Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Spacious, well laid out, good views, near to a lot of things like cafes, laundry mats, market, malls, etc. Host is very responsive
There is no convenient outlet to plug the microwave. It is a 3-prong plug but the extension chord only has 2 holes. I was not able to use the microwave to warm some food like pastries and left over food because it was too short to reach the nearest outlet.

Reviewed May 30, 2025We have stayed in the building before but this one was a lot more modern and had much more vercilities compared to the first place. I called the landlord to report a broken bathroom door handle once we walked in and they responded straight away and came the following day to fix it. They were very friendly and very caring. I would recommend staying at their place every time me and my wife go back to the Philippines.
There was nothing to dislike, they made it perfect to everyones standard.
