Penghawa dingin tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Suhu bilik jadi agak panas walau set temp 16C & Fan 3. Saya terpaksa beli kipas stand di Billion sebelah utk kurangkan rasa panas.

The bed is comfy and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel is in a very convenient location which made getting around Seri Iskandar quite easy.

I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and the state of the facilities, which didn't feel well-maintained. Given the price, I expected better value for money and a higher standard of upkeep in the room.

Location... Next to Billion. Easy to get food, you will never get hungry.

Leaking can be seen to the hotel ceiling

It's the best hotel in sri iskandar. But the facilities is bad. No room phone, tv is never in order. Bathroom too simple. Tower low class.

There were no water heaters throughout the stay. My kids had to take shower in a cold water at 6am

So many signs of leakage. Overall smell of dampness . Such a shame as the hotel is large and strategically located. There was hardly any hot shower. They should invest in individual water heaters

Ironing facility placed outside the room (my room is at the furthest end of the corridor while the ironing facility is at the other end)

The hotel need to do major renovation, BAD CONDITIONED ! One the way to the room we saw plastic baskets placed along the corridor to prevent water dropping from the ceiling because of leaks and holes. There is more than 10 holes in the ceiling and I feel like the hotel not safe to stay in. When we entered our room smell bad like room full of mold, lucky we only stay for 1 night. The Reception Counter didn't mentioned about the hotel condition upon check in. Based on my experience and the hotel condition not support to be listed in the list !
