All around nice stay. Having the casino and bowling alley connected was great.

Smoking in the casino, but isn’t that always the case?

Buon Hotel, con Casinò, vicino al centro della città, a ristoranti e pizzerie. L’Hotel è un pò datato, ma nel complesso buono. La camera era una Deluxe, molto grande con 2 comodi letti Queen . Camera silenziosa, con buon condizionatore, grande bagno, TV, macchina del caffè. Colazione accettabile, anche per un italiano. In pratica, per una notte siamo stati molto bene.

Wonderful

Rooms are large and comfortable with a desk area, refrigerator, large TV. The casino is fun, and breakfast is included (very limited menu). The outdoor pool was enjoyed.

Breakfast menu included in price us very limited with 4 choices. Pool is outdoors and had some leaves.

Big room

Ants in my room AC took over 8 hours to go from 75• to 69• Smallest fridge I've seen in a hotel. Breakfast voucher only works if you eat in can't get to go.

My room smelled like smoke the whole time because they allow smoking and access in the casino they should have fans or air filters or something it’s just got disgusting

Smoke from casino. Light coming in from entry door into room. I had to take blanket from bed to cover.

It was clean and the rooms were smoke free . The Restaurant was nice , the food was good and good value . Loved the $16.99 Prime Rib . The breakfast was great . Staff was friendly

Nothing stood out as a negative

Location The room was clean.

It smelled of cigarettes everywhere. The AC was difficult to set up; it worked however it pleased. No access to fresh air. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Even! the children woke up with neck pain. There is absolutely no soundproofing!

There is just so much cigarette smoke in the casino that it flows all the way down the non-smoking wing and makes the air in the non-smoking rooms unpleasant - they've clearly been converted at some point and removing old smoke smells is just really hard. It's also weird that housekeeping services are "on request", and when we asked for them after our second night we got some side-eye.

It was clean and welcoming, we enjoyed our stay for the most part.

The people above us were jumping around all night, lack of sleep, the toilet clogged twice in the room, however the first time it clogged the maintenance team was quick to fix it. The second time it clogged we were leaving the hotel.

The tobacco odor is present throughout the entire property and appears to be coming from the casino.

The restaurant being in the casino was very convenient

The room was big and very comfortable especially for my grandma who uses a walker. The room was also very clean and location was great. The pool and spa tub were great as well. Breakfast was in a nice spot and was delicious.

The front desk people were rude about simple questions and even while checking in.

The heater didn’t work in the room and facility department was called twice to fix problem and the Pool was closed.

For a casino hotel it was very quiet, rooms were clean, mattress was very comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Free breakfast was made fresh from the grille biscuits and gravy were great! Staff had exceptional customer service made us feel welcome and cared for. The bowling alley is fun too! I definitely will be returning !!

I don't have complaints.

The room was extremely nice. They also had a great breakfast selection. And bowling was fun. Only complaint was the noise of the other guests running upstairs. However, that isn't the hotels fault. I definitely recommend

My kids enjoyed bowling at night. Casino is also good.

They need to put hand towel holders in every room. We had family with in other rooms and all said the same thing. So simple to do that every other hotel I’ve been at has but here.

We were able to navigate easily with the property check in lobby signs in the late night while we were tired.

We are non-smokers.

We stayed in the first room near check in. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. But The smoke from the casino came right into our room. We placed towels under the door but it didn't help much. It's like we were sleeping right in the casino! 😷 🤢

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. And set up well where I didn't hear anyone in the rooms next to me. Very relaxing.

The room was remodeled and had many upgrades, like two tv's. Free breakfast each day. Large shower. Firm bed. Great temperature control. windows that open for fresh air.

No safe in the room

It was relatively clean.

The smell of cigarette smoke was so strong that my wife couldn't sleep. The smoke was everywhere in the hallways, in the room and in the restaurant. In the morning all our clothes were so covered in cigarette smoke that we didn't know what to do with them.

Very clean and staff was super friendly would definitely go back and the breakfast was really good this place is a great value

The cigarette smoke is out of control, maybe something to divide the casino from where you eat, and the smoke comes right into the lobby from the casino. Also, the pool could be a little warmer.

Nice place to stay with kids. Plenty of kids activities available like bowling game zone pool etc. and adults as well(Casino). Breakfast serving is superb.

I liked that the casino was in the same building and was easily accessible. The continental breakfast was great.

I did not like the water temperature in the shower. The water never got hot even when I had it turned all the way to the hot side. Only 3 beds on a king size bed! So one person only gets one pillow?? The nightly rate was extremely high and I should of not had to pay since I was in the bowling league that weekend. A $250 deposit was extreme as well.

The room and the bathroom were clean. The room was spacious. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Room was really big. The breakfast was really good it was nice that it was in the restaurant and you had a few choices very good

The bed was really hard and they only had 3 pillows on the king size bed
