- Lage sehr abgelegen, 11 km zum nächstgelegenen Restaurant ~ Badezimmer klein und eng wie in einem Camper (aber sauber und funktionell) ~ Selfservice Frühstück nicht sehr einladend vorbereitet, soweit aber ok - Für Läufer: keine Laufstrecken, Lauf daher nur auf der (zumindest in Früh wenig befahrenen) Straße möglich

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie ist extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich. Im Erdgeschoss ist das Pub, was es ermöglicht sich ein Getränk zu genehmigen und dann nur mehr wenige Meter gehen zu müssen. Kleines Selbstbedienungs-Frühstück wurde zur Verfügung gestellt.

The place was a bit chatic, we were not aware until we arrived the room was not en-suite (two rwquirements of any hotel, a comfortable bed and a loo you can use in the middle of the night that doesn't involve wandering along corridors.

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer und nette Gastgeber. Der Pub lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch einen Billardtisch gibt es dort.

Das Bad ist relativ eng, aber in Ordnung.

The views from the windows were wonderful and the pub with Kiera behind the bar was a good place to spend the evening with the lovely locals

The room is small but comfortable. The host was kind and showed us around the room and the facilities. They offered also complementary snacks for breakfast in the kitchen area which could be used by the guests. Although it was a Saturday and the pub was full with people, we were not disturbed by the sound. Overall, a good stop in our roadtrip.

The room came with a shared bathroom, although this was not clear from the description and pictures. However, we only stayed a night and the bathroom was shared with only another room so it was not a big issue.

Very relaxed in general, the kitchen was great to have, coffee, juice etc and the scones freshly made were delicious. The pub was nice and lively..with a great food truck outside, the staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming, would come back again no problem.

Nothing at all

Niamh was very friendly, giving local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The bar below the B&B was also very comfortable and enjoyable and gave us an opportunity to talk with some of the locals. Niamh's scones were delicious and the location was very quiet and peaceful.

The shared bathroom wasn't ideal, but that was listed in the booking ahead of time, so we knew to expect it.

La amabilidad del personal. Tener un pub en la planta baja, le da al alojamiento un carácter singular.

No tienen servicio de habitaciones y el desayuno es muy limitado.

Great accommodation, super comfortable bed and room, very clean all around. Friendly helpful staff. Kitchen available to get cereal, tea/coffee, fruit & delicious scones each morning. Lovely bar with friendly locals!

Welcoming, comfortable and very clean. Great atmosphere in the bar and it closed early enough so that it didn’t disturb us upstairs. The scones for breakfast were delicious. The view from our bedroom was gorgeous. The food truck outside was delicious.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was spotless, with excellent cleanliness throughout. Everyone made us feel comfortable and at home. Great value for money and definitely worth it. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

We loved our stay. The host was super friendly. It was clean and comfortable. Fresh scones at breakfast were yummy.

Heel geschikt voor onze doorreis. Mooi ingerichte ruime kamers. Supervriendelijke ontvangst. Kamers boven een goed bezochte gezellige pub/inn waar we de avond hebben doorgebracht. Bij mooi weer kun je ook lekker buiten zitten. De inn serveert niet altijd diner. Daarvoor gingen wij naar een plaatsje iets verderop. Eenvoudig ontbijt kun je zelf klaarmaken. Er stonden lekkere warme scones voor ons klaar.

Alles was prima. De ontbijtruimte is niet al te gezellig en je bent in de ochtend min of meer alleen in het gebouw. Wij hadden daar geen last van. De accommodatie communiceerde vooraf prima waar we op konden rekenen.

We stayed in a bedroom with a shared bathroom, bathroom was right next to bedroom and was only shared with one other guest so it wasn't an issue for us, although I normally like an ensuite bedroom. The room had everything we needed for a one night stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. A self-service continental breakfast was available in the morning, with a choice of cereals, toast, fresh scones, fruit, tea/coffee and orange juice. There was live traditional irish music in the bar downstairs, and a pizza van outside with delicious pizza's. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider a return visit.

Niamh is an excellent hostess, very friendly as were all the staff. Very clean, help yourself to breakfast with excellent scones available. (Nice to have porridge available, too). It's great to see a pub doing so well in these troubling times. The fish and chips were excellent too!

We walked through the door of the and met an enthusiastic welcome from the locals. After a quick trip into town for sandwiches we spent an enjoyable evening chatting it up with the locals. Martin madevsure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Great BnB, had a memorable time. Clean and cozy.

A beautiful spot. Couldn't recommend it enough. The staff were lovely. Its a beautiful traditional lodging with a modern twist. There is a pizza truck outside and the food was great.

Very spacious and comfortable room with private bathroom, above a fantastic traditional pub in the village of Tubber. Niamh and Martin were incredibly welcoming hosts and made us feel right at home. Don't miss the live music if you get the chance, and the spice box from the food truck is truly legendary! Best of all - the creamy pints!

It wasn't a problem for us, but worth knowing that rooms over the bar will obviously receive a fair bit of noise on busy evenings, so if you're a light (or early) sleeper you'd probably be better off with a room on the other side of the pub - of which there are a few, so don't let this put you off!

Nos encantó todo. Desde la instalación hasta el trato de los dueños y demás personal. Mejor que en casa. Tanto mi pareja como yo estamos muy contentos de haber pasado la noche en 'the Burren Inn". La habitación era super espaciosa, la cama muy cómoda y todo muy limpio y nuevo. Nos dieron a probar los típicos "scons" de Irlanda, además de un pequeño desayuno extra que no esperábamos. El personal super amable. Todo de 10. Superó nuestras expectativas.

Very friendly staff and a gorgeous room

Schone kamers, net gerenoveerd. Alles dik in orde. We waren er op zaterdag, helaas geen live muziek die dag, maar wel erg gezellig in de bar. In the middle of nowhere, maar het leek of alles en iedereen uit de buurt die avond hierheen kwam. Foodtruck buiten met prima fish en chips. Zelf service ontbijt, ook prima voor elkaar. Supertent!

Die Besitzerin war extrem freundlich, hat uns ein anderes Zimmer zur Wahl gelassen, das nicht direkt über dem Pub war, wir fanden es nicht zu laut. Wir waren aber am Abend selbst mit unserem Sohn im Pub (mit Live-Musik) - auch Kinder sind dort willkommen (in Begleitung). Es gab wunderbare Pizza vom Food-Truck. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und groß, unser Bad (im Zimmer) allerdings winzig. Zum Frühstück konnte man sich selbst bedienen (löslicher Kaffee, Scones, Cerealien ...). Die Küche ist ansonsten nur fürs Personal.

This is a very special place. The first night of a road trip with my mother who has dementia and with whom I was retracing her childhood. Mum and I were delighted with our room. The atmosphere in the bar was great. Huge thank you to Niamh who couldn't have been more kind organising everything for our stay.

Liebe Niamh, euer Quartier zu Beginn unserer Tour in Irland, war ein fantastischer Einstieg. Mit herzlichem Empfang idyllisch gelegen, mit schönen Zimmern, gutem Frühstück. Die Überraschung am ersten Abend bei einer Geburtstagsparty mit toller Livemusik dabei sein zu dürfen war super! Wir hoffen wieder zu kommen. Lieben Dank Familie Reschke

The owners are really nice and helpful. They have a live band in the bar with a nice atmosphere. There is food truck outside where you can buy food and eat at the bar. The location is beautiful. Highly recommended if you arrive at Shannon Airport and you need to sleep on your way to Galway.

La struttura esternamente si presenta carina ed è in una buona posizione rispetto alle mete turistiche più famose della zona. Chi ci ha accolto è stato veramente carina e gentile e senz’altro accogliente .

I bagni sono veramente troppo piccoli, pur avendo lo spazio per renderli più agevoli. Per quanto riguarda la mia personalissima, opinione,, avendo girato sette strutture con la mia famiglia in questo viaggio, ritengo che qui non ci sia un giusto rapporto qualità prezzo.

Loved the warm, friendly welcome and the chat with locals in the bar. Think if the lovely owner had more help, support etc and improved breakfast and provided room refreshments , this beautiful building could be a winner as a B and B. Wishing you the best of luck with everything! Don't give up!

No coffee/tea making facilities in room. Not allowed to take food to room but no restaurant or meals provision. Having to get own breakfast with poor quality provisions and no cooking allowed. Inadequate, small ensuite with no bath mat and empty shampoo and conditioner containers. Uncomfortable pillows.
