Über die hohen guten Bewertungen muss ich mich wundern Liebevoll war die Ausstattung nicht: zweckgebunden und nüchtern Das Personal sehr freundlich, aber total überfordert und nicht angelernt: viel Personal steht rum und arbeitet völlig chaotisch Das Abendessen war total trocken und zäh ( Hähnchen in Honigssoße) Serviert wurde nur das Fleisch ohne weitere Zutaten nicht einmal Reis Die Managerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr geschäftstüchtig!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay here. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with absolutely breathtaking views, and the infinity pool was the loveliest I swam in during my entire trip through Vietnam. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the extraordinary staff, and especially **Linh**. I was traveling alone, and she seemed to anticipate every need before I even knew I had it. When I had a medical problem during my stay, she immediately stepped in and helped me get the care I needed, with enormous kindness and concern. She also introduced me to a wonderful Vietnamese family who were vacationing at the hotel and arranged for me to join them on their excursions. Those two days turned out to be among the absolute highlights of my entire vacation. I had experiences and made connections I never could have planned on my own, and they happened because Linh cared enough to make them possible. Linh is an exceptional person—keenly intelligent, wise, warm, perceptive, and extraordinarily kind. She has a remarkable ability to understand what a guest might need and then quietly make it happen. As if all of that weren’t enough, she spontaneously took some photographs of me around the property that are, without question, the most beautiful photographs I have from my entire trip. By the time I left, I felt genuinely emotional saying goodbye to her. That tells you something about the kind of hospitality I experienced here. The beautiful design, spectacular mountain views and gorgeous infinity pool would be reason enough to recommend this hotel. But it was the warmth, generosity and extraordinary care—especially from Linh—that made this one of the most memorable stays of my entire trip to Vietnam. I would return in a heartbeat.

Portions a bit small in the restaurant and food is a bit expensive. Staff does not speak English

Prachtig gelegen familie hotel. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Helpen je met randzaken zoals trips etc. Goed Engels sprekende mensen aanwezig. De kamers zijn basic maar ruim en gezellig.

Tolle Anlage mitten in der Natur. Schöner Pool. Sehr gute Unterstützung bei der kurzfristigen Organisation von Ausflügen und Transfer zum nächsten Ziel.

Bei Frühstück und Abendessen war das Personal manchmal etwas überfordert mit der reibungslosen Organisation (am Frühstücksbuffet wurde erst nach Nachfrage nachgelegt, abends kam das Esser nicht zeitgleich für alle), aber sie waren stets freundlich und bemüht ☺️

La.vue de l hôtel est magnifique, la piscine au top, les chambres au milieu de la végétation superbe, et un super service / gentillesse de la responsable de l hotel.

Les prestations sur place sont un peu cheres (Le restaurant, laundry, et massages)

Werkelijk alles! Personeel vriendelijk, ze doen alles voor je! Kamers waren prachtig, heel schoon! Ontbijt erg goed, zwembad heerlijk en een fantastische locatie!

This is an outstanding resort located in the middle of spectacular scenery in Pu Luong. We stayed for 2 nights and it was excellent. The staff were all very professional, friendly and helpful. The food served in the restaurant was very good. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable and we had an amazing view from the room and it's balcony. We would definitely stay at Amigo Pu Luong Resort again, and highly recommend it.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’hôtel de Ling et… c’était tout simplement exceptionnel. Ling et toute son équipe sont adorables et font absolument tout pour que le séjour se déroule parfaitement. Ils nous ont également beaucoup aidés à organiser nos visites, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus fluide et agréable. Grâce à eux, nous avons vécu une excursion mémorable. Les chambres sont magnifiques, décorées avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuses et impeccablement propres. La vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Le jardin et la piscine sont également superbes et constituent un véritable havre de paix. La nuit, vous n'entendrez que le seul son de la nature au milieu des rizières. Magique. Et les levers de soleil sont à couper le souffle.

I enjoyed my stay at the Amigo a lot. The owner and staff are very friendly and service oriented. Lush garden, wonderful view and a very nice pool. The room was nice and spacious, and so was the veranda.

The owner was very helpful and gave all guests some of her time and it seemed very important to her that her guests were looked after well.

Staff need more training but again looked like she was working well with their training.

Ich kann diese lodge wirklich empfehlen. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail würde sie im Stil alter ehrwürdiger lodges erbaut, mit viel Holz und Charme. Bei der Ausstattung der gemütlichen Zimmer fehlt es an nichts. Natürlich ist es makellos sauber. Die Angestellten sind super freundlich und der englisch sprechende Eigentümer ist ein sehr interessanter Mann. Die Lage ist gut, um alle Hotspots zu besichtigen.die batcave sogar zu Fuß.

Toller Blick auf die Berge. Zimmer sind schön, sauber und durchdacht ausgestattet. Bei längerem Aufenthalt lässt sich auch ein kalter Regentag hier gut aushalten. Die gesamte Anlage ist gut geplant und gepflegt, der Garten ist sehr schön. Frühstück ist qualitativ und quantitativ gut. Essen ist gut. Personal ist gut geschult, aufmerksam und freundlich. Teilweise wird wenig englisch gesprochen, aber durch Kreativität und Humor wird immer eine gute Lösung gefunden. Die Managerin ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilft gerne bei allen Fragen rund um den Aufenthalt. Insgesamt entsteht eine sehr professionelle und gleichzeitig herzliche Atmosphäre.

Die Temperaturregelung in der Dusche nervt etwas.

El desayuno apenas tiene nada dulce. Los masajes no son buenos y son caros. No está nada insonorizado y se oye a los vecinos como si estuvieran en la habitación.

L'établissement est très bien situé sur la colline avec une vue splendide et imprenable sur les montages d'en face. Le jardin central est beau et la piscine avec la vue est vraiment un plus pour apprécier le séjour à l'hôtel. Le personnel est très genti, à l'écoutel et serviable! La Responsable est accueillante, souriante, elle aime le contact avec ses clients, elle aime ce qu'elle fait! J'ai aimé faire sa connaissance. La chambre est spacieuse et décorée avec goût, très grande pièce à vivre ainsi que la salle de bain. Très belle vue depuis la chambre. La restauration / petit déjeuner est correct.

Ce que je vais ecrire ici n'est uniquement ce qu'il faudrait " ameliorer " à mes yeux... Je dirai que le jardin aux alentours de l'hôtel qui a un immense potentiel mériterait d'être mieux entretenu.

Super Location. Everything is like the pictures show. Not as touristy as many other locations which is very nice. At least we prefer not to meet Germans next to us but also have a more local experience. Walk to the caves definitely recommended. All the stuff was incredibly helpful, always nice, always a smile, we had a sick baby and the host even got up in the night to organize a driver to go to the hospital and helped us bring our luggage down etc. this is very unique. If i am in this area again i would go again and would also recommend to friends!

If you look for complaints you could write breakfast could be a bit richer i.e. more fruits. For vegetarians it would be nice to have descriptions - not always clear if meat is included or vegatarian…

Amigo Pu Luong is an oasis in the mountains. The gardens and pool area having been lovingly maintained by Linh and her hardworking staff. Our visit here has been the highlight of our trip to Vietnam. Linh went out of her way to make sure our every need was met despite it being the New Year’s holiday. We enjoyed a scooter ride through the villages and to the local market, and there is a wonderful hike nearby through rural Vietnam and an indigenous village to an extraordinary bat cave. If you are looking for something special and off the beaten path, this is the place for you!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Loved my stay there ! The room was beautiful and cozy with a stunning view !! Also the owner is an absolute legend. So friendly and caring to all her guests. When some neighbors were loud they kindly offered to move me to a new room!

Only downside for me was how loud the other guests were at times but it’s probably because i visited during the new year holiday. I’m sure it’s nice and quiet most of the year

Best resort weve been to in Vietnam so far! The place is beautiful, the room was big, the bed and pillows were super comfy, there were nets on all windows, the place is in the middle of nature and yet no one insect got inside the room! Most importanttly, the service was above and beyond. The staff were super attentive, proactive, and did everything in their powers to make our stay good and memorable! ❤️

The views were magnificent!! It was great fun to stay in the mountains among the cloud and sticky rice paddies!! The staff were all so friendly and very helpful! The food was delicious and prepared with great care. The owner, Hung, made a point to chat with us daily. The hotel reception was always so helpful with finding transportation and interesting excursions.

L’établissement Amigo Pu Luong est le lieu rêvé si vous souhaitez vous détendre dans un lieu paradisiaque en pleine nature. Tout était parfait : la chambre très spacieuse et au calme, la vue, la piscine, le restaurant et surtout le personnel. On s’y comme à la maison mais en mieux . Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leurs attentions. L’hôtel pourra aussi assurer toutes vos visites et loisirs avec de supers guides !

It is a gem in so many ways. The bungalows are made to feel you are in a movie setting, the pool is great for a splash, photo session or just relaxing and enjoying the view. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, I just wish we stayed longer to chat and learn more about the region and the country more. The location is fantastic, you can go for a walk into the rice fields by just crossing the street. The food was great too, we tried few restaurants around but we actually had best meals in the hotel. Both us and the kids loved it.

The connecting paths can be slippery so you have to watch your steps.

We stayed at 5 places during our trip to Vietnam, Amigo Pu Luong was our favorite. The owners worked to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met constantly. We are vegetarians and we were delighted to find a full and wonderfully prepared vegetarian menu. There are fantastic hiking options directly from the property. Our room was comfortable and well furnished with good air conditioning.

Beautiful views from resort! Cottage is very large and comfortable! Bathroom is outstanding with unique stone bathtub !! Must try !! Staff are all very friendly and courteous. Food meals are good too. Front office managers very helpful too.

Extremely friendly and dedicated staff! Amazing location and view. We booked 4 motorbikes with them, we had an issue with one motorbike and they were super honest about it and gave us a discount. Room was beautiful and super clean.

If you book a room for 5, be aware that you ll be 5 in a room that should initially only be for 2. Better to book 2 rooms (one for 3 and one for 2) ;)

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this remote resort. We met some great new friends and really enjoyed our trek to the Bat Cave. We were the only ones at this enormous cave and the little village near it was quaint and beautiful.

I would have to try pretty hard to think of anything I didn't like. Honestly, the coffee could have been served hotter but that is a small matter that would never keep me away.

The owners (who also manage the hotel) have put in a huge amount of effort to create an authentic, yet very comfortable, mountain experience. The rooms were large enough to have 2 extra single beds (so could sleep 6 in total) plus a lovely balcony overlooking the valley. The buildings are all made from local materials in the ‘stilt house style’ so blend seamlessly into the environment. The views from the property are simply stunning, reaching across 6 or so valleys. You could stay here a year and never get tired of it. The onsite chef and restaurant serves up super local cuisine from duck to chicken to crab and snails. The herbs and veg come from the garden and fish and poultry come from the farmer next door. If you want burgers and chips, this probably isn’t the place to stay. The hotel is further up the valley closer to the Pu Luong mountain so is in a newer part of the park. Having said that there are other restaurants in walking distance, so it’s not totally remote. The walk we did through the paddy fields to the ‘bat cave’ (3.5hrs return) was a real high point, with cascading rice paddy fields. There was also nice looking mountain bikes for hire too.

The staff are mostly local (which is a good thing in my opinion) so that does mean that understanding can take a few goes to get things right. However the management speak fluent English so was never really an issue.

Had a wonderful time here thanks to the clean rooms and helpful staff who were always available to assist if we needed anything. Top place that we would love to visit again!

The food is incredibly amazing. Friendly staff guided us to explore nearby cave. Excellent service. Strongly recommend!
