It is in a quiet corner of Kasol-- little far from the other hostels and the central marketplace so getting to a restaurant or other things can be a challenge.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Nothing good about the property. you will not get any hand towel in the room, no glass to drink water. If you ask, they will give you the coffee mugs. Breakfast is pathetic. Food is limited to Rajma-rice/chhole rice that also bad in taste.
Everything… it’s simply like a Dharamshala. Tiny lifts, water leakage all over. Staff is rude, just because they have lot of foreigner visiting they don't attention to Indian customers. Beds are not comfortable to sleep. No one to help, you are always on your own

Reviewed May 13, 2026הזמנתי חדר לשלושה לילות וכשהגעתי לשם אחרי טיסה ונסיעה של 12 שעות מדלהי לקסול הם נתנו את החדר שלי לאורחים אחרים ובמקומו הם טענו שהם משדרגים אותי רק חבל שהחדר היה צמוד לפאב שנמצא על גג המלון עם מוזיקה חזקה. בקשתי שלא ישדרגו שאני רוצה את החדר שהזמנתי אז הם הראו לי חדר אחר לא נקי ולא מזגן כפי שהזמנתי. שבועיים כבר אחרי ולצערי אני עדין מחכה להחזר הכספי כי כמובן שלא ישנתי שם .

Huge shoutout to Saurav (the boss man GM) for keeping the place smooth as butter, and Ankur at the front office – this guy’s a rockstar! Always helpful, always smiling, and somehow always knows what you need before you even ask. If you're coming to Kasol and not staying here, you're doing it wrong. Can’t wait to come back for more mountain magic! 🏔️🔥

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Nice hostel, clean, has energy generator. Energy shortage is very common in Kasol. Staff is very nice, front desk guys, cleaning guys, manager is very polite.
Bed is too small for people higher than 6". I had to sleep sideways all 7 nights. People on the restaurant should learn more english to make communication easy with foreigners. Hostel restaurant does not sell sodas (Coca-Cola, thums up, limca, sprite) or water bottles). If I want a simple water bottle I have to go downhill and buy at market street.

Bed length was really short for me , my legs were barely able to straight and was not comfortable. I had a few issues but despite of multiple trails, I couldn't connect to the property and the reception was really far. To connect their customer service is like connecting someone from another planet, talk to us option is fake. You have to type type type about your queries but it's AI generated reply. Their Light switches are inside someone's Dom and very confusing . You can't switch off room lights in the night. No other facilities were there like washroom shower gel, shampoo etc and expensive place.

Not that easy to meet other travellers as the common rooms aren’t used that much. They are comfy though!
