Very Near Hoa Lu Old Town. Supportive staff and very clean room

lần này đến Ninh Bình thì mình chọn lưu trú ở Milan, khách sạn có vị trí quá tuyệt vời ngay trung tâm và đối diện với Phố cổ, đi bộ 1p là đến; hai bạn lễ tân ca sáng và ca chiều ở Milan cũng rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình, không những đề xuất cho mình ECI mà còn hỗ trợ ECO đến tận 12g40; có dịp mình sẽ quay lại

The hotel was modern, clean and quiet. The staff were really helpful and friendly and allowed us to store our bags after checkout. The staff even allowed us to use a shower before our night bus! The hotel is located right in the centre of Ninh Binh - directly across the road from the Old Town night lights and markets. We were able to order Grab cars to any of the attractions in Ninh Binh for cheap, so it was not a problem staying in the centre of town. The rooftop was a great spot to watch the sunset over the lake.

We had such a wonderful stay here! A special shout-out to the male receptionist—he was standard-setting, incredibly thoughtful, and made our trip so much more memorable. ​The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Old Town and close to main attractions. The hotel itself feels fresh and well-maintained. We originally booked for just one night, but loved the vibe so much that we extended for a second! ​For our extra night, we moved to a top-floor room with an amazing terrace overlooking the Old Town. The view was incredible, though the room itself showed a bit more wear and tear compared to our first one.

Khách sạn nằm đối diện phố cổ Hoa Lư. Gần nhiều quán ăn và cafe nên rất thuận tiện.

Phòng hơi hẹp. Không thấy có bảng treo yêu cầu dọn phòng. Đoàn mình thuê 3 phòng, đến 14h về phòng vẫn chưa được dọn. Cả đoàn đi mưa ướt cần tắm mà không có khăn, phải gọi lễ tân. Nhân viên có giải thích vì họ ưu tiên dọn phòng cho khách mới checkin ( có thể thông cảm). Nhưng vì dọn phòng lúc mọi người muốn nằm nghỉ nên có hơi bất tiện.

Ks giá rẻ , rất sạch đẹp, vị trí đối diện phố cổ , lên tầng thượng xem lung linh. Nhân viên rất dễ thương, còn hỗ trợ cho mình tất cả. Cảm ơn nhiều

We just booked this hotel for the afternoon as we were leaving on a late-night train, we booked it for its location close to the market. It was great for a shower and very accessible to the market. That being said, we would not stay here for the night. It had a lot of street traffic noise, even on the top floor. We had a great view, though.

La chambre n'était pas très propre et surtout on entendait la chambre voisine dans la salle de bain comme si on partageait la même salle de bain.

The location and value for money were very good. Very close to the lake and walking street without being on it. The hotel is in good condition and was very clean. The staff was also helpful

The first night we did not get the same room we booked...got a queen and a double instead of two queens, so the four of us were cramped. The first room had no view, and the second only a limited one.

The room was excellent, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom etc. The location is also good next to the pagoda and lake.

The only downside was the staff, they spoke zero English and even when trying to use Google Translate, they showed little to no understanding of basic questions we were asking like trying to sort out additional nights accommodation. We ended up giving up asking anything and booked things through Booking.com instead. They were not rude or intentionally unhelpful, they just had zero ability to converse.

Lovely little hotel right next to the river and all the action. We were after a clean basic room and it was provided with an excellent panoramic view of the city and temples. Loved it and glad we stayed.

Overall great stay, nothing out of this world but everything seemed clean and the price was good

Sometimes a bit of noise from other guests talking loudly in the morning and the evening but nothing too bad

The staff were extra friendly. Nghia on reception was always helpful as well as the housekeepers who took care of our laundry for a very reasonable price. it's location is handy for visiting the quieter but beautiful side of Ninh Binh.

It didn’t look like a lot initially but the location was ideal, a 1 min walk from the river side walk and markets, arguably one of the main attractions in Ninh Binh. Only a 10 min drive to Tra Nang with its beautiful lake and mountains. The room was one of the cleanest we had during our stay in Vietnam with the expected amenities.

The hotel kindly offered to look after our luggage but this was only in the lobby, not a secure location.

Amazing stay, the gentleman at reception was so friendly and helpful, very comfortable bedroom with amazing shower, netflix on TV and very clean. Perfect for some rest.

Great location with a fantastic view from the rooftop overlooking the lake and mountains. The staff (especially the gentleman at the front desk) were so friendly, professional and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Milan has gorgeous view to the old town in Ninh Binh. Fantastic rooftop with amazing view to the whole city. Room is very clean and spacious. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend
