Colchão um pouco mole. Pena a piscina exterior a agua estar gelado. Tb o facto de estar a sombra a tarde toda.

Nous étions en basse saison en février, tout était comme décrit. L'appartement est propre et très proche de la plage. La piscine, hammam, sauna et salle de sport... Tout est parfait, pas trop de monde à cette période (à voir en été) Le lit était très confortable. Il y a suffisamment de serviettes, de produits pour la douche et shampooing.

-Le canapé lit un peu moins confortable. -Pas de dosettes de café ( en arrivant dimanche, les supermarchés sont fermés, cela aurait été bien juste quelques dosettes pour dépannage) -Papier toilette pas suffisant, on a dû en racheter.

Emplacement parfait, qualité des appareils et des équipements de l'appartement

Deux ans que je viens à Bayline, et le personnel de la réception n'est toujours pas très agréable !

Da qualidade do empreendimento, da decoração do apartamento, do acesso a comodidades tais como o ginasio, a piscina interior e exterior, da localização do empreendimento (junto ao mar), da tranquilidade (mas ao mesmo tempo estar perto de tudo). De certeza que iremos voltar. Obrigado!

Nao tenho nada a apontar, apenas que na parte da limpeza do apartamento poderão melhorar para passar de Bom a Excelente (critica construtiva).

The overall property is lovely: beautiful grounds, garden & with indoor and outdoor pools. Very close to the beach and to the restaurants. Property modern and clean.

Few issues on arrival with no hot water and difficultly finding the parking remote - but owner quick to communicate. Only complaint was the lounge needed blackouts for sofa bed and not enough bedding for two beds.

Location was great. Near restaurants, beach and activities. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The pool was fabulous.

New, comfortable building. Perfect location, close to the ocean and nature (great walking footbridge along the shore). A parking spot, free pool and gym. Good communication with the owner in case of problems (we had to turn on a water heating device).

Check-in info in Portugese only. Maybe not a big problem, but automatic translation was a bit puzzling.

The property was so clean. Plenty of space to get around. All facilities available to guests. I enjoyed the indoor pool as it was too cold to use the outdoor pool.

The outdoor swimming pool is in the shade in the early afternoon. It could have been positioned better.

L’appartement est magnifique, moderne, très lumineux, a tout le confort et une ambiance de vie très agréable grâce aux équipements aimables et de grande qualité. La propriété est très bien organisée et très sécurisée. On se sent bien en sécurité. J'ai adoré la piscine intérieure chauffée, le sauna et le bain turc. La piscine extérieure est également très bien. Le jardin est très beau et nous avons un accès direct aux allées qui mènent directement à la plage. L'hôte était sympathique et a répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions.

Gostei de tudo pois o apartamento é espectacular decoração muito bonita e confortável, luz imensa por umas janelas enormes, muito bom mesmo, quem se queixar de a roupa não ser mudada não tem motivo pois basta colocar na máquina pois lava e seca.

l'appartement était très bien, vraiment spacieux, jolie et sécuritaire.

je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié l'attitude arrogante de l'hôte. Comparativement aux autres locations que j'ai fait lors de mon séjour au Portugal, il manquait de tacte et attention au client. À chaque fois qu'on écrivait à l'hôte, on avait l'impression de le déranger et il avait une attitude arrogante. On était supposé d'avoir des serviette de plage pour la piscine et lorsqu'on lui a demandé ils nous a blâmer et dit qu'il n'y avait pas car on avait réservé dernière minute et qu'il n'avait pas eu le temps. Les draps du lit n'étaient pas propres alors on a dut les laver dans la laveuse car il y avait des cheveux.. À Chaque fois qu'on lui a posé une question il semblait fâché et est allé jusqu'au point de nous dire que c'était à nous de nous arranger ceci n'est pas un hôtel. Je comprends que ceci n'est pas un hôtel, mais je m'attends à un minimum de service ou au moins un manuel d'accueil qui indique le fonctionnement de l'unité ( où sont les poubelles, le fonctionnement du wifi, la piscine, etc.). Encore une fois, l'appartement était super beau mais le service de l'hôte était très désagréable et je ne le recommande pas à personne. On a loué plusieurs appartements lors de notre séjour au Portugal et celui-ci a été le seul où on a été reçu et traité d'une façon assez désagréable. Je vous recommande de louer une unité différente dans le même complexe qui n'a pas le même propriétaire.

The complex is new and we knew the location. The apartment was comfortable for two people and kitchen was well stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and bed linen and towels good quality. I would have liked extra towels and linen as a week is too much without a change and extra would allow you time to do your own washing.

We were unable to gain access to the property without the help of security. The lights that end of the corridor didn't work so even if the key safe was working you couldn't see the numbers. It's a bad experience as we arrived late in the evening. The front gate code often didn't work but although we reported it, nobody seemed to care. The complex is massive but the pool area is small. It was generally very quiet when we were there but wonder what it would be like in high season.

Pouco isolamento para o exterior, ouvia-se bastante barulho durante a noite, principalmente motas e carros a passar na estrada.

Die Ausstattung des Appartements war sehr gut, alles vorhanden ( Saftpresse, Toaster, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, etc.). Alles aktuell neu. Parkplatz und Sicherheitsaspekte vorhanden. Am besten ist die Lage!!! Fußläufig: Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker, Bistro, Supermarkt, Beach- Club, etc. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, konnten späteren checkout verabreden.

Die gesamte Anlage ist riesig, hierfür gibt es lediglich einen Indoor- und einen Outdoor- Pool. Die Liegen am Pool sind früh belegt und werden zum Teil auch mit Handtüchern geblockt. Kein separates Kinderbecken vorhanden. Der Outdoor- Pool ist leider nicht beheizbar. Vor unserer Buchung gab es leider keine Info und keine Bilder, auf welcher Etage und welche Blickrichtung sich das Appartement befindet ( 4. Etage Innenhof/ laute, befahrene Straße, kein Meer-, Pool- oder Gartenblick).

Appartement was erg schoon en de ligging is perfect. In de buurt is er genoeg te doen! Accommodatie is voorzien van een luxe inrichting en heeft een huiselijke sfeer.
