Prachtig complex met fantastisch zwembad met genoeg ligbedden met heerlijke dikke kussens, privé gedeelte aan het leuke strandje op loopafstand met ook weer dikke kussens op de ligbedjes. Mooie kamer met heel goed bed. Erg goed en uitgebreid ontbijt met echte vers geperste jus d’orange. Leuke en goede activiteiten en uitgebreide gym. Goed, leuke en professioneel personeel

Kamers in het hoofdgebouw zijn erg gehorig, kon buren letterlijk verstaan. 1 mindere ervaring bij buffet, door slechte bediening. Fietsverhuur via app is te duur

Das Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen, bzw. Es war zwar ein Upgrade durch das Hotel, aber es kam und so vor, als ob das Zimmer seit Wochen nicht benutzt worden war. Der Gartensitzplatz war scheusslich und nicht nutzbar.

La atención de todo el personal, especialmente destaco a Martina y Lorenzo quienes fueron muy cercanos durante mi estadía. La piscina es increíble, el bufete super bien organizado y la comida riquísima.

Magnifico posto per passare una vacanza tranquilla immersa nel verde e in un mare cristallino. Il servizio in camera è di ottimo livello così come è otttima la colazione e il buffet. Abbiamo prenotato anche presso il loro ristorante La Gardiana con piatti di ottimo gusto sia carne che pesce di elevata qualità noto per l utitlizzo della griglia josper. Anche la location è ottima vicinissima alle bellissime e note spiaggie Tramatsu, Tuereddda Su Giudeu etc etc.

Forse il prezzo di una bottiglia d'acqua al ristorante da 0.75 lt a 4 euro mi sembra eccessivo. Da pubblicizzare, sviluppare e seguire meglio il servizio d'asporto a pranzo in spiaggia.

La qualità del cibo e la gentilezza del personale del ristorante, ma ciò non ripaga il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Area piscina trasandata, lettini sporchi e ammassati teli mare sporchi e bucati. Camera umida con muro scrostato. Aria condizionata rumorosa. Nessuna privacy fuori in vernada poiché adiacente a qiella della camera accanto. Spiaggia di sassi a 15 minuti a pied sotto il sole. Immondizia all ingresso. Pontile precario e fatiscente per superare acqua stagnante. Palestra all aperto con solo ausilio di ventilatore, dunque impraticabile.

Accogliente, immerso in un curatissimo giardino, silenzioso, percorso per la spiaggia incantevole, ottima colazione, pulizia generale buona, ottimo bistro e servizio bar in piscina. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante

Alcuni clienti occupano i lettini in piscina con asciugamani e borse senza essere presenti e limitando la possibilità agli altri clienti

Struttura FAVOLOSA esattamente rispondente alle foto. Camere splendide, ampie, pulitissime e personale educato, cordiale e di una gentilezza disarmante. Ristoranti favolosi, cibo ottimo. Eleganza degli ambienti e cura nei particolari. Bravi !!!

Struttura immersa nel verde e a pochi passi da una spiaggia privata con lettini molto comodi. Colazione buonissima e con ampia scelta. Piscina grande e con bellissima visuale sulla torre di chia. Personale accogliente. Camere silenziose e letto comodo.

Bagno non a livello di un resort a 4 stelle. Parcheggio vicino alla struttura dotato di pochi posti con possibilità di lasciare la macchina appena fuori dalla struttura in un parcheggio scomodo e non asfaltato.

Non presenza di toilette in spiaggia e un piccolo chiostro dove poter prendere qualcosa di fresco

L'ottima posizione, vicinissima a spiaggia (privata) e mare, l'enorme piscina, lo staff (ineffabili Enrico e Ciro in sala), il verde che circonda il resort.

Migliorerei le camere e i bagni (qualche arredo in più).

V hotelu je výborná a pestrá snídaně a vřelý personál. Nádherný a čistý bazén s výhledem. Večeře formou bufetu je celkem OK.

Komplex je poměrně rozlehlý a ve stráni. Takže se člověk dost nachodí, což ve velkých vedrech nemusí být pro někoho příjemné. Hotelová pláž není moc hezká. Naštěstí v okolí do10 minut autem je několik krásných pláží, které hotel doporučuje.

La colazione era negli standard, avremmo preferito un po' di variabilità nelle opzioni. Stando diversi giorni erano sempre le stesse proposte. Vorremmo ringraziare in particolare lo Staff in generale e sopratutto le ragazze del concierge e Daniela che con la sua grande professionalità, sempre con il sorriso, ci ha accompagnato in diverse attività fitness durante il soggiorno.

De kamer waren verouderd, airco werkte niet top maar het personeel probeerde wel een oplossing te zoeken

Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr grosse Auswahl mit frischen und leckeren Speisen. Zudem ist da Personal äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Preise in den vorhanden Restaurants im Resort sind eher hoch und in der umliegenden Gegend fanden wir keine gute Alternative.

A beautiful resort in the middle of nature with great staff, great food and great beach just a short walk away. Ideal place to unwind. The staff was really helpful in every matter inlcuding car rental and excellent boat trip along the coast.

For the cost, we felt the rooms could have been better, particularly the bathroom. The rooms seem a little tired.

I can highly recommend staying at this wonderful resort and would not hesitate to return. I loved the view I had from my room every morning, the private beach and then of course the excellent Breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Der Preis für das Abendbuffet, daher haben wir es nicht genutzt. Gibt aber genug alternativ Möglichkeiten.

Schön gepflegte Anlage, teils in die Jahre gekommen, aber wird scheinbar schrittweise durchaus stilvoll und detailreich modernisiert; sehr gutes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal, Nähe zu vielen top-Stränden, Top-Liegen; wunderschöne Anlage von vielen Pflanzen im Areal

Wir hatten das Pech Ober uns laute Rabauken zu haben, da Zimmer scheinbar hellhörig erlebten wir viel Action von oben mit; etwas mehr Parkplätze

The communal spaces are very well kept and there were so many plants in bloom that you were literally always surrounded by butterflies (never seen so many at the same time in my entire life). The staff is excellent as well.

the rooms are not sound proof at all. I could ear people washing above me and, as they had little kids, they kept me awake most of the night. Moreover there was no wifi in the room as the signal was too weak to connect.

Původní pokoj nedosahoval kvalit podle našich představ, ale milý personál recepce ihned našel řešení a nabídl nám kvalitní upgrade pokoje. Všeobecně skvělý personál, nádherné umístění hotelu v svahu plném zeleně, fantastické snídaně, obrovský bazén, velmi pohodlná lehátka. Pláž pár minut pěšky

Hier stimmt eigentlich alles, man hat aber gemerkt, dass das Team noch nicht ganz eingespielt war. Und ich würde mir ein etwas größerer Auswahl Wurst zum Frühstück wünschen. Aber das ist auch schon alles, jammern auf hohem Niveau 🤭

The staff is extremely friendly and will give you a lot of advice, thank you guys again, also for the upgrade. The resort is very calm and has everything near : beautiful beaches accessible by foot, pool in the hotel, bars and very good restaurants (I recommend to have reservations for those). Beach towels are given, the bar's food is good and the breakfast has a lot of choice. The cleanliness is very good and the scenery is beautiful. I would recommend, if you do not have a car like us, to either make reservations in the hotel restaurant, or get the full pension as it can be a little hard to get food for dinner if you're only on foot.

Michele and Alberto - made it possible to find the perfect room for us. Even though we were kind of annoying guests, they stayed calm, professionell and helpful. The place itself is very pretty. Nothing to complain. Some rooms are outdated. Some are renovated. Completely different flair. If all rooms were renovated it would be a 5 star resort.

The old rooms are not liveable. Need renovation. Its a very very outdated feeling.

O hotel é grande, em uma área bem reservada. A equipe é muito atenciosa e solícita, e o café da manhã possui muitas opções variadas e é bem gostoso!

O quarto que ficamos não era como o das fotos quando reservamos. Acredito ter sido em uma área do hotel ainda não renovada, portanto móveis e banheiro com bastante oportunidade de modernização. O wifi não pega mesmo nos quartos. Já tinha lido nas avaliações e é verdade. Vá contando em utilizar seu pacote de dados do celular. Não conseguimos disfrutar da área da piscina pois logo cedo todas as espreguiçadeiras já estão reservadas com toalhas de hóspedes que deixam ali durante todo o dia. Já fui a outros resorts e nunca vi isso. Também li essa avaliação por aqui antes da minha estadia, mas reforço que realmente é uma prática comum de quem se hospeda por aí. Também não demos sorte com o clima e com o tom da água da praia do hotel, infelizmente. A praia, inclusive, não é privada. Não há vagas de estacionamento para todos os hóspedes do hotel, então algumas vezes precisamos estacionar fora da propriedade devido a lotação.

Alles war okay, auf Beschwerden (unser Badezimmer stank) wurde reagiert, wir würden hier nur bei einem wirklich günstigen Angebot buchen.

Der Aufenthalt am Hausstrand ist durch das viele getrocknete Seegras (die Liegen stehen nicht im Sand, sondern auf dem getrockneten Gras!) leider nicht besonders schön. Uns persönlich war die Anlage zu groß. Es gab selbst in der Nachsaison zu wenig Liegen am Pool (da wäre auch kein Platz, um weitere aufzustellen) und am Strand. Entsprechend belegten die Leute die Liegen vor dem Frühstück mit Handtüchern.

Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und ausgezeichnet. Man konnte sich soviel schöpfen wie man wollte. Und es war auch alles sehr frisch zubereitet.

The resort is beautiful, it's calm with delicious gourmet cuisine. The staff are very helpful.

In some places the Wi-Fi doesn't work well and the power can fail. But for an island it works great.

Such a gorgeous well planned out resort. Our little villa was so cute, great private beach which was included in rack rate.

The buffet at dinner was 50 euro per head and not that great. We went into town for dinner which was much nicer .

Schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Ca 300 m vom Meer. Die Anlage hat eigene Sonnenliegen.

Leider waren jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht Lärm, viele haben bis spät gefeiert und trotz Meldungen an die Rezeption, haben sich niemand zuständig gefühlt. Der Strom ging mehrmals aus, aber dafür konnte niemand.

Lage war top, Strand leider aufgrund des Sturmes nich unbedingt top! Restaurant super, Service okay - guter Rotwein in Weißweingläser ist nicht ideal! Bar super

Strand Leider im Hotel Stromausfall, war zwar außerhalb des Wirkungungsbereiches des Hotels, trotzdem ein bisschen störend. Personal top!!
