Trek-In è una sorta di bungalow, in 5 persone eravamo stretti... e la cucina è veramente piccola. fortunatamente abbiamo potuto utilizzare i servizi condivisi dagli altri ospiti che attraccano con le barche.

Es könnte besser ausgeschildert sein und man ist doch etwas weitab von allem.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Well equipped tiny house with private bathroom. Excellent communications regarding location and check in. Everything we needed for self catering and a comfortable stay. We were there during the heatwave so the fan was a welcome additional there was reasonable shade. Easy cycle ride to Utrecht. As others have mentioned, the new toilet block under construction now obstructs the view of the marina, but noise was minimal while we were there. Still a great find if you want to somewhere in a semi rural setting.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026The property is located in a pleasant marina setting, which provides a nice atmosphere. The house itself is quite small, but it is comfortable and makes good use of the available space. The kitchen is equipped with the basic essentials needed for a short stay.
During a storm, the house creaked and the structure seemed to move slightly in the wind, which made it feel less comfortable. We were informed in advance about construction work nearby, which was appreciated, but the construction site was directly in front of the property and significantly affected the view. In addition, while the sheets and towels were clean, they appeared quite worn and could benefit from being replaced.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Il costo è estremamente basso. La struttura è un bungalow con quello che serve. Il bagno è sufficientemente grande. La biancheria del bagno è poca. Il parcheggio è comodo, vicino e gratis.
Le indicazioni per arrivarci sono poche ed inefficaci. L'umidità nella struttura è eccessiva. La biancheria del bagno e del letto erano umide.

Er werd een groot pand recht voor de deur gebouwd dat het uitzicht blokkeerde. Bouwgeluid viel mee, los van vrachtwagens die om 06:35 aan kwamen rijden begon het gezaag pas om 08:30.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter Utrecht, la gare pour gagner Utrecht étant à quelques minutes en voiture. Il est correctement équipé pour un cours séjour. La cadre est charmant.
Nous avions été avertis mais des sanitaires sont en cours de construction à proximité. Les travaux ne nous ont pas dérangés car nous avons passé une seule nuit. Le périmètre autours de la location sera probablement moins bucolique à l'avenir.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Het grotere geheel is gezellig (de ruimere haven, restaurant met een zonnige terras, super vriendelijk personeel ...).
Ze waren een nieuwe sanitaire blok aan het bouwen (waar we 2 dagen op voorhand over geïnformeerd waren). Echter stond de kraan bijna tegen onze deur waardoor we zowel lawaaihinder als geurhinder hadden vanaf 6u30 in de ochtend. Bijgevolg konden we onze deur niet open zetten of niet genieten van het terras. Los hiervan verspert het sanitaire blok ook het volledig zicht die er op de boten/haven was. Je kijkt dus recht op een gebouw. Heel jammer dit voor het huisje want qua locatie op de Nederlandse kaart ligt deze erg goed en heb je alle basics die je nodig hebt.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Une tiny house dans une marina, un endroit improbable au milieu des Pays-Bas, chasse au trésor pour récupérer la clef, ce qui nous a fait faire le tour de cette oasis. Du calme, de l'eau, la nature et un restaurant à proximité. Des couchages confortables, un réveil avec la lumière du jour et les bruits de la nature environnante...

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025Das Häuschen hat alles soweit, was man für ein Wochenende braucht. Die Lage ist sehr schön und alle waren sehr freundlich.
Da das Haus am Wasser gelegen ist, gibt es viele Mücken. Es wäre toll, wenn das Häuschen auch an der Eingangstür Moskitonetz hätte.
