The room was clean with a good shower and extra pillows. The property in central is inconvenient to moving anywhere . Friendly staffs Nice clean room and very conveniently located.

Perfect central location, does what it says on the tin. Cheap and cheerful. Clean comfortable, all the required facilities. I would surely stay at this property given its location and nice staff.

Great location, few minutes walk to centre. Rooms are great, all of the facilities you would need. Homestay is very good value for money, would recommend and would stay again.

Phòng sạch sẽ, gối cao su nằm rất thoải mái, view ok. Nói chung mọi thứ đều rất ok, nếu có dịp đi nữa thì mình sẽ ghé Homestay này

Chắc có 1 chị nhân viên làm nên là khi chị dọn dẹp trên lầu nên check in phòng ở dưới lầu là mình đợi vs kiêu ko thấy ai cả cái này mình thông cảm được, nhưng mà chị vẫn vui vẻ và nhiệt tình

Room was a good size, even though I booked one of the compact rooms. The hotel is centrally located and surprisingly quiet given its central location. will book again for sure.

Vị trí phòng khá phù hợp với nhu cầu của chúng tôi. Phòng sạch sẽ, ấm áp. Đó là một phòng giá rẻ ở trung tâm thành phố. Chúng tôi rất hài lòng và sẽ đặt phòng lại khi quay lại Phan Thiết.

Vị trí rất trung tâm, chỉ cách trung tâm thành phố vài bước chân. Phòng được trang bị tốt với giường ngủ thoải mái. Không gian được bố trí hợp lý. Chúng tôi đã có khoảng thời gian tuyệt vời ở đó.

Неплохой мини отель. Относительно чисто и аккуратно в номерах. Парковка на территории. Вид из окна частично на море( закрывает крыша)

Очень шумно. Полное отсутствие шумоизоляции. Входные двери стеклянные. Щель между полом и дверью по 3см. Матрасы жёсткие. Постельное белье синтетическое. Спать очень некомфортно и жарко на таком. Персонал никакой.

Giá đặt được rất phải chăng. Phòng rộng rãi thoáng mát. Chỗ để xe rộng rãi có mái che. Có bàn ghế nhỏ ngồi trong phòng. Sạch sẽ mát mẻ

ko có tủ mát, TV wifi đứng, một số vật dụng cũ bị hư (tay nắm cửa..) mình đặt phòng view biển mà hơi thấp nên bị các nhà xung quanh che view. Nếu phòng vẫn giữ giá này thì rất tốt (250-300k/đêm), nếu tăng cao hơn thì phải khắc phục những điểm trên.

* Đặc sản: Mùi nước mắm. * Bãi biển gần đó (xem trên gg map) thì nước khá đen, không bơi được, khá có mùi mắm vì gần đó có cảng cá, cơ sở làm nước mắm, đường đi đường đất.

Very comfortable & welcoming hotel by staff. Enjoyed the personal care products. The price was reasonable and the room quite big by Viet Nam standards.

The hotel and room were clean! The bed was large and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect with.

Staff was nice. Just note the staff do not speak English. There was a language barrier which made communication more difficult but they were sweet and accommodating and I appreciated the effort. The power went out for the entire day when I was there so made it difficult I had to go to a cafe to charge my phone. Location isn’t great at all, it’s by the water which isn’t the ocean, not sure what body of water it is but it smells pretty bad. Unless you have something specific you’re doing here, I wouldn’t suggest this area for travelers. It’s a little random. The place was decent other than the things I’ve mentioned.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Tile floors throughout and very clean. Onsite coffee shop. Low traffic area.

Contrary to other reviews, the area was very loud. I was in a double with balcony and the balcony doors let in all the noise - dogs barking, children screaming and cars driving. But by 22:30 the street was quiet. The tiled staircase also echoed internal noise. The room doors were of translucent glass so with no lights on you could still easily operate in the room. Beware if noise or light disturbs your sleep.

Absolutely perfect stay. Everyone was so nice, room was so elegant clean and comfortable. No issues at all, highly recommend!
