The apartment is comfortable and the facilities are good quality for the price. It is near supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Caty is super nice and was very helpful all the time. The condo is full of italians, so it was also a particular characteristic of this facility.

Only downside there was not a single cloth to clean the kitchen and there was no basic element to cook such as salt and oil. It would be nice to have it, we bought food expecting to have it in the apartment and then had to go out again just for that. We left what we bought in the apartment.

Appartamento molto carino in una posizione comoda per raggiungere bar/ristoranti, supermercati e soprattutto la spiaggia libera di Dominicus! Proprietaria non presente ma molto disponibile, ti risponde sempre! É come nelle foto ed é all’interno di un complesso di appartamenti, zona molto tranquilla con anche giardino e piscina in comune, tutto molto rilassante! Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene

La propriétaire 😩 Elle habite en Italie Elle m a fait payer en cash 20 euros de plus pour couvrir ses frais de change Donc incorrect Nous n’étions même pas installés dans l’appartement que la propriétaire nous a tout de suite demandé de la payer ! avec un supplément de 20 euros . La propriétaire est aimable certes mais manque de souplesse au niveau organisation.

Très bel endroit tranquille, avec de beaux jardins, belle piscine, très beau complexe. Près des restaurants, petites épiceries. La proprio Caty a été très réceptive et super gentille dès le début.

Malheureusement la plage publique de Dominicus n'est pas très grande et il y a de plus en plus de nouveaux appartements donc c'est toujours plein de monde et la fin de semaine s'ajoutent des locaux. Et les autres parties de plages sont réservées aux clients des hôtels. Nous étions en haute saison donc j'imagine que c'est pire. Aussi sur Booking on mentionne paiement par carte de crédit mais on doit payer par virement bancaire avant l'arrivée donc chose que je n'avais pas prévu et qui a été un peu plus compliqué avec ma banque.

Precioso el departamento con todas las.comodidades. incluido lavarropas. En una zona muy linda cerquita de dominicus. Bares y restaurantes y en una zona muy segura. Gracias caty por tu atención

No tengo nada negativo para decir del lugar

Muy buena ubicación, a un paseo de la playa y con tiendas y cafeterias cerca. El apartamento está un una urbanización muy bonita y tranquila. Las vistas al jardín desde el salón son estupendas. El apartamento es muy cómodo.

Los espacios de la casa, muchos cajones para guardar las cosas. la anfitriona muy atenta excelente.

La lavadora en el baño, y el costo de la energia electrica.

It is very peaceful and in an awesome area. Everything is very close by. The unit is very clean and nice. Looks recently remodeled. The unit has everything you need, and there is a small grocery store almost connected to the property. It has a few super nice pools. The other people staying there are super nice, and the employees are awesome ! Even the neighboring properties are nice. A girl had us follow her on her bicycle and showed us exactly where to go. The owner of this property is super amazing. She is extremely helpful and stays in contact with you the entire time to check on you and gave me information on everything from places to eat to transportation and places to visit. She was very helpful and good to me. You do not get this komd of service and treatment very often. So I was really impressed. She was also very easy to work with. I got sick with a migraine almost as soon as I arrived and she let me rest and checked me in and let me wait until the next day to settle up on deposit and things. She is truly a good person. I hope her guests return the same treatment back to her. The price there is really good as well !!
