiet location set in lovely countryside but close proximity to Pembroke, Tenby and Saundersfoot.

Nothing not to like - we wouldn’t certainly look to return again

Un apartamento muy espacioso y cuidado. Muy tranquilo. Ideal para visitar el sur de Pembrokeshire: muchas playas, castillos y pueblos cerca. Su anfitriona fue muy amable y nos hizo muchas recomendaciones. La cocina es ideal para el desayuno. Muy relajante la vista de los árboles. El dispensar de agua en el frigorífico es genial. La ducha tiene muy buena presión. La sala de estar es genial para tomar algo informal y relajarse con una película tras un largo día de turismo.

Para ir a Pembroke necesitas coche o andar unos 20-25 minutos. Con una habitación tan grande sería ideal una cama y unas mesillas de noche algo más grandes. La cama era muy cómoda, de todas formas.

Lovely setup and felt very at home there

Older buildings are tricky to maintain, the steps from apartment and car park need a little attention, but did not detract from great time we had

The property is really in the good location of the town, easy to get anywhere around. Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable bed, good shower and really quiet place. Have everything we need as a family. 2 showers and 2 toilets. A lot of space in the apartment.

The apartment was very large, well equipped and furnished, and with a lovely view of the garden. The hosts were exceptionally attentive to problems and gave excellent tourist advice. The location is excellent - a short 15-20 minute trip from outstanding sights like Manorbier beach and castle and Swanlake beach, Barafundle beach and Broadhaven beach, and Church Cove and Skrinkle Haven beaches, all three areas accessed from parking grounds and the Coastal path. There is traffic noise, but this was solved by closing the bedroom windows at night and opening the others in the apartment. There is no noise in the living room.

We had a noisy boiler in the main bedroom of the flat (apartment no 4) which went on at night. This was solved eventually by switching it off at night - but the hosts will by now have dealt with this problem.

The accommodation was exceptional, spotlessly clean and large with separate kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can really tell that a lot of care and attention has gone into every detail...Ruth was an amazing host — incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. She made us feel very welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was simply perfect from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. 10/10 and highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Convenient location, quiet, lovely garden. Well equipped apartment.

It was very hot and big sash windows could only be opened a little. It would be good if the windows could be changed to open from the top or air conditioning put in, but I guess these are both very costly options.

The location was perfect to get to nearby coastal areas. Spotless and spacious with everything you could want. A fantastic welcome basket.

Eigentlich alles! Wir hatten das Appartment Crestnuts, das in allen Belangen top war. Es war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir in Wales gebucht hatten.

Ein Kingsize Bed wäre gut. Der Platz im Schlafzimmer wäre locker vorhanden.

The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped and attractively decorated. The bathroom was lovely with a large walk in shower. The property had its own, small sitting out area and access to the large, beautiful garden. My husband enjoyed the hot tub.

Home from home, plenty of space, comfortable beds and a beautiful outdoor space. Lesley was extremely helpful, accomodating and friendly. We booked very last minute and they worked through the heat to get everything ready for us. Couldn’t have asked for more 😊

Excellent stay from start to finish. The host provided great communication and made everything straightforward. The property was easy to find, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again and would happily recommend it to others.

We were ‘upgraded’ into a larger but ground floor apartment. It’s always nice to be genuinely upgraded but I didn’t really like the subterranean feel to the rooms particularly at the back.

Having traveled extensively across Europe and the UK over the last five years and stayed in various hotels and apartments. I can confidently say that Holyland House has been our best experience yet. The room was cozy and elegantly designed. The location offers a quiet oasis amid the hustle and bustle, with easy access to local sights. It was simply perfect.

Very spacious, well appointed, excellent facilities.Great car parking with level access, although no lift with some rooms on 3rd floor, but lovely wide and shallow staircases. Lovely and generous welcome pack containing impressive local goodies. Walking to town entails use of woodland path as no pavement, but even though weather had been pretty wet the ground was mostly firm.

The apartment was lovely. Great room sizes, 2 ensuite bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen and great views over the garden. It was all decorated to a high standard. The house itself was gorgeous and in a lovely garden. It is convenient to get to lots of different places.

There was a floorboards in the sitting room by the door that was loose. It was difficult to get out onto the road and would benefit from a traffic mirror opposite the entrance.

A fantastic stay from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, large, and incredibly comfortable. The owner was welcoming and very courteous throughout. These are stunning luxury apartments! We have stayed in two different apartments on two occasions and both have been wonderfully refined. Quiet, understated, calming,elegant everything you could want in a short stay.

The only very slight niggle could be that the kitchen was a little light on cooking utensils, but this is a very, very minor point compared with everything else that is supplied.

A beautiful property that was exceptionally well presented . Impeccably cleaned. Really great responsive host - Ruth . We rented the large ground floor 2 bedroom apartment, that was dog friendly and has a private terrace , that has steps down to the communal garden . Dogs do need to be kept on leads , as there is a fairly busy road at the end of the garden and a low stone wall , so not safe to let dogs off leash. But absolutely worked great for us . Would definitely come back and have recommended the accommodation to friends and family. Love the fact Ruth provided a bottle of bubbles to help celebrate my birthday- little touches like this are always welcome.

We took our two dogs with us, with had straight access to the garden from the apartment which was fantastic for the dogs and ease with taking them outside. Short 4 min drive into Pembroke for the castle and other things there and 10/15 min drive from most beaches, Tenby etc so you are very close to everything.

Sometimes we would struggle to open the doors with the code system - not always, often we would get in first try. No big deal at all but would say it was the only thing that we didn’t enjoy. Everything else was great!

Property was clean and bedding was very comfortable. Private and remote location. Love the garden view from family room.

It was incredible! So clean, so welcoming. The lamps were on, the place was warm and cosy, even the towels were beautifully rolled up. Every detail was exceptional. I loved the tea/coffee provisions too. We all loved the complimentary toiletries too.

There was nothing not to like

Surprisingly large space with everything equipped. Quiet location and easy access to the town. Cosy, and comfortable. Overall quite clean.

It will be good to have shower baskets to put things while taking showers. And a few spots need more cleaning/maintenance, eg, bed headboard, shower hose, etc.

The one bedroom apartment was big and comfortable. The bed was large and comfy, there was a nice sofa in living room and a small writing desk. Kitchen was bright and well stocked, there was even a small jug of milk in the fridge. The dinning room was an unexpected bonus. The house itself is beautiful and well maintained. There was not many quests at the time so it was also very quiet. The grounds around the house are lovely and perfect for an outdoor drink.

The house is next to a busy road so we could hear the traffic. Also since we came without a car, the walk to town alongside the busy road is bit dangerous. Fortunately there is a footpath through the wood that one of the ladies working in the house told us about on our first day.

Location great, peaceful and quiet

This apartment is quite damp. It was showing as between 78 and 80% humidity on the thermostat (in August!). I think this corner of the property is slightly below ground level. A dehumidifier would be a good idea as especially in the bedroom area it felt very damp.

Bottom large oven needs attention / barely heats up ,stays just warm -nothing cooks in it for ages -top oven ( small grill section ) fine ,working as it should . Missed the Prosecco we had last 2 visits - was a nice touch

The house is in a fantastic location, ample private parking with cctv for those who want some peace of mind. A walk through the woods takes you into Pembroke town, to avoid walking down the country lane with no footpath outside the property. No more than a 15/20 minute drive to everything we wanted to see whilst in Pembrokeshire too. The apartment we stayed in (NO.4) was beautiful! Very spacious and short of nothing that we needed, great communication from the host and instructions on arrival. The view of the grounds was lovely too and our little one enjoyed playing in both the house and gardens. Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return in the future.

Loved everything. Only potential recommendation would be to have a stair gate available as a bookable extra. We knew the apartment we were in was up two flights of stairs but did not realise that once in the apartment itself, there would be a small staircase dividing bedrooms from the living spaces. Our lad is 2 and can handle stairs fortunately, but a younger child may struggle.

The house is a fantastic villa with a large garden. Our apartment was absolutely beautiful and spacious. It had more appliances than expected. We loved it and enjoyed the stay.

Wir hatten das Appartement Nr. 1 und somit direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und den riesengroßen Garten, den unsere Kinder und unser Hund geliebt haben. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr groß und super ausgestattet. Vor der Abreise konnten wir die Gastgeberin kennenlernen, die sehr nett und hilfsbereit war.

Das Haus befindet sich recht nah an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Der kleine Schleichweg durch das Gartentor hat uns den Weg entlang dieser Straße erspart. Also: super gelöst.

Loved our stay. Our pup loved the garden and venturing around. Really quiet inside so felt like you were in your own little cottage. Comfy bed, sofa and we loved the fire. Well equipped and great base to explore. Loved the additional extra for my husbands birthday. Was a lovely surprise. Definitely would recommend.

De studio was erg netjes, gezellig ingericht en met genoeg plaats voor onze spullen. Met de honden hebben we genoten van de tuin en het landgoed!

The size of the apartments gave us plenty of space was clean and comfortable. The location was good as we had Pembroke 5 minutes away with restaurants and takeaways and it allowed us to visit the south coast and also the west coast from our base. We loved being able to chill out on the benches outside of a night to unwind with a glass of vino in beautiful surroundings.

Awesome estate, with a great lawn, free parking, grand reception area, flawless entry and exit, spotless clean, massive dining and luving area, modern kitchen setup, spacious and clean bathroom, very comfortable beds. Overall, a memorable experience.

It is not what we didn't like, but I feel some minor tweaks can be made to help the guests even more, e.g. toilet rolls were too little for a big group like us.

The property was exceptionally well managed by the owners. Very nicely fitted out, spacious accommodation, in an excellent location Ample car parking.

Everything was very good, but if I was nit-picking, I would say that the bathroom extractor fan was too noisy and the TV sound was rather muffled..

The flat exceeded my expectations — it was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The flat was equipped with excellent appliances and modern electrical items, making the stay very convenient. Ruth communicated clearly and was very responsive. I highly recommend this place to everyone and would definitely come back again.

We stayed in apartment No 6 for 2. Found the three steps to apartment quite difficult when coming out and having to turn to close door. More cups, plates etc would be useful. Bath, when wet, very slippy to get out. A non slip bath mat or rail would be useful. Most difficult to get out of drive.

Lovely place, exceptionally clean, great location. Lovely to have the garden to sit in. Very well looked after and managed.

Earlier in the week the apartment felt a little cold at times. Because it was in a North facing corner, I think. It didn’t really spoil our holiday as we had woollies we could wear. Only one hob on the cooker could be turned on automatically with ignition and there were no matches ( understandable).

The apartment is beautiful. It is very spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We will definitely be returning to stay again!
