Die Lage ist auf jeden Fall gut, wenn man nah an der Busstation sein möchte. Das Bett hat sehr viel Platz und ist gemütlich :)

Frühstück gab es leider auf einem Tisch voller toter Fliegen, die nicht weggeräumt wurden... Das war bisschen schade

Hotel nuevo y moderno. Llegamos a las 2 am y nos recibieron sin problemas. Muy cómodo para descansar bien una noche antes del loop.

Emplacement près de la gare routière et proche commerces et restaurants tout en étant dans une rue très calme. L'hôtel a sûrement été entièrement rénové, tout était propre et confortable. La chambre disposait d'une grande baie vitrée et était très lumineuse.

La fenêtre de la chambre que l'on pouvait ouvrir était très petite et ne permettait pas de bien aérer. L'employé était gentil mais pas très efficace car aucun pouvoir de décision... Le patron, lui, ne nous a adressé la parole que pour nous vendre ses excursions et locations de moto. On attend toujours qu'il nous trouve des billets pour la suite de notre voyage, ce qu'il avait pourtant promis de faire !! Heureusement qu'on est capable de se débrouiller nous mêmes ! Même lorsqu'on venait de faire le check out et qu'on était en train d'attendre une navette pour quitter l'hôtel, il est encore venu nous trouver pour nous louer une moto.

Dono do hotel confirmou com a polícia que estava apto legalmente para conduzir a mota que aluguei, quando fui parado pela polícia, tive de pagar 3.000.000d, porque a lei mudou. Obviamente, o dono não assumiu qualquer responsabilidade, mesmo estando legalmente obrigado a não autorizar aluguer a não habilitados. Quando voltei do loop, após perguntar lhe se tinha a certeza que nem um desconto faria, deu-me uma água, um beliche para esperar pelo autocarro, boleia, e 100.000d (paguei 2.200.000 pelo aluguer da mota).

Unbeatable for this price! Probably the cheapest hotel we booked in Vietnam, but far from being the worst: very clean, comfortable bed, quiet at night, hot and big shower, decent breakfast and nice staff!

Not sure the location is right in the center but there is not much to do in Ha Giang anyway

Réception 24h/24h, très pratique quand on arrive tard. Réceptionniste adorable et patron très gentil et serviable, il nous a aidé à louer une moto pour faire la Ha giang loop et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages. Hôtel propre et confortable.

The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and modern. The Wi-Fi is great and helpful for any last-minute research. The beds are big and comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. We left our suitcases there for four days while on our tour, along with laptops, cameras, and other valuables. Everything was returned safely. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I also rented a bike from the hotel to ride the loop, and everything went smoothly.

Stayed here at the start of my loop and came back on my last night to pick up my suitcase and laptop. Always a pleasure. I would definitely stay here a third time!

Ottimo. Alloggio pulito, comodo e accogliente ma la gentilezza, la premura,la disponibilità del proprietario sono davvero andate oltre le nostre aspettative. Il proprietario ci ha aiutato in tutto ciò che abbiamo chiesto , ha prenotato per noi holtel bus e auto per effettuare il NS giro. Ottima colazione Davvero consigliatissimo. Grazie mille

Situé près de la gare d'arrivée des bus en provenance de Hanoi; l'établissement dispose d'un chauffeur qui nous a permis de faire une boucle de 2 jours en véhicule privé (2 personnes) jusqu'à Don Van et retour par Mau Due . Patron sympa, son fils est le chauffeur de la voiture électrique qui rend le voyage agréable par sa conduite, ses explications et sa disponibilité à s’arrêter quand on le lui demande .

L'accueil, les services proposés,la chambre très grande, tout est neuf, le petit-déjeuner, même s'il est un peu succint, est compris.

Très bon accueil, hôtel assez récent et très propre. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Phuong, le gérant, est très investi dans son hôtel et parle bien anglais. Il propose également de louer une moto ou d'organiser des activités mais je 'n' ai pas testé car je m'étais déjà organisé de mon côté.

Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bien pratique pour démarrer la journée sans perdre du temps.

The host is fantastic and friendly ,the hotel is so so clean the best i've stayed in and ive stayed in a lot over the yrs in vietnam, perfect location nicely tucked away from the busy streets, I booked 1night and ended staying 5 because it was so relaxing..Dont miss this gym if you want a relaxing quite stay in Ha Giang,the rooms are modern clean and spacious.. Enjoy

Nothing, everything was great

The hotel was very clean, modern and is located opposite the bus station making it a perfect stop before starting the Ha Giang loop. The beds were comfortable and the room was equipped with a fan and air conditioning unit. While the staff did not speak any English, check in was easy with Google translate.

We had breakfast included in our stay but I didn’t see any breakfast available and we weren’t told any information about it when we checked in. The hotel was good value for what we paid so we didn’t mind this too much considering what we paid.

Very good price for a short stay. The people at reception didn’t speak English but they were very nice and offered to do our laundry at a good price when they saw us carrying it in to town.

Very very good value for money. We, a group of three friends, stayed here one night before we went on the Ha Giang Loop. The place is nice and clean, nice host, very cheap. There are a few places to eat nearby and a number of motorcycle rental places on the same road. Great place to start or end the Ha Giang Loop. Would stay again.

Room is good and clean, but the hospitality was really bad, they charged more than normal for water bottles and the behaviour of the staff was really bad.

Me and my two friends stayed here before going on a private ha giang loop tour. The rooms are very modern with comfy beds and great air con. The highlight by far, is the owner. He is lovely and was so helpful to us. We hadn’t ate the evening we arrived, so we were very hungry the next morning. Free breakfast is offered but it didn’t fill us up enough so he kindly cooked us more food for free without hesitation. He looked after our big bags whilst we were away on the loop. And then after we got back to pick out bags up, he offered us more food for free and gave us towels in case we wanted a shower before we left 🥺 very hospitable, can’t recommend enough!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Room was great again and the owner was as lovely and friendly as ever!

Location was good for starting Ha Giang Loop, we didn't pay a lot so expectation has to be limited.

Shower was freezing cold every time we used it (morning and evening), there was no soap for washing hands and it was quite dirty with a lot of insects on the bed, on the floor etc.

It had good beds with sockets & it was quiet. The guy tried hard to help

Very nice and clean hotel close to Ha Giang. The beds are very confortable. The guy was very friendly, he calls us a taxi and helps us for whatever. 10 / 10! Also send me back my earphones that i forgot at the hotel and send it to Hanoï. Awesome 🙏🏼

Location was walkable to the bus station. 24 hour check-in. Quiet rooms and air conditioning.

Hot water ran out, only one could take a short warm shower. The staff member while assisting guests checking out made us an egg and bread sandwich for breakfast. Nothing else. It was a little odd but we made do. He was very kind and sweet. Coffee was not included and cost $$.

Exceptional room and excellent quality bed and bedding! Very good and hot shower, nice tv that has Apple airplay and YouTube etc. breakfast was delicious. Don’t be put off by the location it’s very close to good bike rental places and also the bus station

Very good position, located in a very quiet and nice new block of the city. Hotel is recently build and all new. Staff is very kind and friendly, the breakfast was really good, we got served a freshly made scrambled egg ban mì with coffe. The hotel offers a locked place to store your motorbike, having two bikes with us this was very convenient. Beds are comfortable as are the blackest, shower has moderate pressure but most importantly hot water for a reasonable time shower.

Everything was clean and comfortable! The owners were really nice! Even though they don’t speak English, they are very helpful and friendly.

A bit far from the city center, but right next to the bus station! And it’s not an issue if you have a bike!

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet zone of Ha Giang, it’s a new building with very nice interiors. The room was clean and the services worked well. Mattress is soft and comfortable. The host was very jubilant and kind, had a very good breakfast. If you travel by motorbike there is a locked cage that you can leave your bike in. All around a good experience.
