Reviewed May 24, 2026Me gustó la ubicación y los servicios del depto, tiene buena cocina, tv grande en living y habitación, buena vista y aire acondicionado. La atención de Francisca también muy amable en información previa a la llegada.
El edificio tiene un sistema de torniquetes que hace poco cómodo el llevar visitas, pero se soluciona avisando con tiempo a la administración del depto.

El precio que aparece al hacer la reserva por booking es al menos un 30% menos de lo que te cobran al momento de pagar, ya que luego incluyen cargos por servicios, limpieza y el iva, Por lo que al momento de pagar, nos encontramos con esta información

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Localización muy agradable frente al parque Araucano . Estacionamos en parking del edificio y caminamos unos pocos metros y ya estábamos en centro comercial. La distribución del alojamiento es muy cómoda y amplia; cómoda terraza, estar amplio , disponibilidad de electrodomésticos y café . Si regreso no dudaré en elegir este lugar

Very noisy due to the avenue in front, and the windows aren't double-glazed. The apartment was very dirty when I moved in, but they sent a cleaning crew several days later. There were several things that weren't working; it felt a bit neglected, but the staff were very efficient and helpful, acting immediately.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025La ubicación es inmejorable, a 2 cuadras de Parque Arauco. Es muy cómodo y luminoso, con 2 baños que facilita todo. Muchos detalles que hicieron la estadía súper cómoda. Muy atentos, Francisca estuvo pendiente en todo momento. 1000% recomendable

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025This is generally speaking a fantastic apartment. Pretty close to perfect. Communication was via whatsapp only, but fast, friendly and helpful.
Getting settled in is a bit of a hassle due to excessive security procedures. The most annoying thing is that you need to get a qr code wich is valid less than 30 seconds to get from the parking to the elevator - and the phone connection down there was bad. Also for all the emphasis on safety we found it weird that the upper bunk bed has no fall protection.
