La Cascade Ḩammām al Ghazzāz

La proximité de la plage. Présence d'un point d'eau en bas de l'immeuble afin de nettoyer ses pieds en venant de la plage. La pizza fruits de mer au restaurant la cascade était succulente malheureusement c'était le dernier jour de travail du pizzaiolo.

L'odeur de l'appartement à notre arrivée était très mauvaise (ça sentait le renfermé) on a dû appeler la jeune femme qui faisait le ménage pour mettre du désodorisant. Une responsable (Madame Nawel) qui frappait à notre porte à une heure tardive la nuit, alors que je m'apprêtais à dormir sachant qu'on est arrivé à 14h00 après plus d'une dizaine d'heures de route pour nous demander le paiement de la totalité sachant qu'on avait déjà donné une avance de pratiquement la moitié du séjour à une autre personne et qui a insisté pour compléter le paiement que j'ai fait le lendemain après la validation de l'autre personne (sachant que je l'ai appelé et que je n'ai pas pu joindre avec Mme Nawel sur son téléphone). Madame Nawel nous a fait une remarque qu'on a oublié la climatisation ouverte alors qu'ils faisaient très chaud et que les chambres ne disposaient pas de clim, une seule clim au salon, et elle nous dit qu'ils nous ont portant donné un ventilateur !!! Les équipements doivent être mieux entretenus. La salle de bain était trop petite. Le salon ne disposait pas de store ce qui faisait que les voisins nous voyaient la nuit. Manque de machine à laver malgré qu'on nous a bien confirmé qu'ils y'en avait, on nous a tous de même autorisé a utiliser la machine à laver de l'appartement en dessous (numéro 2). Formule Petit déjeuner très basique avec une bouteille d'eau déjà ouverte après réclamations on nous a dit qu'il n'avait pas d'eau minérale donc on nous a donné de l'eau potable d'après eux (du coup on ne l'a pas bu) et manque d'hygiène au restaurant la cascade (on nous a servi du lait avec des trucs noirs) le jus de citron était imbuvable, on l'a laissé sur place.

La ubicación pegado a la playa. El restaurante que se come fantástico y para nada caro. El apartamento es muy cómodo, al menos con el aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfectamente y la terracita para echar el rato.

Eche en falta un poco de menaje de cocina, y si me apuras, un microondas... Pero por decir algo.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable parenthèse de bonheur : entre amis et famille, nous y avons vécu des moments magiques et créé des souvenirs inoubliables, baignés dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale. L’appartement, spacieux et propre, a été un vrai cocon pour nous. La proximité de la plage est un atout majeur qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable et pratique. Sans hésitation, nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés ! Une adresse à retenir pour des vacances réussies et apaisantes.

Gros problème de poubelles et propretés chez les gens, des ordures et des déchets partout dans les rues de Hammem Ghzez.

Bruit insupportable la nuit

Struttura di recente costruzione, l'appartamento molto grande con una bella terrazza enorme con tavoli e molte sedie. Annesso vi è un caffè ristorante della medesima proprietà dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene. La spiaggia dista circa 250 metri di strada.

Non siamo stati fortunati, c'erano dei lavori e raggiungere l'appartamento è stato molto disagevole. Il parcheggio è gratuito ma è in un terreno polveroso al sole tutto il giorno. L'appartamento ha 3 stanze ma c'è un solo climatizzatore che non riesce a rinfrescare le stanze. Sono disponibili dei ventilatori che purtroppo anche alla minima velocità vanno a 300 km/h e fanno molto rumore impossibili da usare in una stanza di 15 mq. Abbiamo dormito poco e male.

Une très belle plage est accessible à pied depuis l'hôtel. On a essayé le petit déjeuner et le dîner au restaurant et c'était vraiment délicieux. Le.personnel est très sympa

Kind stuff, helpful anytime we needed them. The flat is within 2 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes drive to the village and all the commodities.

The pool wasn't clean but it's OK since the beach is very close. A washing machine would be handy.

Bright and spacious apartment very close to the crystal clear beach. Very well equiped kitchen, we rented the S+3 and we had even a little sea view from the balcony. Great value for the price! They even let us check out later. Overall helping and nice staff. Comfortable beds, parking, nice restaurant downstairs.

We couldn't use the TV during our stay due to the lack of remote. A little problem with the door of one of the bedrooms. As it comes to hygiene: North Africa standart: 100% clean Europe standart: 70-80% clean (some hairs here and there and dust,limescale on faucets, nothing dramatic) Apart from the beach, there's nothing else nearby, keep that in mind.

Un séjour très agréable dans un appartement spacieux et en très bon état. La propreté est acceptable et la localisation quasi idéale, à 200 mètres de la plage. Un petit souci est survenu mais il a été rapidement réglé par les propriétaires, très réactifs, aimables et serviables. Nous les remercions !

Beautiful and modern-style. The hosts/stewards were extremely nice as well. They don't speak English perfectly, so be prepared to use Google Translate unless you know French/Arabic.

Although walking distance to the beach... the location is isolated, so much so that not even Google Maps sends you to the exact location (it sends you to the wrong back alley street, just ahead of the correct one). Keep an eye for a sign especially at night, or call them. If going here, you need a car and I suggest getting groceries if staying for a few days at the nearest town rather than paying the hefty price of the restaurant on the first floor. The pool is not heated, so hope it's a hot and sunny day before using it. The WiFi does not reach the top floor (penthouse suite) for anything more than the TV. Sit on the stairs at the entrance of the suite to access the WiFi or go down the stairs. Their modem is on the floor below. We ran out of gas from their gas bottle when cooking for 3 days, so that's another thing to keep in mind and be prepared to ask them about. They were quick to fix the water being cold and the TV not working on the first day, so I give them credit for that. We wanted to check out a famous sinking ship nearby, but the road was closed because it rained a week or so ago and the water levels were high and literally covering the roadway to the area. The main road was totally fine at least. Side roads can get very bumpy.

Die Lage ist gut. Wohnung an sich auch in Ordnung.

Mangel an Sauberkeit und Ausstattung. Keine Klimaanlagen in den Räumen, eine einzige im Wohnzimmer, welche nicht leistungsstark ist. Personal sehr sehr unfreundlich (nicht alle, aber die verantwortliche Person). Es war vor allem in den Schlafzimmern sehr schwül und warm. In den Decken ist leider Schimmel. Duschabfluss verstopft. Kein Putzmittel vorhanden gewesen. Die Unterkunft musste frühzeitig verlassen werden, da die verantwortliche Person uns quasi bei einem telefonischen Gespräch geschimpft hat. Küche sehr mangelhaft an Ausstattung, kein Ofen, keine Mikrowelle, kein Besteck und Gläser (nur für 3-4 Personen ), wir hatten aber für 8Personen gebucht. Wir mussten die Fenstern trotz fehlende Klimaanlagen geschlossen halten, da es sehr sehr viele Moskitos auch selbst in der Wohnung waren und ich selbst direkt in der ersten Nacht eine Infektion, durch die Stiche bekam. Eingang der Gebäude leider auch dreckig.

Le personnel était reatif. Nous avions eu nos cle de suite. Nous sommes pour 1 semaine mais franchement magnifique la plage un bleu turquoise transparent a voir nos pieds. .je vous conseille l'établissement, C'est tranquille familiale et de plus les gérants très sympathiques. Vous aviez besoin de quoi ce soit le personnel est présent. Le restaurant et le déjeuner Miam-miam A très bientôt et merci encore

A fantastic stay at La cascade. Directly on the beach, brilliant location. The restaurant there is excellent value for money and has beautiful food.

The sink in the bathroom is nice and modern but, unfortunately it is not practical. It would great to add a towel holder in the bathroom

Beautiful and brand new apartment just a few steps from a beautiful beach. Great Mediterranean Restaurant on the premises. Food was delicious! Staff was amazing, specially Chef Yuzef who became our good friend. Cannot say enough about the wonderful hospitality and experience we had. Will definitely recommend and return again and again!
