التعامل

Nichts

All things

Nothing

The design of the room 1 sofa bed is nice for a small family

No hairdryer in the bathroom There were some leaking in the shower There were some blockages in the sink

Every thing was perfect , especially the Saudi employees at the front desk

Nothing at all

The staff are cooperating They are providing as much help ad they can

The location I do not know if they have a restaurant or coffee shop

Quite and well isolated rooms Good room design

Rooms are big

Rooms weren’t clean, lots of flys, other flying insects. Wasn’t quite place to stay at other rooms play music till 12 mid night and with my complaint nothing was done. Sofa was dirty I didn’t even set on it.

Location Cleanliness Staff

Nothing

It’s very clean and smell homy and the the staff are very helpful and friendly.

—————-

Perfect and highly recommebded, the main factor was the friendless and proffessionalism of the lady in reception, it was a positive experience. The reception staff was highly professional and cooperative. They handled all requests with a friendly and efficient attitude. The rooms were well-furnished and almost new, which added to the comfort of the stay.

The staff. especially the front disk is super supportive and accompanying

Very friendly staff

The phone in my room (room # 4) was not working

Great location, there is some works happening in Qirawan at the moment however it does not hamper the access to the hotel. Its a clean and decent place for a short stopover. This is my second stay at the unit.

A solid 👌 10star The lady at the reception was more than welcoming and very generous with the kids. The whole place was immaculate with home like vibes

The Front desk clerk was amazing

The hotel reception staff met me at my taxi and were really helpful. The room was beautiful, really spacious and comfortable and had everything I needed. Very clean.

The room is super clean, the staff is friendly location is great

Not a dislike but the pillows are a bit stiff for me but other people may like it

The staff are amazing, all of them, they make you feel at home.

A nesspresso machine would have made this place better

A very elegant apartment close to nice cafeterias. I highly recommend it.

Front desk lady was very good 👍 also, nice interior design.

The stuff was great

Nobody even mentioned that breakfast was included. So we didn't have.

We booked and paid for 3 people, but only received 2 towels. The cleaner arrogantly refused (in Arabic-which we couldn't understand) , to give us an xtra towel. My adult daughter had to sleep without any pillows. Only under a thin blanket.

- The reception staff were highly professional and cooperative. They handled all requests with a friendly and efficient attitude. - The early check-in without additional fees was a huge plus, making the arrival process smooth. - The rooms were well-furnished and almost new, which added to the comfort of the stay. - When I found that one of the rooms had a smoke smell (despite being a non-smoking room), the staff promptly resolved the issue by switching it to another room. - It is conveniently located near major attractions, Just keep in mind the clarification about the pool and café when booking.

-Some minor maintenance issues need attention, such as the bathroom door lock that didn’t work properly. - The internet quality was inconsistent. While it worked well in one room, it was unreliable in the other. - The swimming pool and café shown in the pictures online are not at this hotel’s location, which was misleading. These facilities belong to the same hotel chain but are located about a 5-minute drive away.
