La habitación era muy amplia, con todas las comodidades. Dos camas muy grandes y enchufes con puerto usb El baño estaba limpio, aunque es raro porque parte está en la habitación y la ducha y el wc por separado.

No dispone de gel y crema hidratante, dejan unos botes pequeños de champú y acondicionador solo No hay desayuno ni café La localización es junto a un cementerio y una pequeña zona comercial El personal de recepción fue poco comunicativo Me parece muy caro para lo q ofrece el motel, localización alejada del centro y sin desayuno

Traffic noise. It is best to ask for a room farther from the road. The promised help about the internet function was not adequate to make my computer work.

There should be a bigger chest of drawers so you can take clothes out of the suitcase

The beds were super uncomfortable. Didn’t get any clean towels, toilet paper, or sheets until the day before we were leaving. I even tried multiple time on multiple days going to the front desk and no one answered or they were closed. I stood at the front desk yelling and yelling and nothing. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds ever. You only get 2 flat pillows.

Strong smell of drugs. Receptionist seemed high and unprofessional Locked out of the room before check out time

The property is in a great location and was very peaceful. The room was spacious for a motel.

Our first room was dirty when we arrived, but the staff was very friendly and gave us a different room right away. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

Staff were absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating. Motel has just been upgraded and they were very proud of the upgrades and anxious to show us. We were not expecting to enjoy the property as much as we did!l The value for money is excellent as the area is quite expensive.

The location is very busy but the staff/owners easily made up for any disappointment we might have had!

Beds were comfortable, room size above average, reasonable price.

La chambre était spacieuse, nous pouvions garer la voiture juste à l'avant de celle-ci et nous avions un accès à un petit balcon arrière qui donnait sur la verdure et un terrain de Volley. J'ai vraiment apprécié l'endroit. J'y retournerai si je repasse par là-bas. Bref, nous avons couché une seule nuit c'était rapide mais nous avons tous apprécié nos chambres. Merci!

Le drain d'une des deux chambres ne s'écoulait pas à cause des cheveux.

Didnt no there was breakfast

Stop by the office Saturday, and sunday, too check out, nobody there to help me. Also the room not suitable, because ceilling had an opening, which could of been dangerous, that room should be off limits, until that ceiling is repaired, they would of known, if someone was in office.

Peace and quiet

No washing machine not even coin one they closed the office at nine so you can’t get ice if you need it at night and they close early

No staff in evening in case of issues. TV stations were SD - low quality and poor service. No ice or other amenities available.

We decided to stay close to the coast while visiting Salem and it was not a far drive to get there. It was a relief to see that the room was a large space and the cathedral style ceiling was beautiful as the light came in from outside. The beach was not far from the hotel. The area was full of restaurants and great places to eat and visit. Was a wonderful stay! Would absolutely stay here again!!

It was quiet and the room was very spacious.

Fully renovated Motel with Laminate flooring and new beds. Whole facility was also renovated including nice landscaping. Easy check in process. Great location with only 5min by car to Golden Harbour Beach. Opposite to the Motel is a Common Market providing fresh bakery, coffee and organic groceries

The bathroom faucets need still renovation or replacements

Good location, quiet, clean room and bedding, tv worked fine, good fridge. Bedding was adequate and appropriate. Is like the old drive in motels where you leave your car righ5 outside your door. Wonderful market across the street and good restaurants near by.

The facility itself is old and in need of care. Paint especially outside, replace chipped. doors, it also was not very inviting inside with a large expanse of vinyl flooring.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. It was conveniently located. Staff was super nice

The location was place accessible for getting to downtown Gloucester We had a couple of issues with the TV and we got immediate response from the office.

We felt the price was a tad high for the off-season

VERY clean! The woman who greeted us was pleasant and very helpful sharing not only things to do in the area, but up into the Green Mountains of New Hampshire too!

LVP flooring isn't my fave, but I get it easier to keep clean.

Room was clean and spacious. Nice location and area.

Bed was very hard, no towel service, they didn't take you rubbish out, we ran out of toilet paper.

Across the road is coffee, donuts and groceries. Good location - not far from the downtown.

The shower was terrible. It's an older property and needs a little attention to detail.

Rooms where spacious and newly remodeled

The bathroom was a little dirty on the baseboard and bathroom door . Communication to the motel thru was bad . They never responded to my messages thru Booking.com or returned my calls back after I left 4 messages at different times and differ dats over 5 days . Booking.com customer services tried to get in touch with them after 4 days they finally got thru to someone .

Spacious room. Easy check-in. Everything I expect from a motel.

Could have been a touch cleaner but not a big issue. Slightly cheaper would have been nice but on par with other places. Location was only suitable for driving, nowhere interesting in walking distance.

No outside area friendly / inviting to sit outside your door

Quaint room, nice and clean, lots of space. Quiet, no issues with getting checked in and the whole process was seamless.

We had wedding parties around us and on Friday night there was a huge fight which was outside our window with horrible language. Sat. night more parties across basketball court loud until after 3 am.

No quiet time after 11 pm. No kleenex in room.

It was a decent location and good parking

Rooms were old, and needed updating. The main door had zero weather stripping to keep out the air and bugs. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder? It was just missing? There were brown splatters of something all over the bathroom door. The shower head was not a normal shower head. It was painful to stand under and scared my children. I could not even wash my face in the shower. The bed was extreeeeeemly firm. My husband and I slept awful. And the biggest complaint was the amount of terrible noise the AC made in waves. It kept waking me up in the night. For a family of 4 we were only given 2 towels? And there were no extra blankets or pillows to be had.

HARD BED! Woke up sore all over - not good for side sleepers!

The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have normal sized pillows, and not piles of extras that you don't need! The location was wonderful. We walked in Dogtown, Ravenswood Park, and Halibut Point, visited Eastern Point Lighthouse and Dogbar Breakwater, walked Good Harbor Beach, enjoyed Seaport Grille, Virgilio's, Mom's Restaurant and Sugar Magnolia. Common Crow Natural Market is directly across the street, great for a quick meal or snack. Observation Point on Atlantic Rd is quite lovely. Gloucester has so many cute little houses with nice gardens. Beautiful old buildings and ocean views. Working harbor.

The drive out to Eastern Point Lighthouse made us feel unwelcome, but once you get there, the Mass Audubon sign made us feel it is ok to be there. Too many entitled rich people trying to keep everyone else out. Huge mansions with big mowed lawns are unfortunate in so many ways. The sink in our room was a bad design, no room to even fit your hand under the faucet!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got locked out of my room and they took care of it immediately as I had been in the pool and was wet. We appreciated the decor of the room as it was much improved from when we stayed there in 2019. the beds were comfortable . It is very reasonable price and located near Gloucester Harbor where we spent time for Schooner Days over Labor day weekend.

The set up is interesting of the buildings surrounding the tennis courts. I could park right near my room.

The beds need to be updated. They were extremely uncomfortable mattresses both beds. I tried one bed and then went to the second bed, extremely uncomfortable mattresses and the bathroom has molds on the ceiling

Era uma acomodação bem simples mais confortável.

Éramos 4 hospedes e tinha apenas 2 toalhas no banheiro. Não tínhamos acesso a funcionários pra pedir por mais. Não fica gente trabalhando 24 horas aparentemente.

The room was clean and a good size. It was very quiet.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable, they only gave us 1 tiny bar of soap, 1 tiny bottle of shampoo ( enough for 1 long haired person ) and 2 towel sets for 3 people.

I like the location. It’s close to shops and restaurants as well as beaches.

I didn’t like the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Too firm of a mattress. The interior rooms also are in need of a paint job. The AC unit is really loud kept us up most of the night.
