Great location, nice clean decent sized rooms, pool and hot tub were awesome

I loved the pool. The place was clean and the room temperature was great. One day was cold and the next hot and the heat/ air conditioner took care of the temperature change.

The hot tub could use a step up and higher grab bar for us older folks. The microwave door was cracked in several places although it seemed to heat and cook fine and the fridges gasket was cracked making contents chilled but not cold.. The beds were uncomfortable..maybe new mattresses.

Very clean, pool area was very relaxing. Friendly staff, nice property. Good location. Reasonable rates. Quiet which was very appreciated.

Enjoyed the location, quiet away from busy streets and noise, close to necessities and attractions.

Did not like the mattress, was hard and uncomfortable did not get the greatest rest.

Kids screaming on the playground until after 10 pm. In the pool jumping in. Splashing everything and parents doing nothing. No breakfast... Even a hotel breakfast would be fine. No easy chair or sofa in the room.

Nous étions dans l'aile proche de l'autoroute en face, trop bruyante en cette période estivale. De plus, la climatisation était également bruyante. On ne pouvait pas vraiment l'ouvrir car elle était proche du lit. Tout juste bon pour attraper un gros rhume. Pour deux nuits, on n'a pas demandé à changer de chambre car il ne restait qu'une nuit. Comme dans tout le Maine, le tarif du stationnement est excessif.

The blankets seemed very old and not soft. I would suggest upgrading to better blankets. The mattress was also very firm for my liking. The fridge did not shut all the way either. Overall, nice place.

It was conveniently located, clean, the room was spacious, and staff was friendly.

The was no shampoo or conditioner in your room and this in the one time I didn't bring any. And you can hear the people in the room next to you.

Vriendelijk personeel, goede bedden, goede douche, parkeren voor de deur, airco, fijn zwembad en prima fitnessapparatuur. Het hotel ligt vlakbij de doorgaande weg, maar er is geen sprake van geluidshinder.

I would definitely stay here again. Everything was very clean and the grounds were well maintained and pretty. The woman who checked us in was informative and friendly. She let us check in early as our room was ready. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, clean and lovely. Parking was easy and there was plenty of it.

This is minor but the only thing I didn't like was the towel situation. Like I said, minor! We were provided with 2 pool towels in the dresser in our room but didn't know that until we were at the pool. There were no towels at the pool but I was able to get some in the attached office. Also, we were told if we needed more regular towels in our room, we needed to place the used ones outside of our room and they would be replaced, left on the chair outside of our room. Of course, being on vacation, we forgot. We didn't have the option of having our room cleaned for our 2-night stay, which again is very minor. I'm guessing if we absolutely needed it, they would have accommodated us.

The room was very clean and organize, we would’ve loved to see a little stove for small cooking but overall very nice place to be at. The indoor pool and spa was very nice and relaxing, love that there was available bathroom and shower inside. Location was good, it was within 10-15 minutes from everything. Parking was great on the premises.

Would love to see an addition of a small cooking appliances. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I loved our room. It was clean and our bed was very comfortable. The couch was a great plus. The jet tub it was a life saver after a beach day and walking around. The motel is not "on the main road" which makes it a perfect location. Staff was great and friendly. I will definitely book a room there again on my next trip to Wells.

The only thing I can point out is not to have to smoking area near to the office and in front of the apartments.

Location was good for our needs. Bathroom and sink area is small but good otherwise. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would always need first floor in the future. The stairs were very challenging for us.it was good that the stairs were close to our second floor room. Thank you to the ladies who found something very important that I left behind and readily contacted us to retrieve it. Have a great rest of your summer

Le logement est vraiment très propre et très bien situé (à seulement 10 mn en vélo de la plage). Le lit est confortable, la pièce de vie est fonctionnelle pour y séjourné quelques jours. On apprécie aussi la piscine, les barbecue a disposition, et les espaces verts autour.

There are lots of mosquitoes, so bring your big spray. Yes, I understand that it is summer and it’s almost impossible to avoid those pesky critters. However, that is my only complaint.

Price was great for July's peak vacation season. Centrally located along Post Road (Route 1). Moments away from a grocery store, CVS, gas station across the street and other businesses. Pool and hot tub were nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Check-in / check-out was smooth. 4pm check-in begins, 11am is check out. 11am is nice so you don't have to wake up extra early. I had a queen bed efficiency. Everything was clean, property was nicely landscaped / maintained. Bountiful parking. Outdoor briquette style grills situated at a nice shady lawn / tree area that had a table and Adirondack chairs. Very quiet location despite being situated along a busy secondary highway (Post Road). Plenty of dishes, towels, facecloths. Waist high fridge, but it didn't have a freezer. Wall mounted flat screen smart TV. Room darkening curtains and air conditioning. If you have kids, which I don't, there's a nice playground situated away from Post Road. Pet friendly, several people had mid sized dogs and they were very well behaved. Short drive to Wells beaches and Ogunquit's North Beach. I went to North Beach and it was high tide, so it was quite crowded. Photos on the Sea Mist website are on point. Nothing misleading.

I was on the Post Road (Route 1) side of the complex. Grills were on the opposite side of the grounds, separated by the pool / admin building. A mild inconvenience, it's a bit of a walk if you have to go back/forth to your room to get stuff / wash your hands. Be nice if a grill or two on the lawn on the Post Road side. There's already two Adirondack chairs and a table. Be great for maybe two grilling stations. I didn't know the grills were briquette style. I bought a bag at the nearby grocery store, but would be nice if a rental disclosure so if you have briquettes at home, you can bring them and save $10. Smart TV wasn't the easiest to navigate. Be nice if the pool / hot tub were available later. Room fridge has no freezer. I went to North Beach and it was high tide, so it was quite crowded, but that's not Sea Mist's problem, just mentioning for people going to the beach, pay attention to the tides. Go during low tide so you can spread out.

I didn't like the outside light would shine in even with blinds closed.I would Recommend having drapes so you can close and be darker at night.

Very family friendly. It was quiet and though it was near a busy road, it didn’t sound or feel like it because of how the property was oriented—felt more remote than it actually was.

The coffee in the rooms wasn’t very good. Another coffee option on site would’ve been nice.

Clean room and although small, had all we needed. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice to have but very limited seating. Plentiful towels and very helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and a/c very powerful which was ideal due to heat.

We had no water on the second morning. No water to make tea or shower, bathe, flush toilet. It was due to a broken pipe but was very inconvenient that morning. Updates were late and infrequent but I understand that this was an unforeseen event and also happened on 4th July.

We loved that the staff was very friendly. We also loved how clean it was. We loved the playground for kids. We also loved that it was a 3 minute drive to Wells beach.

Dead bugs in the bath tub and a HUGE spider spent the whole time on the ceiling. Water Main broke and we didn’t have any water the last morning of our stay. Inconvenience but they rectified it .

The hot tub was very nice and the room had a nice kitchenette. There was plenty of parking.

The AC could not keep up with the heat outside, so we were still very warm in the room. We woke up to no water the next morning due to a pipe issue. Even though the issues were out of the staff's control, a partial refund should have been offered.

Le motel est très bien situé près de tous les services, nous avons accès facilement à la plage en voiture (environ 3 minutes). La chambre est très propre ainsi que la literie et la vaisselle. À l'extérieur, nous avons profité des tables à manger. Old Orchard n'est qu'à 27 min en voiture.

It was convenient and much cheaper than staying in Portland. Room was good for 1 night.

The staff was most accommodating and professional. Our room was very clean and more spacious than we expected. There must be over 100 places to stay om Rte1, Sea Mist is our go-to spot! MikeG.

My only gripe was I did not have hot water in my final morning. I called the desk several times and got no answer.

They had a pool, hot tub, park, the room was clean, did not appear to look like a “motel” at all. The staff was helpful and understanding about me getting in later than expected.

Nothing really, the only thing I noticed was the water pressure going high & low & the tub lagged in draining while showering but it wasn’t bad enough to complain about. Everything else was fine.

Pool and hot tub were definitely a plus. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Location and comfort. I've been staying at Sea Mist every time I visit Maine. The price is right. Customer Service was great as well.

The shower pressure was really bad. You literally had to stand under the shower head to get wet. The water was on all the way and it was like it was dripping water from faucet. When I say there was no pressure, there was no pressure.

The location was excellent. Next to a grocery store and other places to shop. A short drive to the beach and restaurants. The room was great (clean and well taken care of). All staff were friendly and polite. Willing to help you even if it was not part of their job. Pool and hot tub are very clean and well taken care of.
