Le confort est sommaire,un canapé lit pour une personne,un matelas au sol pour une personne et un lit 2 personnes pas confortable. La vaisselle était sale et pleine de calcaire. La télé fonctionne uniquement en streaming, donc aucune chaines de télévision.

Dreckige Pfannen. Hier wurde nicht alles kontrolliert und gespült. Heizung mal volle Pulle, mal gar nicht. Abfluss Dusche defekt. Staubsauger kabeltechnisch zusammengebastelt.

Location felt safe and secure. Good communication with host, we used as a base for movement around Belgium and into the Netherlands which was very straight forward. Would stay again, thank you.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025El apartamento estaba muy bien, el baño amplio, y parking privado en la finca. La cafetera con cafe, aceite ,sal ,azucar. Fue agradable. Buen diseño. Detalle de juguetes para niños. Buena nevera con congelador. Repetiria.
No tuve mucha suerte , al llegar olia el apartamento a tabaco como un cenicero, a la noche al tumbarnos vimos que la cama estaba rota el somier, mi mujer y mi hijo tuvieron que dormir con el colchon en el suelo. Y al cerrar la cama estaba sucia de nunca haberse limpiado. La puerta de entrada necesita un cambio y desde fuera la escalera cualquiera podia entrar con la maneta sin llave como si fuera una puerta interior. Necesitabas poner la llave detras para tener "seguridad" porque no tenia pestillo.

De potten in de keuken waren niet zo netjes. We hebben deze eerst zelf goed moeten afwassen. Alsook in de douche waren enkele aanslag-en schimmelresten zichtbaar (wellicht door veroudering). Dat oogde minder hygiënisch. Toch waren we voor de rest tevreden van de netheid van het appartement. Er is een busstop vlak voor het raam waardoor reizigers telkens kunnen binnenkijken en je de bus ook regelmatig hoort afremmen en optrekken. Gelukkig is het appartement voorzien van rolluiken die je kan dichtdoen.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025This was a very comfortable property, a one bedroom with a full kitchen. The only thing missing were some extra pillow cases a face cloth and some spices in the cupbord would have been nice. Also a spatula for cooking eggs or Pancakes would have been really handy too. Other than those few things it was really great and there was even a bottle of wine left for us and a few chocolates, (although I don't drink, so I left it for the next lucky guest. Thankyou for a beautiful stay. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay in Leige, Belgium.
I didn't like the bus stop right in front of the unit as people were always lined up in front of the living room window and kinda took away your privacy. There was also one out of four nights that it was a bit noisy at 2 am with loud music but only lasted 30 minutes or so.
