Es war dreckig, es hat gerochen, an der Wand ist ein Wasserschaden der schon nach Schimmel aussieht. Es war einfach überall dreckig, Die Klospülung hat nicht funktioniert und ich habe die Unterkunft direkt wieder verlassen. Absolut Unzumutbar!

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Ich kann dieses Apartment absolut nicht empfehlen. Es hat so stark nach Schimmel gerochen, Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht, das Licht im Zimmer war furchtbar, und auf dem Balkon lag Sperrmüll herum. Die Organisation war insgesamt bodenlos schlecht. Beim Einchecken musste ich erstmal 30 Minuten warten, bis der Portier überhaupt den Vermieter erreicht hat. Auch danach war der Gästeservice kaum erreichbar und über WhatsApp unzuverlässig und unfreundlich. Gebucht habe ich das Ganze nur wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen, da mein Flug erst abends ging. Ich wollte den Tag entspannt am Pool verbringen, durfte diesen nach dem Auschecken aber nicht mehr nutzen. Ich verstehe grundsätzlich sehr gut, dass man nach dem Auschecken keinen Anspruch mehr auf die Nutzung aller Annehmlichkeiten hat. Allerdings habe ich so eine starre und unflexible Handhabung noch nie erlebt. Selbst in einfachen Hostels oder anderen Hotels wird Gästen in solchen Situationen meist ein gewisses Entgegenkommen geboten – sei es, dass man sich noch auf dem Gelände aufhalten darf oder zumindest einzelne Bereiche wie den Pool weiterhin nutzen kann, bis man tatsächlich zum Flughafen abreist. Zusätzlich sollte ich 350 Pesos zahlen, nur um mein Gepäck dort zu lassen – absolut überteuert, vor allem nachdem ich bereits für das Zimmer bezahlt hatte. Fazit: Auf keinen Fall hier buchen, wenn ihr vor eurem Flug noch entspannt Zeit verbringen wollt. Schlechter Service, schlechte Organisation und kein Entgegenkommen.

Tür hat nicht richrig funktioniert, Bad war nicht sauber und komplett verkalkt. Disney Plus steht im Namen, der Fernseher hatte aber keine smarten Funktionen.

Wszystko brudne, ogromne karaluchy w pokoju, pleśń na ścianach. Nie było nawet szklanek dla dwóch osób. Popsuta kabina która nie chce się otwierać. Brak ciepłej wody. Zero kontaktu z właścicielem. Dramat! Gdyby nie późna godzina, to zmienilibyśmy miejsce od razu. Niestety nie było już na to czasu.

Ville ærlig talk ikke booke det igen. Ville langt hellere betale en smule mere og så få et ordentligt hotel værelse. Værelset var beskidt, det lille udluftningsvindue på badeværelset er ud til et fællesområde, så der var larm hvis der var nogle derude. Og da værten skrev til mig for at sikre mig at jeg var alene, blev jeg ret utryg som solorejsende kvinde.

La stanza era molto sporca: abbiamo aperto le ante della dispensa della cucina e c'erano dentifrici di precedenti ospiti e altra spazzatura che avrebbero dovuto rimuovere in occasione delle pulizie precedenti, oltre all'odore terribile. La carta igienica del bagno era totalmente sporca ed era palesemente un rotolo che era stato riavvolto perché caduto chissà dove. La tenda della doccia era tutta sporca di nero nella parte inferiore. Lo staff sembra cadere dalle nuvole quando si chiedono informazioni in merito ai taxi o altro. Non lo consiglierei affatto!!

Reviewed Jul 29, 2025Really good resort, I would gladly recommend! I had a really good time there with my Fiancee! The host Peter is really kind, ready to help and always there for any questions. I had a small problem in my first room and was upgraded to another bigger room without much question. The place is near the airport, close to a few malls, and is in a calm place. The room i had was good, with a nice bed, a big TV with Netflix that worked fine, the AC worked greatly, the shower was nice, spacious and the water really warm too. The worker are easy going and helpful, the pool is great too... I recommend!

But okay for longer if exploring the area as it is a fully self-contained studio apartment with access to an excellent gym and pool. Restaurant and convenience store nearby and an easy walk to shops and mall…be careful walking as no defined footpaths.

The room stank like mold It was not clean (spider web, spiders and ants) Water barely came out from the shower head since it was filled with lime scale. The bad was too short for 1.80 man and his legs stuck out. The smell.. the strong sour moldy smell....

Reviewed Jun 21, 2025The host was absolutely excellent, I arrived well after 1 a.m. due to plane delays, and he took this in his stride/did not even mention it. Very attentive and friendly, and spoke English perfectly/like a native English speaker. An exceptional host. The only downside of this place is that it is a bit of a walk to get to a 7/11 or a street food vendor etc.; but that is not a thing that the establishment can improve, it is simply due to the location. Some people may actually prefer this degree of separation from any main thoroughfare.
Initially the toilet did not flush, then I noted that someone had turned the tap that refills the toilet cistern off. I turned it back on again. Problem solved.

Reviewed May 8, 2025Wow. So close to the airport. Where else do you get an amazing pool and gym at this price. The owner Peter was so helpful before I arrived and him being on site enables a great interaction and information sharing. Guards on reception were great and entry to the room made easy. Eateries nearby. The room was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stop over. I wish I stayed longer.

Not the cleanest place, hadn’t been registered as a guest so security wasn’t expecting us. It’s good for a cheap one night stay pre or post flight as near airport but was glad to be leaving.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2024I love everything! Everything you need is there plus the room is spacious❤️ I also like the owner of the condo, so accommodating! The room is clean and safe. We also enjoyed the pool near the room. It is located on the 1st floor which is accessible and near the drop off point. Thank you also booking.com for having lots of choices when it comes to apartments or condo. It was worth the money.
I didn't stay for long.. Next time, I'll have a staycation here.

Shame we didn't spend longer here, was just to catch a few hours sleep before heading back to airport
