It was the best choice that we could have made! Wonderful location - few minutes walk to both train stations, convinient stores nearby and very good restaurants and street food market. If you care about visiting Fushimi Inari shrine early in the morning - you will appreciate the location even more :) Apartment was really comfortable and amenities were 10/10 (especially the washing machine). Staff was very friendly and communication with them went fast everytime. Definetly will come back again!

Staff did respond 2 hours after check in time. The location is nice. I like the self check in system. They didn't charge for canceling due to not making it to this reservation.

A bit late (2hrs past 4pm) on details on how to check in. Waited in the rain and restraunt in the area. Needed a different stay due to check in details coming in quite late.

立地条件が良かった。

Location is less than a 5-minute walk to both JR Nara line and Keihan line. There are 2 nearby convenience stores and lots of other food places to check out. The Nara line is literally across the Fushimi Inari shrine. Check-in details were clear and easy to follow. The owner was very helpful, I got lucky that he was there to show me around when I checked in even when it was supposed to be self check- in. The washing machine and the drying system works! Loved my stay!

There was a slight smell in the bathroom when I first checked in. It might be the ventilation. But it did improve after a while or I just got used to it.

外人さんが使った際、靴のままでフロアに上がっていたように感じる。生活習慣の違いだから、ある程度は仕方ないが、日本人的には気になる。スリッパがないので、外人さんは誤解したまま、そのまま上がってるだろう。

Perfect location right across from Fushimi Inari. The apartment was good and met my expectations

The facility and apartment had a mildew odor but still was clean. Could be the constant humidity.

L'alloggio è accanto all'entrata del Tempio,questo è un plus per chi come noi voleva evitare la folla negli orari di punta. Fermata della metro e della stazione ferroviara a 5 minuti a piedi ,quindi è un ottimo punto anche per esplorare il resto della città. La stanza era abbastaza grande per gli standar giapponesi con tutto il necessario( compresa una lavatrice) . Non c'è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in ,ma a pochi metri c'è un negozio che offre questo servizio, quindi non è stato un problema. Assolutamente consigliato come base per visitare Kyoto.

Posizione perfetta per godersi le attrazioni anche la sera, la stanza ha tutte le comodità moderne ma rimane tradizionale a vista con tanto di spazio Ryokan. Il propietario parla anche italiano e inglese!

Non esiste una zona fumatori nel raggio di 2 km, quindi se siete fumatori incalliti non fa per voi.

Die Lage ist super. Der Besitzer sehr nett. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit Fenster und sehr ruhig. Sowohl mit JR als mit der Keithan Linie sehr gut zu erreichen.

Very close to Fushimi Inari (orange gates), great to go early in the morning or late in the evening when it’s a bit quieter. Apartment was very quiet despite being near the train line! Conveniently located near 2 train stations.

We liked having a small balcony overlooking train lines, near the crossing. The little road we were on was very close to Fushimi Inari - an easy walk which we made good use of. Very close to buy tasty food too.

Great compact little apartment close to transport. Although in the heart of Fushimi Inari and close to the rail line, noise wasn’t an issue. It had all the facilities we needed. The key code access made us feel quite secure.

Being in the heart of Fushimi Inari, crowds of people were constant.

Nous avons passé un séjour a 4 dans 2 chambres differente. La chambre etait propre et confortable, sa manquait de luminosité et de fenêtre sur l exterieur. L’emplacement est top si on veux visiter les inaris a n'importe quelle heure mais passé 19h tous les commerce fermes et si vous avez pas de voiture comme nous . Les transports ferment à 00h/00h30 pour une famille avec enfants qui ne sortent pas le soir s’est impeccable pour des personnes aimant voir la vie nocturne et sans voiture s’est compliquer mais sinon sejour agreable bon rapport qualite prix.

Alojamiento perfecto para visitar Fushimi Inari, a sólo 1 minuto caminando. Apartamento muy espacioso con toque tradicional y dos camas de matrimonio. Repetiremos sin duda si volvemos a la ciudad :)

Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια και διπλα σε μετρο και διπλα στο Fushimi Inari. Η διαδικασια του check-in πολυ ευκολη και χωρις κανενα προβλημα. Ευρυχωρο και σε γενικες γραμμες καθαρο απλα υπηρσε μια μυρωδια απο το μπανιο αλλα τιποτα που να μην αντεχεται. Κατα τα αλλα αψογο.

有下廚雖然有抽風機但是煎牛排房間味道有點重，窗戶的紗窗壞掉了，不太敢打開窗戶通風怕有蚊蟲飛進來叮咬小孩。

La posizione è ottima, e la lavatrice in stanza funziona bene.

Tutto il resto. La stanza puzzava di umidità. In bagno è presente un tappetino tipo tatami/moquette, con risultato che il bagno puzzava di urina. In generale il posto non era pulito, c'era polvere accumulata che evidentemente non veniva pulita da parecchio. Il frigo di fianco al letto era estremamente rumoroso, abbastanza fastidioso di notte. Poco spazio per stendere le cose ad asciugare, uno stendino in stanza avrebbe fatto comodo. Abbiamo dovuto fare più lavatrici con pochi vestiti alla volta in giorni diversi per poter asciugare tutto. Abbastanza scomodo e sicuramente non ecologico.

洗濯機があるとの事だったので、洗剤を持って行ったのに、洗濯機が故障中だった クレームして相応の対応を頂いた事は良かったが、設備としては残念 風呂の浴槽の掃除が甘い 浴槽内部を触るとザラザラしており、こすると落ちた これは掃除が甘いためであり、汚れが落ちきっていない また、浴室内のシャワー置き＆手すりがグラグラで、人が掴まったら危険

- sehr nettes Personal - sehr große Wohnung, die auch schön ruhig ist - sehr gute Lage. Berühmter Schrein in der Nähe, Bahnhof nicht weit und Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit. - Preis/Leistung auch sehr gut.

- es war nicht unbedingt sauber. Viel Staub und das Bad hat immer Muffig gerochen obwohl tagelang die Lüftung aktiv war. - Küche hat Schwamm und Küchentuch gefehlt um das Geschirr sauber machen zu können.

Die Lage war super für den Preis und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Der Abfluss im Bad hat unangenehm gerochen und es wurde nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht vor unserem Eintreffen. Außerdem war die Matratze sehr durchgelegen.

Je zit dicht bij de 1000 poorten schrijn dus de omgeving is behoorlijk druk . Maar in de accommodatie zelf merk je er niets van . Aan het eind van je verblijf dien je ¥200 per persoon per dag toeristenbelasting neer te leggen op de tafel , ik kan er overheen gekeken hebben bij de omschrijving maar anders is het handig als dit duidelijker bij de omschrijving staat.

Location was 5 min walk from Fushimi Inari Taisha. A lot of the food stalls close up before dinner time in the area but there are some restaurants within 10 min walk. Could fit 2 couples and a person on the couch, bed fit two 6 foot people. Couch might be a bit awkward as there was no extra bedding. Room we had was right by the train tracks but it wasn't loud. Also very close to multiple train stations making it easy to get around. Close to the Nara line so it would be great if you wanted to do a day trip to Nara.

The kitchen was not very well stocked with tools for cooking. The unit could use a bit of a deeper dusting. It was unfortunate that there was no wiggle room for check in or out but there is a bounce storage within 5 min walk and they were very lovely.

初めて泊まる人には使い捨てスリッパを おすすめします ちょっと裸足では潔癖症の人には ムリです あとはフェイスタオルは あったほうがいいです 歯ブラシセットとバスタオルはあります
