Der Service. Vorallem das auch am Abend ein Zimmerservice gibt und die zimmer kontrolliert werden bzw. Ausgestattet neue Handtücher etc. werden ausgetauscht. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Do quarto, um autêntico oásis. O pormenor não só da banheira no exterior como o facto do chuveiro ter portas que davam para o exterior. Ótimo! A decoração é incrível e tem tudo o que é preciso. O ginásio é pequenino mas dá perfeitamente. As espreguiçadeiras ótimas. O hotel cheira sempre super bem e é muito bem frequentado.

Não posso dizer que não gostei, mas para quem passa 5 dias lá hospedado, o pequeno almoço só tem uma opção e acaba por fartar comer sempre as mesmas coisas. É à carta , por isso só dá para escolher o tipo de ovos que queremos e mais nada. Não tem croissants, não tem fruta, não tem café expresso (só filtro). E depois outra coisa que não estávamos à espera é que os funcionários falassem tão pouco e tão mal inglês.

We just returned from a week at before sunset and we honestly had such an amazing time! Firstly, I have to mention the staff. Everyone was absolutely lovely! The reception staff welcomed us so kindly with fresh lemonade on arrival and they always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I’m currently 6 months pregnant and they made sure I was always comfortable and even helped with a very specific craving one evening! It felt like genuine, top top service and kindness! Also, the staff on the beach were amazing, special shout out to Batu. We traveled with our two small dogs and one day I was swimming in the sea and saw he was kindly wrapping them up in a towel and making sure they were not cold after their shower. All the staff didn’t just accept the dogs but they really loved them and it made us very happy and made us feel at home. Every day started with a slow Turkish breakfast which was delicious! A choice of eggs and different selection of cheeses and bread and dips! You also get first choice of sun bed on the beach so we always had our favourite spot right next to the sea. Each evening there was something going on such as live music and art and we were so lucky that on our last evening they had their closing festival- it was magical! The crowd at the beach club each day was very nice, music was never too loud. It had a great vibe! The manager was a great guy too, chatting to us and making us welcome around the restaurant. We loved the dogs on the property and how well they care for them! We also really appreciated the cleaning twice a day and the amazing shower that opened up into the garden. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay at BeforeSunset Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The overall atmosphere is wonderful, and the incredibly high level of service was evident from the moment we arrived, starting with thoughtful welcome drinks and a great tour of the property. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely friendly, and the room service was exceptional. Our room was incredibly cozy with a highly interesting interior design. The absolute highlight was the private garden featuring an outdoor bathtub—sitting out there and soaking in the quiet morning atmosphere was a perfect start to each day. Down by the water, the beach is beautiful and meticulously maintained. We were also thoroughly impressed by the hotel’s restaurant; the food was phenomenal and easily stands up to the most hyped dining spots in Alacati. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and we will absolutely be returning for our next visit!

Also der Service in allen Bereichen, sei es Empfang, Restaurant oder am Strand war hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit auch für Sachen oder Ausflüge ausserhalb des Hotels. Ein grosses Lob gehört auch Tayfun und seinen Teamkollegen/innen, die uns immer herzlich empfangen haben und sich um unser wohl gekümmert haben. Frühstück war super auch die anderen Gerichte haben geschmeckt. Sie sind auch auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen. Sie organisieren auch immer wieder Events, die für Abwechslung und gute Stimmung sorgen.

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren, nur ein Rat für die Zukunft. Damit dieser Service zukünftigt gewährleistet werden kann, sollten sie unbedingt diese Qualität behalten.

Bei lange Aufenthalte ist das servierte Frühstück langweilig. İch hätte gerne mehr Auswahl. Zusätzlich sollten Hotel Gäste einen separaten Bereich beim Frühstück haben. Allgemein sehr stolze Preise im Restaurant.

Personel gerçekten çok tatlı, ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelin en büyük artılarından biri kesinlikle personelin ilgisiydi. Odalar çok iyi donanımlı, konforlu ve son derece temizdi. Beach club genel olarak keyifli ve hoş bir atmosfere sahipti.

Otelin konumu maalesef en zayıf noktasıydı. Kendi aracınız yoksa ulaşım biraz zor; taksi beklemeniz veya otelin minibüsünü kullanmanız gerekiyor. Beach club’da deniz çok sığ olduğu için su biraz bulanıktı. Daha güzel ve temiz suya ulaşabilmek için oldukça ilerlemek gerekiyor. Beach club personelinin güler yüzü ve enerjisi, otel personeli kadar iyi değildi. Ama belki görev tanımlarının bir parçası değildir..

the atmosphere is very nice and the service is excellent , the check in was so smooth . the young man in the lobby area ( Tayfun ) was extremely helpful and also the girl and also the girl who works on the beach area ( ESLEM ) her treatment was wonderful so big thanks for them , the beach was so clean and cocktails were excellent . the rooms are spacious and have a bohemian and comfortable design . also the atmosphere of the parties is enjoyable and also the audience is sophisticated , so i will most likely return asap .

I’m writing this review just after checking out, and I honestly don’t know where to begin! From check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely perfect. Our check-in was smooth and welcoming, and a special thank you to Ms. Nur for making us feel at home from the very start. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The room was cleaned twice a day, which made our stay even more comfortable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, always smiling, attentive, and constantly checking if there was anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made all the difference. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Çeşme, and I 1000% recommend @BeforeSunset Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

It was a wonderful experience! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and kind. We also really loved our room! It was clean, comfortable, very cozy.

Incredible experience. Staff extremely attentive, professional, and friendly. Beautiful rooms. The beach is stunning, crystal clear water and very peaceful. The breakfast spread is outstanding. We had a spectacular vacation.

Room for improvement: If you do not speak Turkish, communication can be challenging at times, as only a very few staff members speak English, which led to some confusion. Food and drink: Food is good, drinks are just ok, one would excepect better flavors and portions for the price you pay, which are quite expensive (pizza, burger and pasta 30ish usd each, main dishes 40usd, drinks 20ish usd) even for high standards of Cesme and Alacati, comparable to top Greek islands, and the fact that the property is fairly isolated leaves you with little choice but to eat and drink on-site, unless you travel to town by car or taxi (which is also a bit expensive for the distance covered: 30usd to Cesme and 60ish to Alacati, round trip. Do the math over 10 days).

Un séjour absolument inoubliable ! Cet hôtel est un véritable petit coin de paradis. Le coucher de soleil est tout simplement magnifique, offrant chaque soir un spectacle à couper le souffle. La cuisine est exceptionnelle, avec des plats délicieux et variés qui ravissent les papilles. Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné et toujours souriant. We had a wonderful experience at Before Sunset Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, and a relaxing location. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Virkelig smukt sted, bedste service, flotte store værelser med alt hvad man har brug for. Morgenmaden var virkelig god, og personalet var virkelig søde og behjælpelige. Især en ung fyr fra receptionen ved navn ata, virkelig behjælpelig og ydet den bedste service gennem hele vores ophold.

Tüm çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve profesyoneldi. Özellikle Tayfun ve Ata bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Konaklamamız boyunca bizimle çok yakından ilgilendiler ve kendimizi evimizde gibi hissetmemizi sağladılar. Bunun yanında tüm ekip de aynı şekilde yardımsever ve misafirperverdi. This is a unique hotel on the beach, modern comfort blended with pure nature! The simplicity and creativity was amazing, and everything was coming together with an amazing service and food! Thanks to all the staff, and especially the reception staff (Tayfun, Nur, Ata, Ahmet, Serhat) with whom we interacted frequently, and who went out of their way to make our stay one to remember. We will definitely come back!

Our stay was exceptional thanks to the hotel manager who looked after us! The hotels beach is perfect if you’re not really a big swimmer as the waves are calm and the water is not deep. The hotel unfortunately does not have a pool which was ok. The rooms are all the same, clean comfortable with some great modern features, the outside area have great comfy seating and of course the best feature the bath tub! If you are staying here on a Saturday night or a night when they have an event be prepared for the beach to be fully packed out. They had an event on Saturday night which unfortunately finished at 9pm just as we joined which was extremely disappointing. On the Sunday and Monday of our stay there were not many people at the beach club. The breakfast was great with some good alternatives that they offered me as I don’t eat egg. As many of the hotels in turkey they only had orange juice or water for cold drinks for breakfast which was also a bit disappointing. The food however at the restaurant tasted really good and the drinks were also very good but pricy. The beach was clean and you have everything within a minute walk including the restaurant and the rooms which was one of the best things about the hotel as the space is not very big it really made our stay more comfortable. The restaurant staff were also very friendly thanks for your great service! The beach staff lacked in English and could have been more attentive. They also had a fire pit in the night and which added such a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately the hotel was not fully set up for the summer which was a bit of a let down considering you are paying for the full experience!

I did make it clear to the hotel a few times that we had booked the hotel for our 10 year anniversary celebration even though we did get a lovely surprise from the hotel manager, I felt like not real effort was made in congratulating us for our stay, a note left in the room or a dessert with a message saying happy anniversary would have made the stay even more meaningful. Never the less the manager did take it upon himself to make sure we have a lovely night and we were very pleased with the hotel. I think for the price we were overly satisfied however a few little things could have been improved. I look forward to an even better stay in the future!

Alles war sehr sauber und schick eingerichtet, besonders der kleine Garten am Zimmer war sehr schön, ein ruhiger, schattiger Ort, an den man sich zurückziehen kann, wenn die Sonne einem zu viel wird. Das Hotel hat einen privaten Strand ( auch mit externen Gästen) mit breiten bequemen Liegen, man kann das Frühstück direkt am Meer genießen. Sehr leckere Küche. Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Sonnenuntergänge ein Traum!

Falls ihr in die Stadt wollt, braucht ihr unbedingt einen Mietwagen/ Taxi, der Strand ist sehr abgelegen. Die Speisekarte war ziemlich teuer gestaltet (ca das doppelte, als in einem normalen Restaurant), aber müssen einen exzellenten Koch haben, bisher die beste Trüffelpasta, die ich je gegessen habe.

Odam son derece geniş, tertemiz ve çok konforluydu. Özel patio alanı ve patiodaki küvet ise konaklamanın en keyifli detaylarından biriydi. Kendimi adeta küçük bir tatil evindeymiş gibi hissettim. Her detayın özenle düşünülmüş olması, konaklama deneyimini gerçekten özel kılıyordu. Ancak beni en çok etkileyen şey çalışanların samimiyeti, ilgisi ve misafirperverliğiydi. Herkes son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve içtendi. Çıkış günü hazırlanırken ekip valizlerimi arabama taşımış, hatta yol için suyumu ve ıslak mendilimi bile düşünerek araca yerleştirmişti. Bunlar küçük gibi görünen ama misafire gerçekten değer verildiğini hissettiren çok zarif detaylar. Ayrıca beni çok mutlu eden bir başka konu da otelin patili dostlara gösterdiği özen oldu. Otel sahipleri sadece insan misafirleri değil, can dostlarımızı da düşünmüş. Arka tarafta onlar için özel alanlar oluşturulmuş; mamalarından aşılarına, dinlenme ve uyku alanlarından günlük bakımlarına kadar her şey büyük bir sevgi ve sorumlulukla düşünülmüş. Hayvanlara yaklaşım bir işletmenin karakteri hakkında çok şey söyler ve bu konuda da Before Sunset’e hayran kaldım. Beach club zaten yıllardır favorilerimden biriydi. Fakat bu konaklamadan sonra Before Sunset benim için artık sadece güzel bir beach club değil; Çeşme’ye her gelişimde yeniden dönmek isteyeceğim özel bir adres oldu. Günümüzde güzel tesisler bulmak mümkün, ancak misafirlerine ve canlılara kendilerini gerçekten değerli hissettiren işletmelerle karşılaşmak çok daha nadir. Bu güzel deneyim, gösterilen özen ve samimiyet için tüm ekibe gönülden teşekkür ederim.

Si può lavorare o mandare emails nella lobby dove servono caffè e acqua a tutte le ore, spesso accompagnati da pasticcini molto buoni. Wir waren nicht in der Hauptsaison da, deshalb wurden Aktivitäten wie Yoga, Massagen usw. nicht angeboten.

The staff was amazing and the rooms are spacious and beautiful

The property is genuinely beautiful, with a very stylish design and a great atmosphere overall. The staff were also very kind in allowing us to do an early check-in after our flight arrived early, which we really appreciated. The Sunday brunch was particularly enjoyable and much better organized than the regular breakfast service.

A significant number of staff members spoke very little or no English, which made communication difficult at times. It was also noticeable that the hotel was still operating in low season, with several areas closed or still under construction or maintenance. The gym is outdated and does not match the otherwise upscale feel of the property. Food and drink prices were surprisingly high, even by Western European standards, although this seems to be common in this particular region of Turkey. Breakfast was probably the most confusing part of the stay: on regular days there is no buffet, and nobody clearly explained what was included and what would incur extra charges. The menu also gives the impression that guests are limited to two dishes from the egg section, which makes the breakfast feel unnecessarily restricted and not very varied. Any additional items outside those options are charged separately, which was not clearly communicated.

I really liked the hotel. The staff is friendly, speaks good English, and is always ready to help. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, and clean, and they have all the necessary amenities, including a Marshall speaker. Each room has a stunning terrace with a private bathroom. The breakfasts were huge, varied, and delicious. We also received a delicious dessert as a complimentary treat on our first day of stay. We had dinner at the same hotel, and the portions were large and the food was delicious. Guests of the hotel have the opportunity to attend all the parties, so I recommend staying for the weekend to experience them.

Sehr außergewöhnliche, ästhetische und wunderschöne Unterkunft. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und zu jeder Zeit hilfreich. Der Strand ist glasklar, das Essen ist eine 10/10 und die Zimmer sind blitz-blank sauber. Es war generell eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen und sind mit einem traurigen Augen abgereist. Wir werden nur noch dieses Hotel in Cesme bevorzugen.

Die Bungalows sind wirklich sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts. Am Strand wird man bedient und die Auswahl ist wirklich toll. Umut vom Empfang hat uns diverse Empfehlungen gegeben und auch direkt das Taxi organisiert. Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt sehr! Liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz

It’s a great spot to unwind with excellent food and delicious cocktails, all served in a lively yet laid-back setting. Downtown Çeşme and Alaçatı are very easy to reach by car. Overall, Before Sunset Hotel offers a unique and memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish beachfront escape in Çeşme. We will definitively be back!

I loved everything about the property from the was its built, its ambience, and most importantly the hospitality.. Food is great and location of the property is apt for someone who wants to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and unwind..

We liked how beautifully designed the hotel is, with stylish rooms and a perfect beachfront setting. We also loved the warm hospitality, delicious food, and serene atmosphere, it made the stay truly relaxing and memorable. The front desk team (Gul, Yagmur, Hilal, and Hassan) were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and created such positive vibes that we left with kisses and hugs.

The restaurant staff could be more fluent in English to make communication smoother. We also wish the massage hours were more flexible (towards end of day) and that there was an option for a couple’s massage, as we were informed they only have one masseuse.

Otele geldiğimiz andan itibaren her şey çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar inanılmaz güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, her ihtiyacımızda yanımızda oldular. Bu samimiyet ve ilgi sayesinde kendimizi gerçekten çok rahat hissettik. Odamız beklediğimizden çok daha genişti, tertemiz ve çok ferah bir ortama sahipti. Temizlik ve düzen konusunda en ufak bir eksik yoktu. Bahçesi ayrı bir huzur köşesi… Hem bakımlı hem de çok keyifli bir atmosferi vardı. Beach kısmını da özellikle belirtmek isterim. Denizi çok güzeldi, plaj tertemizdi ve oradaki hizmet gerçekten çok kaliteli. Servis hızlıydı, yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve çalışanların ilgisi burada da eksiksizdi. Ayrıca late check-out yapmak isteyenlere sundukları samimiyet ve imkanlar bizi çok mutlu etti. Misafirlerini inanılmaz güzel ağırlıyorlar, kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettik. Özellikle Hilal ve Umut beye bu konu da teşekkür ederiz. Kısacası hem otel hem de beach bölümüyle her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Güler yüz, temizlik, lezzet, huzur… Hepsi bir aradaydı. Bizim için unutulmaz bir tatil oldu, tekrar gelmek için şimdiden sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Beach alanında sadece küçük bir detayı paylaşmak isterim; bazı garsonların bardakları dudak kısmından tutarak servis ettiklerine birkaç kez şahit olduk. Devamlı bir durum değil, yalnızca birkaç kez denk geldik. Küçük bir eğitimle kolayca çözülebilecek bir konu, onun dışında her şeyden çok memnun kaldık.

Before Sunset is a truly eco-friendly hotel – even down to the toilet paper. They genuinely care about nature, which is something you don’t usually see in a luxury hotel. I really appreciated their thoughtful approach to sustainability throughout the stay.

The garden rooms are beautiful, the food was great and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This has truly been the most remarkable place I have ever stayed. The level of service exceeded all expectations — I never realized what true hospitality was until now. The concierge team was exceptional, anticipating and attending to every need with such care. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully detailed. The beach was stunning, and the yoga sessions and sunset rituals created unforgettable moments that I will deeply miss. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making this experience so extraordinary.

Excellent peaceful place with the greatest Turkish breakfast. Everything was well designed and details were spectacular. The staff were amazing and they took care of everything. We joined with our puppy and they were amazing with her as well. Lovely place, will be back!!

We had an amazing experience at Before Sunset Hotel. The property is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and genuine hospitality. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Special thanks to Gül, Hilal, and Yağmur from the management team, and Oya and Arzu from the restaurant – their kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. Every request we made was met with a smile and handled immediately, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The food deserves a special mention – it was absolutely delicious and of exceptional quality. We were delighted to learn that many of the ingredients, including vegetables, are grown on-site, adding to the freshness and flavor of every meal. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for – and we look forward to returning soon!

My family and I have just returned from the most fantastic week at Before Sunset. Before we arrived, we had an issue whilst travelling which could have derailed our holiday entirely. But instead, the fantastic team at Before Sunset suported us without question or fuss and this generostiy of spirit, care and attention continued throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless; warm, welcoming, and effortlessly attentive. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, and could not have been more helpful. Honestly, they were the best, and I woud love to say a sincere thank you to Tayfun, Gul, Umut, Hasan, Yagmur and Hilal and everyone else for making our week with them so stress free and relaxing! The place itself is stunning, with a beautiful, private beach and exceptional accomodation. The rooms are beautifully designed; modern, super stylish, with high-quality finishes, luxurious fabrics, and thoughtful details throughout. Everything was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The bedroom's outdoor space was a highlight, giving the room a great added dimension and another effortlessly cool space to chill... Food and drink were another major highlight. The breakfasts were genuinely outstanding and the cocktails were on another level. One thing to note is that on Saturdays there is a party which takes over the beach club, which is amazing to behold and has incredible DJ's - but its loud..! Overall its a beautiful place, very cool, super chilled and the staff are just fantastic.

Some people may find it a little bit remote as Its a 15-20 minute drive into town, but we didn't find this a problem.

We had a wonderful stay at Before Sunset! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional — every staff member was warm, attentive, and eager to make our experience special. Everything was perfect from the time we arrived until we left . First of all villas are gorgeous with a tropical private garden . Furniture is very stylish in all details . We had dinner several times and food was delicious . The beach club is situated on a beautiful bay. Hosts can choose a private area or the beach club . On Saturday there is a big party but music ends not very late and it is very funny . During the week it is quiet and there are also some events . I want to thank first of all Gul who was so kind , professional always ready to help us and Arzu at restaurant and all the other guys of course who made our holiday unforgettable . Breakfast is a magic moment . All the products are very fresh and homemade. We also used gym in the morning we missed the yoga . I am sure we will be back soon next year . I teally suggest this wonderful gem
